The study space looks promising. But, if you are looking for a space to quietly study this is not for you. It's a social hot spot for the retired who like to engage in vacuous conversations. Children run wild on occasion with little guidance or discipline from their parents, or are in fact ignored by them. The staff are useless in maintaining and managing any sort of library etiquette. I certainly encourage you to go if you can focus with intermittent social conversations, people's phones going off, people answering their phone and children crying out of boredom/frustration.

Great place with lots to see and do. Helpful staff but parking is an issue if you have no idea where you are going.

What's not to like, it's amazing. Great area for the kids and fast return and borrow using the machines. Love it.

Very nice, knowledgeable staff (22/11/14) who helped me find what I needed both on the phone and in person. Thank you.

A good selection of books, warm, clean toilets, reasonably comfortable seating.

I like the new modern building, nice and light, very clean. Public use computers, desks/work and seating areas, toilets, meeting rooms. Touchscreens to browse catalogue (didn't use). Despite the end of the shelves being labelled, I found it confusing to follow to find specific authors. Area for small children with soft cushions. When you walk past Reception, there are shelves displaying new books and reserved items. Local clubs meet regularly, details on display at Reception as well as local information and places to visit leaflets. Easy to check in/out books & other media.

A child-friendly library with a nice calendar of activities for all ages. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
