Purchased a Christmas present off their online store on the 16/12/23. I like supporting small Irish retailers. Had to email them for an update on 20th and then got a reply late on the 21st saying their supplier had let them down! Why leave it till last minute to let me know this, I clearly told them in the order notes section that it was a Christmas present and it needed to be delivered in time. Very poor communication and now I haven’t time to get my family member a present delivered for Christmas!
