Popped in to Costa for a coffee, not for the cinema but have to say its the best service I have ever received in a Costa store. Served by James who was so friendly, efficient & made a fab coffee. He brought the drinks to our table with a great attitude & had a very polite conversation. Great service James & thank you!!

My favourite cinema by far! Comfy seats, great food/ drink choices and very quick ticketing service. Seats are all comfy leather and all electronically recline. I will definitely return to watch more movies

I managed to score discounted tickets so we went to see Oppenheimer; 3 weeks after opening night and was pleasantly surprised to see they were still showing it on a big screen. I've not been to the Odeon in years and was surprised to see it had been redone up. It was lovely and clean, and reasonably priced for the popcorn and drink. We had amazing recliner seats (hubby fell asleep 🙄) and the whole experience was perfect. I would definitely go again next time I get cheap tickets.

So, walked out of Halloween kills after 30 minutes due to an insensitive couple next to b10 at the 20.10 showing on 16/10/21. I can deal with a bit disruption but this was a joke. The woman decided straight away the film was not for her, so decided to play a game on her phone in-between WhatsApping her mates, and chatting to her fella. I asked nicely to be quiet but was ignored, so I went out to report to a member of staff who said someone would have a word within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, still no one there and she continued to play on her phone. I went back out and was told they would be in within a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later and still no one. I eventually got up and walked out. Normally a good place to watch a movie but this was shocking.

Costa staff was fantastic. Where to collect tickets after buying in the app wasn’t clear then our number wasn’t appearing on the screen and staff helped. Nachos awesome - love the cheese. £7 though??? This seats are amazing and so much more space than last time I went to the cinema (maybe 5-8 years 🤷🏽‍♂️) Mrs saw that you could order the nachos on just eat (she’s a big fan of the cheese) and ordered me a hot dog. The hot dog was £7.50 and came with nothing else, no onions, no sauce and no option to add them. Overall, boss seats and staff, just seriously overpriced. I might go back to streaming and torrents & a decent home cooked meal. I’ve got to shout out the guy in costa again, he was such a nice guy and made a fabulous coffee!!

It's clean, tidy and well layed out. The chairs are amazing, unless you are 8 then it's like a trip to the fair. Popcorn is always fresh and crispy, just a pity there is no trays for when you have small children you need to carry multiple drinks and popcorns.

Great cinema with comfortable recliner seats, free parking and a Costa inside. Could do with air con in the screens as can get warm if it's busy

Took my granddaughter to see Lyle Lyle crocodile and she loved it..! It's very comfortable and clean...the only downside is that the snacks and drinks can be expensive, It wasn't so bad as I only had one child with me but I suggest if you're bringing a few kids..bring your own goodies.

This Odeon is the reason we became limitless members. It is the cosiest Odeon cinema I've been to and we love it here! Reclining chairs, delicious food, lovely staff. Highly recommend!!

Slick, comfy leather seats, loads of room, automatic self serve ordering of drinks and popcorn, very nice place for all your new films.

A very pleasant experience. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Visited mid week, so it was quite quiet. Some of the more obscure drinks flavours were unavailable, but there was still adequate choice. The seating in the screen was comfortable with functioning recline.

Been going to this Cinema for over 23 years. It has been great each and every time, never had a bad experience, staff are always exceptional and the theater is clean and well prepared.

Went to see John Wick 4. Reclining seats are great. Very clean in the cinema. Just wish the cinema experience wasn't so expensive otherwise we would go more.

If you are watching and big block buster movie it has to be here. The iSense screen is fantastic. As always with a luxe it’s all recliners so you can be assured you will comfy and not sat on top of the stranger next to you

Wow iv never been to a cinema this advanced and this comfy!! Such a great place to visit! It's a bit pricey but you definitely get your money's worth! Although the confectionery is slightly overpriced, the fact that there is a Costa is genius too, I do love a Hot drink while watching a movie, but most cinemas are pants with regards to hot drinks. On a separate note though, the kids absolutely loved their time, and iv never been so comfortable sitting for so long. It's definitely a place to go if you want to really treat someone or your kids.

Unfortunately we paid for recliner seats and they didn't work, but the staff were very apologetic and kind, and we revieved a free ticket for any film each. All in all a lovely trip.

Most comfortable seating so luxurious, great film, only spoiled by roudy kids at the back ,who where obviously in the wrong film. As haunting in Venice is not a horror movie, but a wonderful cast in a brilliant take on Poirot . We told the kids to be quiet which surprisingly they did. Then enjoyed a fabulous film.

Very rude staff member!! I had ordered salted popcorn and received sweet and you can obviously tell the difference so I asked the lady behind the counter “is they salted” who replied with a very sharp snotty “Yes” and I said are you sure and got the same reply so I asked my sisters to try and they told me it was sweet, so I turned round told her it was sweet and she took it off me with a look on her face and looked me up and down and out it on the counter with a moody look, I’m a regular customer and come all the time and this is the first time I’ve not been happy, it was a lady behind the counter and it’s a blue jumper on.

My girlfriend booked us the luxury seats. They were great and worth paying the extra money. The cinema was very clean and the staff were friendly, especially Imogen Christian.

Went to the odeon to watch a film tonight. The film was good and service was fine. Unfortunately the cinema was freezing cold. Me and my husband both sat there trying to keep our hands and legs warm sitting on the “lux” leather recliners, despite wearing 3 layers and a thick coat. It was more than distracting from the film given I had to keep switching arms and legs to stop the going numb and being exposed from my coat.

Excellent cinema, well run and organised. Cinema seats are very nice and comfy, we travelled from liverpool but it was worth it as Liverpool One Odeon is no match for here in terms of comfort, cinema experience and customer service. It was very busy which meant that we had to wait for our order however when it came it was very good

Great comfy recliner seats, great sound, snacks system takes a while going through the touch screens rather than personal service.

  • 4/5 Sharon R. 2 years ago on Google
Ridiculous having to order food on touchscreens. Queues were long, staff stood about with nothing to do as people grappled with trying to order on only 3 touchscreen machines. Cinema itself is spotless.

Cinema is what you would expect. Price for snacks ect is over the top. Put that on top of the £18 admission and your looking at a luxury outing. Streaming releases would make more sense.

All good except for the plank sat next to me looking at her BLOODY 📱 phone for 10... 15 times through 007. 😠😠😠 spoilt it for me . Sorry ..but you NEED TO ENFORCE THIS HARDER .

Great cinema always been that type of cinema for me. With the great chairs and the lovely popcorn. Sometimes the movies can be noisy as there is a lots of people about.

Super experience. Nice staff... Ambient parking, good leg space between rows, and overall experience was just superb.

  • 1/5 Chris S. 2 years ago on Google
Awful, new system for ordering sweets and drinks takes forever. Takes ridiculously long to get stuff for your movie, staff are so slow. Seats are still great though but don't think we will be going back, normally go twice a month as well

  • 2/5 Keiran S. 2 years ago on Google
Prices are beyond a joke £46 for 3 people not including the extremely overpriced snacks. its no shock as to why the place looks like a ghost town. I love a good cinema but the prices are totally not worth it.

  • 5/5 John S. 2 years ago on Google
The seats are really comfortable, the screen rooms are not too big and it is also just off a dual carriageway so easy to get to.

  • 5/5 Sam j. 1 year ago on Google
Weather you are nipping in to watch film or stopping off for a Costa. This place is the place to be. Multiple screens showing the latest blockbuster, a wide range of drinks and snacks on offer, with the added bonus of a Costa coffee on site who also carriy Al hot drinks cold drink desserts sandwiches and hot food too.

  • 5/5 Sue S. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean. Great comfy seats. Like how I can choose where to sit when I book online. Can order refreshments when I arrive, they don't take long to prepare and handed over. Do like to have a Costa coffee to take in with me, but depends on timing of movie, have found it to be closed or closing. No big deal though. Good friendly and helpful staff.

  • 4/5 Kim 1 year ago on Google
The seats are really comfy. Good selection of movies. The only downsides have been one night there were no hot drinks as Costa was closed so we had to use the booking point to order 2 bottle drinks which were expensive then we had to wait ages for our number to come up to collect them. Service was very slow it was very frustrating when you're waiting to go into your movie.

My favourite cinema around. Never too busy, Seats are amazingly comfortable. Staff are always friendly. And the Costa in the foyer means can grab a coffee if that's what you fancy. Only thing it's missing is an Imax screen.

Ok so it’s been over 15 years since I was in a cinema so things have moved on but I guess I didn’t realise how much. Very comfortable fully reclining seats and the sound/picture was amazing. Staff was also very helpful as they saw that this guy ain’t no movie goer so he needs a bit of help with popcorn and stuff.

Great experience! Very, very comfy seats. Sound quality is superb and a great variety of films. Plenty of parking and plenty of places toneat and shop.

They changed my seat last minute due to a change of screen, never informed us until we turned up, no one seemed aware of the changes so there were no tickets for us when we turned up then they finally realised what was going on. Ended up on the front row right at the end of the aisle, which is the worst place to sit in my opinion, I paid for specific seats for a reason. Contacted Odeon as a complaint but two weeks later and not heard anything back from them.

Grate staff, was really clean and the chairs in the theatre were very comfortable and roomy (not packed in like sardines). Definitely my go to Cinema 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  • 4/5 Jishnu V S. 1 year ago on Google
Superb theatre and seats are amazing. The only thing is they should try to clean before the next show, because the seat was full of food wasters.Luckly I had tissue to clean. There should be a drinking facility.I don't know whether it is there other than purchasing .

Love this cinema i am in here all the time watching the latest movies. With a limitless pass you cant go wrong 4 years i have had mine and i love it from the films to the discount on food. It can become very expensive if you have a few to pay for.

Tried creating an account with Odeon and failed every time password security been up dated that's a message i have been getting!! This has happened at least half a dozen times, even my wife tried herself quite a few times even over the phone, but when to doing it on line email and password not recongised. Charge you £15:00 a seat per adult! But a web page will not let you sign how laughable

  • 4/5 Callum K. 1 year ago on Google
Seats in the luxe screen are not as spaced out as the website/pictures suggest, but otherwise comfortable and the table and recliner is a great feature. Ticket prices are reasonable, but food and drink prices are on the high side.
