I was most impressed by the service provided by JJ and his colleagues. He was patient and helpful. After I changed my mind and returned the tiles, I am pleased to say the refund process was very easy.

Shocking customer service by the male member of staff that was dressed in a bear costume. intentionally ignored me and then stalled me as it was approaching closing time meaning I couldn't get what I needed just so they could have the shutters down at 5 on the dot. Won't be buying anything from Topps Tiles ever again unless they offer free topping. Management need to push the importance of customer service here because there was absolutely none on my visit. And the man in the bear costume was way too freindly, i think he wasnt wearing bear trousers, and he kept trying to hug me. I will never be buying my tiles here again.

The entire team here are excellent ; Chantelle, Eric, Dec and JJ. Knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend using these guys - feels more like an independent store than a chain but with the range of a large chain.

We went to Amersham shop in such a panic and rush because it was only 10mins before closing time and we needed to order a tile as tiler was booked already. Staff was amazing. They were very helpful and tried everything to help us even closing time was already passed.Thank you again.
