Rude.. staff kept repeatedly asking me if i wanted cheaper saddle pads... I said no i just want a nice one that fits my mare and she insisted with the attitude like we couldn't afford the expensive ones... I won't be shopping here again!!

The staff are very helpful showed me what I wanted. Even though I did buy more than needed! Would of got 5 stars but for the soft sqweeky toy (The heritage collection) I bought today, after 5 minutes of play from a 10 month old pup stitches started to come undone ☹️. Took it back to show them before I repaired it, with better thread, didn't seem interested, all they said "well it is a soft toy".

Google maps is slightly off with directions, it's actually just on your left as you go into the industrial park. Had a wide range of stock and BETTER PRICES THAN AMAZON! Will be getting all my animal needs met here from now on. Was my first visit today and the staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Update: went today for new harnesses. Expertly fitted by staff who genuinely know what they are doing.
