    Disgusting place. Litter everywhere, inside and outside. They don't clean their tables. Staff are rude. Don't bother ordering table service as they expect you to still get you your food yourself. Oh and also check what they actually have, I have ordered items off the menu before only to be told 10 minutes later, they don't have it, they offer a refund via card or cash, take the cash. If you take the card, then you might find they never actually refunded you. Oh and they never wear their masks properly, it just seems they like to keep their chins warm. My advice is... Stay clear of here. Here are some pictures I have taken. It is like this all the time.

    1 mile long queue with car. They don't really listen at the ordering point, just shouting back 'what, what'. They forgot the ordered sause, no paper napkins or salt. The double big mac had no sause in, looked terrible scruffy in the box, far from that what you can see in the adverts! Obviously they won't close down or feeling broken due to my bad review, but hopefully people will considering to visit an other business instead of the Aintree one...

    Great breakfast, piping hot, and exactly as ordered with customised breakfast burgers. Good quick service and a tidy clean restaurant inside. Definitely recommended for a rainy Saturday brunch fest. Not busy inside, but a solid queue for the drive through.

    Just had a order through Uber from here absolutely disgraceful how cold all my food was on arrival and unbelievable how many cold chips was in bag to go around 3 meals. Jokers! Then when phoning up they didn’t care or wish to resolve my problem. Won’t be getting another penny from me and my family lucky I didn’t come down like I said I was. Your service is shocking you all should be sacked and by the looks of it I’m not the only one you giving a bad experience too. Sad shameful store and staff! Avoid!!!

    Absolutely shocking service. Shocking food and shocking. Ordered our food. Waited 20mins and asked where it was. Lad shrugs his shoulders and walks away. Asks him again and told “lad I’ve just walked in”. Management no better. When I got the food 30 mins after ordering it was all wrong. Their overall attitude is awful. Been like this on my last 2 visits.

    What's the point in the drive through, really, I've been given my hot drink but been told to wait for my food in a parking bay while my hot drink goes cold. Fantastic thinking 👍👍👍..................... finally got my cold burgers & fries, absolute pi** take. General & area managers should be ashamed at that kind of service, your just robbing people for cold substandard food. Done with McDonalds I'd rather go hungry than give in to the convenience.

    Whilst McDonalds food remains at ⭐️⭐️⭐️ across the board in its restaurant up & down the country We've tried so hard to avoid Aintree McDonalds for years as we know just how bad it is, our North-West critics have had enough it's customer service standard continue to fall into unacceptable levels, Dine-in, take out or delivery this particular restaurant consistency gets 9/10 orders incorrect with mainly items missing every time any time of day or night. Food Bros Service rating a Black orb rating ⚫️⚫️⚫️⚫️⚫️

    Just been here aintree 10pm 31/08/2023 Waited 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger and fries that I ordered inside at kiosk The girl doing the fries sneezed on her hands and looked at them then looked at us waiting and just carried on so I told the manager cancel my fries give me a refund. I got the burger and it was cold. Refunded. Absolutely disgusting. I thought I'll go to the branch by matalan aintree.. Ordered two cheeseburgers Guess what they were cold Staff manager was nice and apologetic and offered me replacements but by then I just wanted to slap myself and get out so Refunded again. Why do I keep giving these a chance. I wasn't alone, few customers were coming in waiting ages for small orders. All that money spent on refurbishment of both branches and were pointless. All I can say is to those of you braving the drive through.. .you just don't know who's prepping your food or sneezing in them! See no evil, hear no evil Yuk Good luck to you all. Long live strong immune systems!

    Visited today with my daughter for a treat! Ordered on the screen for table service..waited about 30 mins for food..dopey lad brought it over and literally dropped the tray on the table! Food cold as always.. mac plant was all mangled together..and cold..fries all over the tray and not in boxes..cold and nuggets..cold! The only thing that was hot was the hot chocolate but that just tasted like dirty dish water! Asked for sauce at the dispenser and was told by the cleaner who was there ..no sauce pots..and get your own straw if you want one! Charming delightful cleaner who I spoke too..not!! Floor dirty and dont get me started on the toilets..!! They are just gross!! Hardly ever come to this Macis.. and now I know why..!! They are not even worthy of one star.. !! New staff and new management needed..sort yourself out..seriously its supposed to be a place to relax and chill out..!! DISGUSTING..!!😡🤮

    Just visited this branch and it was more like a youth club than a restaurant. Almost every table taken over by as many as ten young to mid teenagers, one or two drinks between them, many vaping those foul smelling false cigarettes. The noise and language was unacceptable and the poor staff had totally lost control and were reluctant to move them on. At one point, a young lad wheeled in a huge mountain bike, totally blocking any exit for a large section of tables. I don't know if it's like this every early evening but if you don't want to be faced with a large group of loud, foul mouthed youths, I'd consider going elsewhere. Disgusting.

    I understand McDonald's isn't always the best and admittedly this one has its flaws but drowning a wrap in garlic mayonnaise to the point where I was gagging from one bite is simply sickening. It turned my stomach completely and ruined the wrap. I can say for certain I'll be avoiding McDonald's all together. Although I did appreciate the large coke in place of a strawberry lemonade since they were cleaning out the machine.

    Waited ages for drive through meal. Restaurant not drive through was busy. When food finally arrived the fries were freezing cold so had to request fresh ones. No longer fast food outlet

    The most dirtiest makkis I have ever seen. Litter everywhere inside and out, kids are just sitting inside with no order and just vaping and walking on there table.... Will definitely not go there again. We did eat. But NOw I'm home I feel very gripey belly .... Not good

    The food we ordered was very undercooked and still frozen. when we called up to get a refund as we physically couldn’t eat the food, the workers laughed and called us pathetic for asking. It’s not hard to have good customer service and admit you were in the wrong and can’t even cook frozen food without going wrong. The staff need to get a grip of themselves and grow up.

    We ordered the deliver to car service. Food was warm and as expected. Coffee was bought out without sugar and stirrers. Wait was a little longer than expected, as the restaurant wasn't busy. All in all, it ranked well compared to other Macdonald's locally.

    Place was disgusting, bins over flowing, tables disgusting, floor with food everywhere, dont get me started on state of the toilets and the wait for food was insaine. Fast food HA more like wait half an hour for a happy meal for kids! Asked for a diet coke and they gave me full fat which wouldnt be a big deal unless like myself you have type 1 diabetes and this could put you in hospital. Also gave my partner wrong drink. And behind the tills all the staff are sat having a lovely laugh an chat.

    Also for a sweet chili wrap with no veg and the instead of leaving the veg off they replace it with mayonnaise. All this after a 25 min wait. Absolutely useless waste of time and money

    This Mcdonalds is literally the biggest lovely Mcdonalds I work near Aintree and if Im in on afternoons I always go for my lunch. The food in their is always fresh and Immaculate and the staff are always friendly And the layout of the building is great and its always clean unfortunatly there are other mcdonalds in liverpool that need to be more like this. If its my day off and I fancy a mcdonalds i always reccomend Aintree because the rest of them have gone a little down hill And some of the staff ive known for years some just to let on too like michelle it is an excellent service So if you want a really nice clean mcdonalds to go too go to Aintree Honest you will see what im talking about 😀🙂👍

    Ordered £40's worth of food, once home some of it missing. The attitude of staff when I went back was terrible, said I should have called (they don't answer anyway) I've decided to completely avoid this restaurant now. The young smug manager was an absolute disgrace who thought he was smart. There is always something missing from your order. They really need to start employing people with some brains........

    Just been through the drive in. Sign up saying no cold drinks. I ordered a latte and a hot apple pie. The coffee is luke warm and the pie is cold. I've driven away now so can't return items. Poor quality control.

    Very busy at 11pm but service was excellent and the food was good, however was wet by the time I got back to my hotel, though this was at no fault to the establishment. Clean restaurant, and one crew member was constantly mopping the floor due to being there during a major storm, again not the fault of the restaurant, but their dedication to health and safety of their customers.

    McDonald's never disappoints! Tried the Filet-O-Fish this time, and it was a delicious change of pace. The fries were as good as ever, and the Mozzarella Dippers were a delightful cheesy treat. Washed it down with a refreshing Coke – a perfect combo for a quick and satisfying meal. Thumbs up to McDonald's for consistently delivering on taste!

    Drive through is closed too many times and the tills always on and off. Hard to catch this place open once it's gone midnight. Not a reliable 24 hours drive through.

    Both on this visit and at the same time two weeks ago, I was not given my full order at the drive through. On both occasions (and it was the same girl serving at the window) I ordered and paid for 2 large fries only to be given one. I went inside both times and the staff apologised but it was far from genuine, so it wouldn't have been fed back, hence this poor review. 3 burgers and 2 large fries... it's not difficult. It's a good job I checked before leaving. Please up your game and get it right. Food quality was decent. Nice and fresh but the service is lacking.

    Very clean, and not too busy, staff regularly disinfected and clean surfaces! Relatively fast service even for a busy Saturday night with a football match going on! Nice staff too. If you can get here, or if you're ordering, I would recommend this one over Switch Island.

    Couldn't order on the app due to not being able to connect to the restaurant, then had payment problems with the order screen, spent a good few minutes being ignored at the till by two of the management team. While waiting for food I heard the same management team tell a lady, if you're paying by card you have to use the screen. Nothing wrong with the till card machine as I had just used it. Then a woman complained about waiting at her table for 30 mins at her table for food. They told her the order was before the screens went off so they didn't have her order. Therefore no checks were made to see if they lost any orders. Surprisingly the food was really nice. The staff member that handed it to me was lovely and professional. The restaurant was being mopped at the time and the tables were mostly clear. The bathroom had been mopped as well but there was paper toilet paper stuck on the wall in a ball.

    Would give less stars if I could just ordered from just eat and got sent the completely wrong order, driver said he had asked the manager if it was the right order twice as it was the wrong number on the bag, she told him to take it anyway. Walked up to the store to try and get my correct order and was told they would not give it me as I ordered via just eat, even though when u ring they tell u to come and collect what was missed . The store manager was snotty and aggressive and decided to start being abusive to us and told us to leave. Will never return to this store or order from there again , complained to head office and got offered a 20% off discount. Completely disgusting and horrific staff. Manager needs sacking due to her attitude towards paying customers AVOID THIS SITE IF YOU CAN.

    Staff are polite and if your order is wrong, they rectify it without hesitation. Sometimes the food can be cold/wrong, but that's more to do with walk in orders, drive through orders, delivery orders and click and serve orders so it's understandable. Just wish they didn't put half a lettuce on the big macs!

    This store is the most poorly run in the area with a group of hard working people that are let down by the worst store management and some staff with the worst attitude I’ve seen. Expect a long wait, bad attitudes and poor quality food. Go to switch island for a better experience.

    The new system is chaotic and probably underpaid staff are rushing to fill orders in a dangerous environment. Customers were getting frustrated as orders were coming out randomly after they had been given numbered tickets. You can't serve food like Argos serves stock. Barriers are not a good look for a restaurant. Eating is supposed to be a relaxing experience not accompanied by frustrated complaining people milling around and hungry children crying because they can see happy meals stacked on shelves.

    I think this Macdonald's must be a franchise. Obviously cost cutting, not clean at all, no receipts given from the ordering machine and the eye opener for me was that they did not have one grain of salt available on the whole premises. All topped off with a "couldn't care less" attitude from the staff and cold food. One very bad experience for me and my family but it won't happen again as we will not return.

    For the drive through team between 11:28-11:35 today, you where all exceptional! I am celiac & veggie which means I order the mcplant without the buns, the team delivered this to me and went off their own initiative to put a set of cutlery in the bag for me to eat my bun less mcplant. It’s something so small but a lot of the time at fast food places being gluten free you feel like a pest, seeing the knife and fork in the bag ready for me to enjoy my meal absolutely made my morning. Not only that but the staff in the windows where so lovely also, thanks so much xx

    Contact-less order & Collect via app. Usually a very good service at other restaurants. Unfortunately at Aintree the service was poor. The special dietary requirements were adhered to, hence 3 stars. The service was slow to say the least, waiting for over 15 minutes. When the order finally arrived it was tepid at best, and the drinks were missing from the order. The food was well cooked and well presented, just on the cold side of barely warm. If we try again, we will do drive through instead.

    Would give 0 stars if i could. Workers are ignorant and bone idle especially a cleaner called ewan he repeatedly kept going towards a group of young lads and girls talking about his wage. Refusing entry for customers who done nothing wrong and antagonizing them to provoke them. Not only this but also broke my friends phone and refused to speak to him even though he blatantly slapped the phone out of his hand. DO NOT GO!

    Not been for years but thought we would try it.Waited 30 minutes in queue only 2 people before me. lad rushed off his feet trying to serve walk ins, just eat fella and other delivery ones. All bins were full so couldn't put our waste away.Most tables dirty .food average.where have all the staff gone.needs a good clean too..
