There were signs on the doors saying that the staff was inexperienced please be patient. I'm guessing they were freshly hired summer help while school is out. Food came out good just took an extra minute or two to make.

probably my favorite Taco John's to go to. food is always good and fast and correct. employees are the nicest even when really busy.

Was in there and was at the counter got service right away but then found some dirt or something on the inside of my cup and Had to wait to get someone to get a new cup no big deal but there was an employee in there complaining about customers while people were ordering and at the window professionalism lacks a bit will be back atleast for the food hope to have a better experience with staff next time

Cannot rate atmosphere as i drive through, but very fast with excellent customer service. I don't know what taco bell was thinking when building next door. You'd be crazy to choose them iver this TJs.

Good food if made right. When the place is busy the food is gross. Go there before 5p and after 7p for dinner.

I went through the drive thru and my food was cold and it was super expensive I got a 6 pack and a pound it was 29.00 that is why I will never eat at taco John's again

I ordered a 6 pack and a pound. It took 10 minutes to get . I was at the drive through and car waiting behind me.

Way to expensive for the food we got. For 6 people, we paid $90 !!! That is incredibly marked up to the point of stealing from the customer. It would have been cheaper to go to Applebee's!

It may take a minute to be able to get your food and get through drive-thru but they're always happy and willing to correct any errors

I remember Taco Johns as a kid being a better version of Taco Bell (quality wise) now its basically the same as Taco Bell. Take it or leave it.
