Easily the most friendly and welcoming gym around, There’s a poster inside saying leave your ego at the door we’re all equal here and this is really felt around the gym making it very easy for newcomers to settle in. The staff are all helpful and polite and will answer any questions earnestly. This gym is always immaculate and all equipment is full maintained.

Just started going, a bit apprehensive about going into a gym environment because I need to lose weight and get fit. No need to worry they put my mind at rest and showed me what I need to do. Brilliant instructors well worth a visit. Would like to add to my post saying I did the 6 weeks shred and lost 23 pounds, so far I've lost nearly 3 stone. Great Gym with awesome equipment, plenty of racks, machines, and free weights to go around. Me and my partner have been doing strong lifts but there's plenty of resources that you could fulfill any workout plan. Oh and there's always cleaning spray and paper towels near the machines, plus the bathrooms are really nice and clean and they have lockers and showers. Keep it up 💪

Cracking gym. I was scared to start at 1st but once you're through the doors you are made to feel very welcome. Everyone just getting on with it but willing to help if you need help with equipment or advice. You can pay on the door or pay monthly. Once a member you can attend many classes at no extra cost. Get in there and get fit 💪 lots of new equipment recently added.

Good gym, could be seen as a little intimidating when you first go in but it's a real friendly place welcoming to all abilities. Staff are really helpful too with a few personal trainers working out of here. Parking isn't dedicated to the gym but normally enough spaces outside the units.
