I’m rarely this critical with my reviews but… Let’s start with the positives: Nice decor, lovely staff, good menu choices. I ordered the Smokey joe with fries on the side. #1 it’s suppose to have some spice. Couldn’t taste it. In fact the overall burger was rather bland but you could pick up a hint of the chorizo but that’s about it. #2 The portion size of the fries was too little. #3 the ketchup tasted like the very cheap kind and was served in this little tomato holder which is cute but doesn’t fit the environment. #4 I was asked to order on the app with my table number which was fine and worked well, but I was asked for a tip on ordering. That’s a big no no, you simply don’t ask for a tip before any service has been given. I am more than happy to tip and I usually do. But you don’t ask upfront. In my opinion, the team here need to take a step back and think about the experience they want to deliver… cheap, upper/middle of the road casual, or upmarket/pricier. I think they can absolutely pull off mid to upper experiences with the prices they currently charge, but too many aspects feel like cheap.

Totally worth it! Very nice staff, very friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere, music at perfect volume, light spot-on also they dim it if they wish to. Space enough between two tables, quick times, clean and wonderful place really. Food was delicious, amazingly tasty. Just to say something which is not really bad but maybe improvements for the future is that it wasn't easy to identify each worker as they didn't wear a corporative uniform or marker. Also straws very narrow so they get blocked easily and it's a bit disturbing. Portions maybe a bit tiny for the price. Other than that fantastic experience.

Very nice place for either a nice meal throughout the day or a drink in the evening. Spacious inside, with nice external seatings for when the weather is nice. Food is quite good and kitchen opened until 10pm. Cocktails are quite tasty. Everything decently priced. Staff are nice and helpful. We have already visited a few times and what we always get in the evening are regular and halloumi fries.

Lovely restaurant with friendly staff, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We'll be regulars here I'm sure! I'm really liking the lunch menu. Tried the soup and panini special today, and I loved it. Everything has such a great home-made flavour. My husband and I are looking forward to tryingout more of the menu in the near future!

I had a fantastic time at this brunch spot! They offer a wide variety of options for both hearty appetites and those looking for a lighter meal. I couldn't finish my plate because I didn't anticipate the portion size to be so generous. Next time, I'll order a smaller portion, but I'll definitely be back for more! I have been today with my friends to Merletto where I always go, but unfortunately today I didn’t have a good experience. I ordered chicken and bacon salad with avocado, and with she couit came with no avocado, we ordered some tapas with barbecue chicken wings, the chicken came extremely cold it looked it was insious and already there from other day. Was really hard to eat, the patatas came really cold as well, also we ordered 2 diet cokes that came without gas, so I asked if it could be changed, the table attendant put the coke in another glass for her to try it, suggesting that it was okay, in front of me doubting me which is an unacceptable customer service.Then she suggested that it was only the glass so she could only change the glass. It was a really bad customer service as I just asked to swap the diet coke and I haven’t raised a complaint. I hope this service gets better.

Atmosphere is cosy and warm. I had a glass of Cloudy Apple juice and English breakfast and it was absolutely satisfying and delicious.

Called in for Breakfast at 9am before travelling to London, service was very speedy, we were asked politely about any food allergies when ordering. We had the Lounge Breakfast which was lovely quality and very tasty. Coffees were super smooth and nice quality. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back. The main food menu looked great too and they also have a licenced bar and lots of seating.
