So far not great... Sold me an old bike with worn down parts. Not great on a $10k+ bike. This is a premium bike and for that to happen after 3 short rides makes no sense. I have this exact bike as well and after 1-year have no wear and tear on it like they are claiming. Have high hopes they'll do the right thing... [Update] Your email responses = "it's clearly wear and tear plus we don't believe you after spending $13,000 on a brand new bike" - Erik's. I'm not sure how a brand new bike does this and shocked at the customer support lack of care from your company. I hope to have others think twice before purchasing from you. All over not covering $129 to replace worn out parts you sold on a new bike.

Ski waxing completed in excellent time however my son’s skis were damaged. A 1/2 dollar sized piece of the top was chipped off the rear tip of one ski. With no pictures to confirm their status upon dropping them off I was in little position to argue. Lesson learned. The retailer laughed at my situation insinuating I could pay $70 to have Erik’s fix them or I could glue it down my self. I won’t be back. Update: Management reached out to correct the situation right away but I had already made the repairs myself.

My wife recently bought a new Aventon Adventure.2 from Erik's in Woodbury. We wanted to buy a bike from a bike shop versus ordering it directly from the manufacturer and assembling it ourselves - I just like to count on somebody that has way more experience assembling and servicing bikes than I do to hopefully prevent any issues in the future... Honestly, we could not have been happier with the entire process!! Everyone that we worked with were very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions (and being first time e-bike buyers we had alot of questions) and I felt like they truly wanted our buying experience at Erik's to be the best it could be. Thank you to Tyler, Kha, Tanner and Tim for all of your help during this process. We super appreciate all of your patience with us during our visits to your store. In the end, we left feeling great about our Aventon bike purchase and the place that we bought it from... And lastly, thanks Tanner for the help with loading up the bike safely for our drive home.

Staff is extremely helpful. Prices are fair for new equipment. They take the time to help outfit you and explain the technology you are purchasing. Prices start from entry level to high end. Had boards waxed, family seems very pleased with this and there is a complemntry mid season wax too! They also set up the bindings on the new boards.

I dropped off 2 snowboards for a preseason tuneup. The technician was thorough and so pleasant. Boards were ready on time as promised. I’ll be back!

I came in for a tire repair right at closing. I was prepared to drop-off and pick up later. I never expected them to ask if I minded hanging around for them to take care if it. Thank you for such great customer service!

Recently bought 2 Aventon e-bikes at Erik’s. All in all the staff is great at the Woodbury store. Explained the details, pluses and minuses, and other bike brand options. Had the bikes ready as promised. The bikes themselves are great! Work really well! Only comment is that Eriks does not carry hardware options for Aventon such as the fenders and rear racks we wanted. Staff said go to Aventon website and order directly. Did so but took a month to get amid many confusing emails from Aventon about what was shipped and when. Hardware finally received was good quality and works well. If Erik’s is the biggest Aventon dealer in the US they should carry the optional hardware as well.

Worst service I have received when trying to spend money. Walking in at 11:10 stood by the counter until 11:45 being ignored. Then when I was finally addressed the service person was rude and condescending. Will never purchase anything from this company. Will be buying online. Makes you really wonder why stores exist anymore. Low inventory and people who don't care about their jobs.
