Food has always been good. Had a bit of confusion on today's order and it wasn't exactly how we were wanting. I called up to explain and they did admit they had got confused...a new order was made and delivered straight away and was spot on....Thank you!

Really disappointing service and attitude, got order wrong and wouldn't even acknowledge it they had. Couldnt even say sorry, just lied.

Hygiene rating isn't the highest but I've never been ill after eating here I've only eaten pizza and chips they've an extensive menu with a confusing array of offers average prices food is hot and tasty worth the money it's one of my go-to takeaways

If you're looking for cleanliness I would avoid most of the restaurants of this type but also this one specifically. Store feels forgotten, you see staff in the background touching everything and there isn't a single hand washing to be seen, 2021 and they still don't accept card.. Food isn't terrible, better than a few other stores on that street but that isn't saying much considering how dead the town centre is.

Worst takeaway we've ever had. Cookie dough burnt to a crisp and blended in with the baking paper, chips were cold miniscule amount of cheese. Plenty of better takeaways out there

After moving from looknow in India to congelton I find the food over cooked n dry the garlic bread very hard not a nice place to visit

Had one Saturday night first time because our takeaway was closed, took a while to come but understandable with whats going on and the driver was very polite and apologisedffor the delay. However wasn't that great chips were soggy tasted microwaved were very tight with the cheese only a little sprinkle, pizza was lukewarm and pepperoni didn't look cooked unfortunately went in the bin. Could of been due them being extremely busy.

Dreadful, late delivery, missed ingredients (mushrooms which I paid extra for). Tasteless rubbish. I wish I had researched where I was eating from instead of trusting the Congleton Eats app - I would never have picked this place.

Ordered meal at 2:45am but the order never arrived. I tried calling 200+ but there was no answer or they were “busy”

Slow delivery, I correct food order delivered but correct drinks order Ordered large meal with TOMATOES and received Small meal with LETTUCE AND THE CHIPS WERE SOGGY AND THE DINNER MEAT WAS CRISPY WITH BARELY ENOUGH SAUCE NORMALLY BETTER SERVICE AND QUALITY THAN THIS EXTREMELY SHOCKED WITH TONIGHT'S STANDARDS Plus I was informed I would receive a replacement and nothing arrived

Tonight we ordered our food my partner won't go anywhere else the food was horrible the pizza was like eating cardboard no taste to it at all ,the chips were like rubber,and the kebab in a naan was greasy its not like the food we used to have from here very disappointed think we might go elsewhere from now on very dissatisfied

We use valleys very regularly they have a good offer on pizza on monday food always delivered by happy staff and within the time stated

Tldr: I won't order from here again due being treated in a rude and unprofessional manner over a simple mistake. Normally very happy with this place used to only order from here however, after tonight I won't be ordering from here again. There was a mistake in my order, which I called up the restaurant to sort it out. The person who answered the call at the restaurant wouldn't listen to me and then put the phone down on me while I was trying to explain. What they got wrong was sending 3 regular kebabs which are £4.10 each when I ordered one large kebab (£5.00) and two small kebabs. The person who answered the phone was trying to tell me that one of the kebabs was a large, when they where in front of me and I could see all three next to each other and they where the same size. Now 90p isn't alot of money, I wouldn't if minded if they apologised for the mistake and that was it, but the unprofessional and rude way that I was treated means that I won't recommend this takeaway or order from here again.

Went to collect pizza, the guy serving tried to make me pay cash which I didn't want to do. Got my pizza home and it literally tasted of nothing, extremely bland. Would not recommend.

An absolute fantastic place have ordered from here many times and have never been disappointed. Good quality food and lovely clean place with very friendly staff. Top quality definitely recommend trying this place out.10/10 ☺️

We ordered a small meal from valleys. The food was tasteless and on the website said a 30 min wait yet we ended up waiting well over an hour. When it was finally supposed to be here I called up asking where food was and they said it hasn't even been made so it took an extra 30 mins to arrive. It was tastless and complete waster of money. Big regret wouldn't buy again.

Wish this review gave you the option of no stars. Ordered the lamb baguette with full salad, what an absolute disgrace. Inedible lamb, yellow to brown scratch of salad. Absolute joke. Take a look at yourselves for goodness sake!!!! Disgraceful!!!!!

Ordered online hence neutral atmosphere rating,service 5 star because they read the comments and adapted to specific requests,only thing I would say is the bread,I ordered the naan bread and it was more like a flat pitta,dead thin,hard and stale,the food was brilliant other than this,but the bread makes a kebab to a certain point,up your game guys
