    A big thank you to the new General Manager Anthony.... He is a great man and has taken Denny's West St. Paul to greatness.... Thanks to the night servers Chris and Thor... They have been wonderful and very helpful every time I have stopped in to have a meal.... Great service, awesome employees and just all around wonderful experience at this Denny's location... Thanks Anthony, Chris and Thor for being such great people and so helpful with all my needs and for the awesome service.... Thank you Denny's on Robert St....

    The food was great. Location good and service could have been better. They did great, but left us with no silverware and messed up our drinks. Their AARP discount was great.

    Amazing food! Tried some of the new menu. My server was fast & friendly. She was just the sweetest! This restaurant has new management & it shows.. it’s a beautiful restaurant! Highly recommend! ✨🍳

    My husband and I had a horrible experience. It took 45 minutes to get our food and we were the ONLY people in there at 7pm. The waiter never came around but had time to make malts for his coworkers. My husband had some slime chunk fall out of his breakfast sandwich and my food was ice cold. So basically lesson learned to never go there again. I worked in the restaurant business for many years and I have been in customer service for 20 years. Worst experience ever...

    Did build your own Grand Slam for breakfast. Everything tasted great and was served quickly. It's been several years since a visit to Denny's. Besides the cost of everything in the world rising, only have one complaint. Miss the days of getting a pot of coffee at the table during breakfast. Had to ask for refills, which wasn't the end of the world. The restaurant was clean and updated, and the staff was attentive.

    I order 2 sides and make pigs in a blanket. Not sure how 2 = stack. Or how 1.25 pieces of bacon is a side. Service fairly slow and refills, don't bother. But the food is great and they're open. Right now........told jya

    We had a large group go in around midnight. Jay, (I assume a manager?) was super nice and the atmosphere was very chill. Our server was really sweet and very attentive (she needs a raise 😉) but unfortunately I forgot her name. Anyway if you’re going to be here at night you’re in for a good time.

    I used to love going to Denny's but now I hate the West Saint Paul Denny's. The manager there does not seem to understand English when you tell her that there's no soap in the bathroom and that the bathroom is disgusting and that the food was not right. That was the worst $52 I've ever spent I will never go back to the West Saint Paul Denny's ever again

    Atmosphere was weird, everything looked dark, cold and distant- was in the evening. The staff were nice but it was impossible to get their attention and seemed like they didn't speak English except for one lady who wasn't our server. The food was ok, Bourbon chicken skillet was pretty good but should have been paired with rice or something. Other than that, salmon was overcooked and boring, veggies were colder than room temperature. Kid's Mac and cheese was tiny and apparently came without a drink. The tiny apple juice that we got with it (was offered on the kids meals menu) was more than $4. That's pretty ridiculous.. I didn't like the fact that they make it look like it's included in the kid's meal like anywhere else. That's sneaky and mean. Left a bitter flavor, honestly.

    Came here at 1 am after the Dragonforce concert in Minneapolis, was seated immediately and the customer service was very good Would come back frequently if I lived in the area

    Went and got takeout from here and was so disappointed. I used to love Denny's now it's become so overpriced and the food just is not the same. I ordered a club sandwich of some sort and the bread was so hard that I had to throw it out and just no flavor. And it cost almost $20 per person. It came to $18 and some cents per person for just burgers and fries. Their prices have become crazy. I would rather go to a buffet for that price

    Definitely the worst Denny’s in MN. Saw the manager touch food that was ready to serve with her hands. Also the staff is so rude! Not to mention there’s an underage girl running the front. Poor girl doesn’t know half of the stuff she’s doing and clearly needs better training. Overall a message for Maria, TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER! They need to understand how to do their job. Waitress, joseline, is very inconsiderate and instructed me to have drove to Denny’s DRUNK to get a refund from last night. Who trained this girl!?

    Worst experience ever. The person who took our order has no idea how to take order, had to repeat our order a bunch of times. Had us waiting for over an hour when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. When we finally got our food half of it wasn’t even what we ordered. When we took it back to show them they still gave us an attitude and expected us to wait for the rest of the food when like 3 different people had already touched our food. Never going back there
