Can't fault Milano's Mahon Point. Really nice restaurant, well trained staff and the food is good. One comment re the Chicken Wings with Lemon and Herb. Time to take that off the menu and replace with traditional recipe. Other than that, everything else good.

We had three dishes one of which, the Pizza was quite nice. The other two which were starter portions were just okay. Nicely decorated and quite a big restaurant, the toilets were also very clean. The big issue I had was when we went to pay. We were the first customers at lunchtime and they had no change in the till register! The waitress started looking for change in her purse and then went into Nando's next door to get some! I've never seen something so stupid or badly organized in a restaurant in my life. They had nothing in the register! Nothing!!! Pay by credit card, no issues but it won't do much for trying to make some tips. When we walked in, the restaurant was completely empty and the chef and the main waitress were sitting down having coffee or something at 12:50! 10 minutes before traditional lunchtime! Whywasn't there a float in the till? Preparation is everything in a restaurant, be prepared! They weren't!

My sister and me had lunch here a few weeks ago. We shared a pizza and they put her choice on one half and my choice on the other half - great idea! Very tasty (we both used to live in Italy and appreciate good pizza as it's hard to find in Ireland but this was really good). Great service and reasonable prices. Will visit again sometime.

I recently went to Milano in Mahon Point and had their pizza, and it was fantastic! The crust was crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the cheese was perfectly melted. The service was also top-notch, which made for a great overall experience. I highly recommend checking it out!

Nice spot,service so so wouldn't describe as best,choice of drinks very small from beer only Peroni,pizza tasty but to small for value you need 3 pizza's per person definitely because the baze is look as wraap.. Wouldn't recommend is you are hungry definitely. Palce is very clean have open kitchen .

Unbelievable. I ordered Pizza for take away and not only did we have to wait 30 minutes instead of 10 (as they told us) they also only gave us half of the pizza and covered the „whole“ in the pizza with arugola! But of course they charged us the full prize…

My family enjoyed delicious pizza, pasta and desserts with Milano. The restaurant also have an approachable and friendly staff. Thanks most especially to Thais for making our lunch delightful and making sure all our orders are in place. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I was sat for over 20 minutes without anyone coming to take an order. Tried my best to get their attention just short of actually getting up and stopping someone in their tracks. The pizzas on both sides of me were burnt. Overall not very impressed. Ended up getting up and walking out.

Had lunch today at Milano with my wife and 3 year old son. I can honestly say it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. The female server with brown hair and glasses was so rude I was actually taken back by it. Just because we asked to move to a different table that was child friendly she became very bolshy and rude (maybe it’s a culture thing). Not the sort of customer service you expect from a respectable restaurant. That girl should not be working in hospitality with that childish attitude. Apart from her….the food was nice and most of the other staff were friendly and smiley. But we won’t be returning because of her. And we will be sharing our negative experience with friends and family around Cork.

I extremely enjoyed my evening in Milano. Ellie & Thais were a delight and made sure I had everything I needed. The food was fabulous as always. Overall a great experience.

Got a couple of pizzas. Wasn’t particularly thrilled with it. Felt like I was back in America eating at a California Pizza Kitchen. Felt like a mall pizza restaurant. Also, very minimal beer selection. This is a Uber family friendly mall spot. Just not my vibe, but nothing really to complain about other than that. Food and service were fine!

Haven’t been to Milano’a in years and what a great experience it was to come back. Excellent pizza, very tasty and quick service. The dough balls we ordered were Devine . The staff was very attentive and friendly and the restaurant was pristine with a very chill atmosphere even tho it was during the weekend. Great place if you have kiddo’s and want to bring them for a meal treat. Highly recommend it, I’ll definitely be going back soon.

Quite disappointed. Was left standing at the door waiting to be seated as staff were all crowded together watching something on one of their phones… when we sat down they were a bit more attentive. The glass of Malbec was overpriced and not very nice, tasted like it was open for quite some time. Dough balls were absolutely swimming in oil… pizza base was slightly under cooked. Overall not great, it’s overpriced for what you get. Service wasn’t the best and to top it the waitress pulled a face when I declined a tip on the card machine.
