I found there service dreadful, the receptionists are on another planet, second time I went they hadn’t told the hygienist I was there so she went home. Then I was going back to have bridge work done and booked me in the dentist that does the check ups nothing to do with bridge work. Dreadful service if you are going to pay for dental treatment DONOT go here. Had a reply from the surgery saying the would get the Practice Manager to call me to discuss the problems I had that was over a week ago nobody has yet called so my appalling service review has been verified

paid for a examination and x-ray was told i needed 3 fillings, i didn't think i did and was shocked so i waited it out until i could get on nhs waiting list luckily i didn't have to wait too long and was told my teeth were perfect i have no cavities i needed no work done and would of just had holes drilled in my teeth for nothing. always get a second opinion don't get ripped off and unnecessary work done. shameful.

The treatment I received was good The issue I have is I paid in credit towards a treatment plan which I then cancelled as I no longer wanted to go ahead with it, I had paid £120 towards the treatment and I have called up three times over the course of 3 months to try and get my money back. On two separate occasions I was told it was refunded to then be told it hadn't I called up two days ago after not being refunded the receptionist said he would call me back after speaking to accounts and he never did, I'll be contacting the ombudsman as this is ridiculous at this point.

After a traumatic experience with my previous dentist, I have spent years feeling very worried about having any dental procedures and felt very anxious when my tooth recently broke. I contacted Synergy on the recommendation of my partner and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and friendly all the reception staff were. At my appointment, my dentist blew me away with her gentle and knowledgeable demeanour which immediately helped to calm my nerves. Her assistant, was also brilliant, she kept checking in to make sure I was doing okay which I really appreciated. I want to say a big thank you to both for being so brilliant, my experience at Synergy has complete changed the way I feel about visiting the dentist in future and I can't explain how much I appreciate it. I'm thrilled with this dentist. I'm always scared of dentist so don't like to go but all the staff made my experience good. All the staff are polite friendly and helpful. The dentist giving me the treatment was kind and cared how I was all the way through treatment. I was given helpful aftercare. Would definitely recommend.

The service and staff are excellent and very attentive. The Dentist has done a great job preparing my replacement crown and fitting a temporary crown ahead of a final fitting. I'd definitely recommend Synergy Dental to anyone looking for a really good dentist.

Found all staff, friendly, helpful and very professional. I personally find the Dentist a very daunting experience, but putting all that to one side, I was felt at ease all the time I was there I was also impressed by the Aftercare that I received in between my treatment.

I visited the Blackpool practice yesterday. Absolutely fantastic service, friendly helpful staff and the dentist instantly put me at ease and explained everything to me. I had a dental implant everything went very well I was very scared before I went in and was amazed that I never atualy felt a thing even afterwards. The aftercare was great, best dentist I have ever been to I will definitely be returning to them next time :) Jannine.

Synergy Dental Blackpool review. I paid for an appointment and consultation to see if I was a suitable candidate for envisalign or other treatments. I had a thorough examination and was pleased with the dentist and was advised that I would receive a follow up phone call the following week to discuss what options may be available to me if any. After more than 2 weeks I have NOT received a call and have contacted the surgery 3 times, it’s as if I have been totally forgotten? I am very disappointed to say the least and wonder why I paid for this appointment in the first place.

I'm very disappointed with this practice. My first visit after a few years i wasn't feeling very well, the dentist said i needed a bit of work done & being unwell i didn't get a print out of everything that needed doing so on my next visit the dentist told me the prices of a few things needed doing, i thought the prices were cheaper than that but didn't complain, i went down after my visit and asked for a print out & saw that he wanted to do white fillings on my back teeth which wasn't necessary, i'm on benefits so couldn't afford white fillings and asked the receptionist if i could have silver fillings, he said yes that's fine. When i went for my next visit i saw another dentist and was told my dentist didn't want to see me coz i had questioned the prices! I was gobsmacked seeing as i wasn't well when i saw the initial payment plan! What a horrible dentist! All they think about is making money! Silver fillings won't make him rich so he refused to see me! This one i'm seeing now wants to put crowns on my back teeth when they don't need them, they only need small fillings! Its all money money money!! Avoid this practice if possible, they're greedy and nasty! Disgusting!

I was honestly dreading the experience like most people going to the dentist, but was so happy with the service I received. Dr Ujala was amazing, so gentle and welcoming with great advice. Mouth feel’s amazing this morning. Dr Aunkit done a fantastic and intense job on my deep clean yesterday. A great team at this surgery, highly professional, warm and friendly at all times. Especially Damon on reception , always so welcoming and friendly. A credit to his team. There’s not many people say they look forward to going to the dentists, as far as Synergy Blackpool is concerned, it’s an absolute pleasure.

As a nervous patient when it comes to dentists I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Ujala for making me feel so at ease and relaxed throughout my root canal treatment. Recently I somehow chipped one of my top front teeth and over the last few weeks Dr Ujala at the Blackpool branch has fitted two new front crowns for me. They look and feel perfect. The whole experience was great. Dr Ujala's priority was to make sure I was happy with them, and I very much am! Thanks!

Recently moved to the area and can't find a NHS dentist so we looked at Private options. I think somehow we were expecting the private side to be far superior to NHS in every facet. OMG how wrong we were. All they are interested in is how much money they can make from you!!! My husband had an issue with a broken tooth and they focused on recommending the highest price crown, plague removal and cleaning and root canal surgery at a cost of around £1900. The only other option was an extraction and that would cost (with scale and polish) £590. They do not listen. My husband had a very sore tongue from constantly feeling the jagged cavity. We left with nothing done and the options to consider. We went else where the following day - better treatment and options and a great deal more cost effective. Awful experience

Posting on behalf of Sandra Dancy, the dental practice have been outstanding through the whole process, starting with the three gentlemen on reception who were very helpful abd welcoming from the minute you walked in and kept you well informed on appointments etc, the dentist Dr Vjala made me feel very relaxed when i am normally a nervous patient, explained everything very clearly and so gentle, along with all the other kind dental technicians too. Very pleased with the results, thank you.

Very professional and courteous service throughout the whole process. I was fully informed of the procedure to be done and the team ensured all of my questions were answered in full. I was put completely at ease throughout the procedure and the whole team ensured I was cared for and pain free at at all times. Wouldn’t go back, I was charged £420 for plaque removal, they told me it was this price because they have to go under the gum , later that day I told a friend who told me there’s was £140 for the same treatment, I called a few dentist up for prices, they were all around £125 to £160 , I rang synergy, who told me that price was right . After numerous phone calls I finally got put in touch with the manager who said she would look into the matter and get back to me , and after a couple of days of waiting I phoned her back , to the good news I’d been overcharged , and they would refund my money, but that could take up to a month. So 2 fillings and 1 tooth removal to still have done and no money in my bank, I wait . Not a happy customer 😢

Good overall dental work and good (if a little glib) front of house staff. BUT....the senior dentist staff need a little help with their hands on treatment of patients, and must stop assuming that everyone that they treat is an idiot, who knows nothing about dentistry, pain and good value. You should try to answer questions in full, without the deviation from subject, casual shrugging and obfuscation of total cost v primary health care. I won't go back unless they fall out.

By far the best dental service I have ever experienced. In the time it would take most dentists to see you for the initial appointment I have been seen, assessed, treated and had the treatment reviewed. The dentists and dental nurses and reception staff are extremely knowledgeable and provide a can do and friendly approach and attitude. All of the staff have been excellent but a specific thank you to Ujala and Billie who have been outstanding dealing with a complex dental issue that three other dental practices have struggled with. I can't recommed this dental practice enough.

The place is very clean, organized and has a positive atmosphere. The architecture of the interior is young and inviting, combined with the modernization and efficiency of the office equipment. The outside look is like being at home, so for those who are afraid of going to the dentist, the outside look gives a cozy feeling. All friendly and dedicated professionals to provide support and details about all procedures to be performed. I felt safe and confident. I am very happy and of course I will recommend it.

Excellent service. Got a same day appointment as I was in pain. Dentist put me at ease as he could see I was nervous and within 30 mins of arrival I was out of pain. I also love that you ring next day to make sure I am OK. 10/10.

I am currently undergoing significant dental implant treatment with Mr Bagasi at Blackpool.The procedurs so far have been exemplary, every step explained and any fears reassured. The reception and support staff are so friendly and professional. As a whole service, they have made a difficult decision a more positive one :)

Not been to the dentist for 6 years as I'm a nervous patient. My son recommended to use Synergy. The young lady that I see is fabulous and so is her young dental nurse. I can not recommend enough especially if you are like me a very nervous patient.

I had a consultation at Synergy Blackpool to talk about fixing my smile. I have a broken tooth at the front that needs removing and replacing with an implant. My teeth will need straightening with invisalign and chips repaired with composite bonding. The dentist that I met was very informative. He explained the order of the process and how long it would take over the next few months. I was very happy with the service that I received at Synergy and I am looking forward to seeing my new smile.

I had my crowns replaced which were long overdue and veneers on my top teeth. From beginning to end my experience was very positive. As a nervous patient the practice was patient, friendly and professional. I absolutely LOVE my new teeth. I can't stop smiling

I have been with Synergy for 7 years now and visit twice a year for my check ups and I have never had anything needing done. The staff are very friendly and my dentist is so gentle and caring. I never need to feel nervous going.

This was my first visit, hench as to why the 4 stars.. what I did notice upon walking into the building, everybody had a nice friendly smile and made you feel welcome. I needed a couple of fillings and was told exactly what was needed including the breakdown of each price that they charged. Highly recommended even for the nervous people which I can relate too, as they do look after you to your needs.

I was a really nervous patient as haven't been to a dentist in over 30 years. The staff were great explained the procedure and cost. I had 9 teeth removed and my temporary dentures fitted with the numbing injection being the only slight discomfort. Can't recommend them enough really Happy and not even got my permanent teeth yet.

I recently visited to have 3 fillings and a broken tooth removed. I am a very nervous patient but the dentist was very calming and helped me with my breathing to enable him to do the work. I then had to have a scan of my teeth and the lady doing the scan was lovely. I also want to give a shout-out to the lads behind the reception desk all lovely and very helpful.
