I ordered a treadmill from this company and got it pretty quick. The treadmill was clearly faulty and i contacted them they send a replacement BUT never picked up the faulty one. Ive been contacting them for over a week and they just keep sending the same generic message. Ive now have a massive box standing by my front door and i have no idea what to do with it. Very disappointed. Service great until something goes wrong,

Ordered the ‘CatCamp’ cat cage/run. One of the worst orders I’ve ever received online. The instruction sheet was terrible and very difficult to understand. NOTHING fits right. The boards came warped. The door that came on one of the boards doesn’t even fit and the gap between is shocking. Would definitely not recommend if you are looking for value for money or a good quality cat cage/run. This cost me €350 and the quality of the wood and the finish is terrible for the price.

I ordered a Cat Camp online for my three cats. I had called the offices beforehand as I had some questions and the gentleman I spoke to could not have been nicer. He took time to explain about the product and was very patient. The website was easy to use and the item arrived in two days and we had it together in no time.
