Overall a bad quality McDonald’s, 6/10 chance something is wrong with the order. I’ve been going there for a while now and it can be grand from time to time but usually something is wrong, from patty’s being missing from burgers to consistently forgetting to give items at the drive thru. More expensive than limerick locations also?

Lovely to stop at en route home. Clean restrooms. Plenty parking. Quick and helpful service A definite favourite of ours.

I always find the managers and staff very friendly in Shannon. I go there most mornings for my coffee. I would highly recommend.

The guy working around the food waste stations and computer order system was too much. Felt like I had to ask permission from him to get napkins or use the restroom. McDonald's is usually light hearted and fun. It felt more like an inconvenience being around in this establishment

Good as always in McDonald’s stable as franchise standard. Is it anything extra no, after all this is fast food. However, it could be way cleaner and nicer inside. It was hard to find a clean table, that was properly wiped properly after previous customers. Sits looked old and had not been cleaned properly for a while. Staff members went to sit outside on their break and smoked e-cigarettes pretty much in front of the entrance. This should never happen, there should be a very clear policy for no smoking around especially in places where people will sit and eat.

i have just had a TERRIBLE experirnce. pedro came over to me and said ‘put ur leg down, theres camera.’ i politely said ‘what?’ and he said ‘THERR IS CAMERA!🤬‘. i am very confused on this interaction as i don’t understand his intention??? like ya my leg is up? whys that matter. BAD EXPERIENCE OVER ALL. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was served at the drive thru by a wonderful young man named Oliver if I’m not mistaken. Very mannerly and the food was mesmerising. Will be back.

Chips were cold and only half full. Coke was completely flat. Will not go here again 👎

I consider that when I eat something to McDonald's, I'm conscious that it isn't healthy food. Although the environment is clean, and people inside are professional and very gentle. That's is enough for me to eat something to McDonald's place

Brilliant McDonalds. Excellent Service and lovely food.It's also very clean. The staff is very friendly. I have never had any problems in this McDonalds. The Milkshakes are great. I would recommend coming here!

Easy place to stop when heading south. Staff are attentive and eager to help customers with the self help machines. Service is quick and food is as expected. Drive through can often have big queues but they never take too long. Not a very big location, maybe a bit cramped. Petrol station across the yard.

They were busy on the Friday night, plenty of table paddles and food arrived promptly. Toilets were clean, and staff made sure areas were cleaned after people left tables

It's McDonalds, it's a fast food restaurant so you know what you are getting. Drive thru is very handy. It's popular on Friday evenings so could be busy at that time.

Was hungry and in a hurry. Double Quarter pounder is quite a mouthful but other than that it's just rubbish food that fills a need for speed.

This branch can be quite busy, on this visit was busy a bus load and to be fair the counter staff Executed a very effective plan to clear the large group of customers, I was expecting a 20 minute wait but not the case only a 5 minute wait there was no issues with the order outstanding job .

Food was fine but the staff on both windows would need a lesson in manner's Thank you doesn't hurt Plus they gave no straws, milk or sugar for my coffee both of their manner's wouldn't encourage you to go back the staff in Shannon were always lovely

Went for breakfast with my youngest. Can't go wrong with a breakfast roll. Redeemed 2 game pieces for a free sausage and egg muffin and a hot apple pie. Friendly staff and comfortable seats

McDonald's, the home of great food and served with a smile. Great for kids party's or family meetings. Cheap date, McDonald's is the best place by far. Euro saver meal and a cuddle in the disabled toilet. Talk about class. Life is for living. Love McDonald's and yourself.

Went in very early in the morning for a coffee and a bun, lady was super super nice to me and even offered to turn down the music if I wanted

Unfortunately the early morning eat ins get forgotten in favour of the drive through's. I waited nearly 25 minutes for the food to be brought to the table. This has happened twice now on the last two occasions I have visited McDonald's for a breakfast.

Disgusting. I hate McDonald’s it smells disgusting, is disgusting and is very unhealthy. Would never recommend to anyone. I would rather pay all my money than eat a single chip from McDonald’s. I haven’t ate McDonald’s since I was three years old.

Absolutely outstanding staff, boss man in the drive thru was a pleasure to talk to and the highlight of my day , where else can you get amazing service like that! , stellar employees would go again.

Service was excellent here, we sat in. Myself and three young kids. Nice booths to keep them in their seats and out of the way. The staff were friendly and efficient. Facilities were clean throughout.

This in my opinion is one of the nicer McDonald's I've been to. Very clean, spacious and had a games/tablet section for the kids to keep them occupied 😉
