start
off
with
I
would
like
to
firstly
point
out
that
the
manager
Harry
was
very
disrespectful
had
a
massive
attitude.
Problem
started
to
accuse
my
sister
and
me
of
lying
instead
of
looking
for
the
facts
and
getting
to
the
bottom
of
the
problem
and
solve
it
rather
this
manager
of
B&Q
was
very
disrespectful
and
arrogant
in
his
attitude.
I
asked
if
I
could
talk
to
another
manager
once
the
other
manager
turned
up,
he
was
very
respectful
very
open
minded
and
solved
the
problem.
Instantly
his
name
was
Naren
one
of
more
experienced
and
little
older
than
the
manager
Harry,
mr
Naren
who
was
kind
understanding
and
sorted
the
problem
out
without
any
more
commotion
I
would
like
to
add
that
this
manager,
Harry
needs
to
be
talked
to
or
sent
on
a
extensive
customer
service
course
I
don’t
know
who
made
him
a
manager,
but
this
guy
is
not
management
material
it
would
be
nice
if
this
so
called
manger
Harry
apologises
to
my
sister
he
took
advantage
of
a
lady
who
is
suffering
with
severe
anxiety,
panic
attacks
and
is
under
the
mental
health
act
because
of
her
mental
state
and
instead
of
stopping
and
talking
to
my
sister
and
understanding
what
she
is
requesting
and
has
a
problem
he
started
to
really
put
her
down
right
know
I’ve
had
to
take
her
home
so
that
she
can
take
some
time
to
sort
herself
out
