I used their online website daily to buy items but not anymore ever since they’ve lost my items consecutively. I have given them $4,000+ over the last two years when employees didn’t steal or jack up prices. They are now losing a majority of my items. The employees then say “this happens a lot.” So internal theft happens a lot I guess, and they are okay with that. Unbelievable. They also use a ghost bidder to jack up prices. Anyone with an algorithm reader can see this. I encourage you to write the attorney general to fix their issues since they won’t do it themselves. Goodwill is not a non-profit.

I used their online auction site to bid on and purchase an item from this store. They item hadn't shipped after over seven days (but I was being patient because they had said things were slow because of lack of staffing). Today I received a refund for the purchase and it simply said "Item not found". The complete lack of communication or any attempt at customer service is the problem here. They could have reached out and said, "Hey, things are crazy here - we are having trouble finding the item you purchased will be in touch". There was zero attempt to communicate and I was just surprised with an electronically generated email indicating my money was refunded. Avoid bidding on items from this location.

Overall this chain of stores are becoming less thrifty! They are price gouging for higher end clothing. THE CLOTHING IS USED! Their exchange policy has been the same for many years with the promise to customers and employees to be updated! They got rid of there coupons for donations. They used to have very good deals on holidays. They don't offer more than 30% AND it's only 1 color. THEY HAVE A LOCATION IN MONTICELLO! BATHROOMS ARE UNISEX. TWO STALLS. A MAN WITH A YOUNG CHILD CAME IN THE STALL NEXT TO ME. SEVERE TRAUMA FOR ME. INVASION OF MY PRIVACY! Seems the decision making is not taking the customer into account! Be better towards your customers. Your business will increase!

Goodwill pricing is no longer reflective of thrift store value. During recent years I've discovered numerous Dollar Tree products with tags at 2.99, 3.99 and even 4.99! Items throughout Goodwill stores are routinely priced at or above the price for new products, rendering it a poor shopping experience for anyone seeking thrift store value. Do better Goodwill. Dollar Tree and Target/Kirkland's/Macy's quality are very different, and your pricing needs a major overhaul to reflect that.

The customer service from the online portion of this store could be better. They put higher weights on their items to make a larger profit and refuse to correct them. The customer service is vague and extremely rude. Don't buy anything from Easter Seals MN Shopgoodwill website. Their shipping takes 2-3 weeks for even one item. Before placing a bid, make sure it is not from this location or you will be scammed. Online goodwill purchases from FL, CA, TX, WA stores have phenomenal customer service, accurate pricing, and fast shipping.

Absolute horrible customer service, as a pregnant veteran you would think they might actually care to help but instead they ghosted me via email and there was no one who would speak to me on the phone. Glad to see they care much more about money than protected classes. Will never go to another Easter seals goodwill in my life, was never treated with such disrespect from other facets of the company.

Sincerely never dealt with worse customer service. Even after finally getting ahold of a real person (had to call through several other local store to find them) and telling them about their inaccurate website information and poor customer service response times (if any!) they still did not fix it. I made the mistake of buying a second item from them thinking the first time was a fluke- nope. This is just how they operate. They are more than okay taking your money and running. They are cool with lying to your face to placate you. They take goods from your local goodwills and cannibalize them online over and over. They are a scam, through and through, guised as a charitable organization. Don’t be fooled and do not give them your hard earned money. They will betray your trust!

This place has absolutely terrible customer service.. they sold defective merchandise to me from their online department.. .and refused to refund me my money on a item that is absolutely useless to me..I'm out $60 and they could care less. They didn't disclose the damage on the item , and I was basically taking advantage of. I'm extremely disappointed in Goodwill and their lack of compassion and lack of accountability for selling me defective merchandise. I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. Because it cost me and I never got a refund!

Ordered an item that appeared to be in decent shape. Box was fine but the item looked like it had been run over by a car. Terrible overall

Do not buy anything from this location! If I could rate this Goodwill with zero stars I would. I hardly ever write a review, but in this case it is warranted. I won an item on their Shopgoodwill auction website about a month ago, and paid for it. The shipping amount was grossly over what it should have been, but I thought the item was worth it. They state that the item will be shipped within five days, but when it had not been shipped after two weeks I tried to contact their customer service. No answer. After waiting another week, I tried again, only to be told they were still looking for my item. After that, I called, and was told that someone would go look for the item personally, but I never heard back. Today, I was told the item was lost and they were giving me a refund. I will never purchase from this location again. I have used their online auction platform for years and this has never happened.
