Good choice of stores, plenty of places to grab a meal and or coffee. The only thing I don't like is that in some areas, it's difficult to find somewhere safe to cross and also to walk - especially in the adjacent bit (behind Next).

Brilliant choice of all main names. Pets at home great as is the Range store! My wife says the Range is like a pick'n'mix of all you'd ever need! JD is a huge version with all gear u could wish for. Best retail park for miles

I like this M&S, the food department has been revamped so it offers a wide range of food. The clothes also offer a good selection. I knocked off a star because the cafe is like sitting in a corridor and very noisy, staff checking a customers order from behind the counter whilst the customer was seated! Not a good experience when combined with the general noise.

Terrible accessibility for wheelchairs. You have lower kerb in one side ans not in the other so disable people need to go all the way back and go in he Road as you never know where the lower one will be. Good selection of shops tho.

The retail park itself is good; if you need it you can probably get it here. From one shopping trip here I brought home goldfish and carpet samples. The main problem is the car park. Too many scruffs parking poorly and it's a nightmare to drive around or get in or out of the park at anything other than quiet times.

I do enjoy the odd treat meal from M&S, whilst we can't afford it very often, they do have some value for money food, amazing quality, great taste and no waste. Well located, clean, bright store, friendly staff 10/10

Land owned by the Royal estates and some good shops. Would advise going when a bit quieter, ie avoid weekends, as can be busy getting out as only 2 exits, and oddly split in half, cut though next to Next

Was packed beyond belief in a time when people need to stay safe B&Q didn't care and even though there were to many shopping they only had 2 tills opperating to let people out. No fun standing 14th in a cue just trying to get out. Disgraceful

B and Q well organised in difficult times

  • 1/5 Dawn D. 3 years ago on Google
Visited B and Q this afternoon and was walking behind 2 lads aged about 20. They walked in the entrance without putting masks on. I turned round to the young assistant on the door and said "err they're not wearing masks". She mumbled something which I couldn't understand but clearly she had no intention of asking these lads to put masks on. Then as I queued to pay they happened to be in front of me. They still were maskless despite many staff walking past them. Again nothing was said to them. They stood immediately behind an older gentleman and his wife. He turned round and had to ask them to move back to which they begrudgingly did, shaking their heads as if it was an inconvenience. I very much doubt these lads had medical issues. Pretty disgusted that they were allowed in and noone challenged them. You really need someone on the door able to stop people coming in when they don't wear a mask i.e security guard?

It is a good shopping park, but the thing that I find quite annoying is that it is split into three parts. If it was better signposted outside, it would be easier to find the location of the store you want, rather than go into a part and find your required store isn't there. Other than this, there are plenty of places to shop and park.

  • 4/5 Helen D. 2 years ago on Google

Staff were okay, bit lacking in knowledge about stock levels, some staff are more helpful than others. I find some staff are there only to gossip to anyone who will listen. I am all for staff making effort to welcome customers, but not when there is a qué a mile long at the tills

Shops. Where you can exchange money for goods and services. Parking. Where you can safely disembark your automobile to access said shops. Food. Which is an umbrella term for a combination of a wide variety of cooked and raw ingredients necessary for fueling your metabolism to further your existence. Perhaps to further enjoy the shops and parking available. Does what it says on the tin.

Nice modern stores, lots of parking. Traffic to exit at peak times is a nightmare though, and the speed bumps are very high on the carpark. I've got an m2 and can't get over them without grinding my car. Not great really.

Aintree Shopping Park is a great outdoor shopping centre with alor of British shops in like boots, next, Pets at home etc. The parking is great and so is the design itself. I award respect to whoever made this place.

Large shopping complex with a variety of shopping outlets. We went to B&Q as my daughter was decorating. There were some good bargains on plants and other accessories. The paint was surprisingly expensive and were nearer London prices 😳

Great place to shop, close to home, and really no need to go to town. Love it 💙💛

  • 5/5 Red l. 2 years ago on Google
Busy, but plenty of free parking, and good variety of stores on site. The busiest cafe for lunch seems to be M&S but Next is very close and just as good. Boots appears to have a good selection in all areas, particularly skin care. Best time to shop with ease is 9.30am.

Typical retail park with the added bonus of a scoozi (Authentic Italian style pizza and pasta) basically across the road from here... Only 3 scoozi takeaway in the whole northwest, the others being in Ormskirk and Southport. You don't know what your missing out on here highly recommend trying it

A shopping experience you won't regret its got everything brilliant

  • 4/5 Bertrand P. 1 year ago on Google
Shopping -- a good choice of outlets (no internet needed.) Eating - good-ish, but mostly for snacking. Could do with more road crossings and speed bumps, as car traffic heavy.

  • 4/5 Richard N. 1 year ago on Google
Nice enough shops here but parking is a bit chaotic. No need for people to park at the side of the road and think that hazard lights make their car invisible.

  • 5/5 Patrick Q. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to do your shopping with all kinds of premium stores and nice cafe for a snack

  • 3/5 Manuela V. 1 year ago on Google
A difficult place for people who have to go in a wheelchair, on many sidewalks there are no recesses for wheelchairs that have to go on the road between cars, which is very dangerous. I feel like I'm in a city made more for driving than for walking. This makes me feel sad.

  • 3/5 Tony D. 1 year ago on Google
The design of the carpark is ok at best. Lots of spaces but very limited walk ways that arnt really marked out well. If you're not familiar with the area you could easily miss the fact the area is split into two and there are more shops on the other side of the park.

  • 5/5 karen n. 1 year ago on Google
I love Aintree, it is all on the flat, shops have lifts or escalators so easy to get to the first floor. It is lovely and clean and plenty of variety.

  • 4/5 Leslie O. 1 year ago on Google
Good range of shops. Large Marks and Spencer, B&Q, etc. Food outlets include MacDonalds, Harvester, Tim Hortons, Subway, Pizza Hut, Nandos, Costa.

Good range of shops. Awful set up for pedestrians. Surprised many haven’t been killed or injured because of the lousy planning.

Visited the coffee shop, very pretentious, trying too hard to be trendy, for totally the wrong age group. When our coffee arrived, waitress was unaware that we'd ordered, breakfast rolls (not the ubiquitous smashed avocado, yukk) nd just stared blankly when I asked politely why the didno off full fat milk as an option??? Last visit I'm afraid

We love it here always going to MS FOOD. GREAT USEFUL SHOPS, LOADS OF PARKING, WE TAKE IT FOR GRANTED, AND THERE ARE LOADS OF TRADE CENTRES AT THE BACK AS WELL, WELL WORTH A VISIT. THERES ARE MORE USEFUL SHOPS IN ONE PLACE HERE THAN IN TOWN, AND THE PARKING IS FREE.

  • 2/5 Yosser H. 1 year ago on Google
Plenty of parking. All full. Is it really the only place in Liverpool to visit? Seems that way on a Saturday afternoon. BandQ and pets at home are the only 2 shops worth visiting ont the estate. Too many none disabled parking in disabled bays. Secret to parking use the little known side area around the back of pets at home. Or go elsewhere.

Great trip to Aintree shopping park. I've not been for a while. It was a really nice visit, and shopping was very good. I managed to get some fab items for myself in M&S. Next and Boots. Also bought a few Christmas presents as well. Great parking. I managed a nice food shop in M&S. Thoroughly wonderful trip out.

I visited several different types of shops and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The main reason for visiting was to purchase items from B & Q , I had been on their web site and they said that they had all the items in stock which they did unlike other stores in the area who lie about having items in-store only to tell you that you need to order on line and then pick up from the store , so well done Aintree B & Q

Was popping here as a favour to pickup some items bought online for my sister. Well not too sure if everyone in the whole of Merseyside had the same idea, but finding a parking space was horrendously difficult. That said great array of different outlets to meet the needs of the masses.

Boots was dreadful, no staffed tills all self service tills, which kept stopping, and didn't recognise some of the offers, don't think I will be going back in a hurry. Come on Boots listen to the customers and bring back the tills or your profits will walk to superdrug !!
