This location is not called Heritage House anymore it's New name is Eagle Suites,Newly remodeled units,for a weekly rate of $250 for reg rooms that have refrigerator and microwave,as I understand there are kitchenettes for $300 a week.

We really enjoyed our stay at Heritage House Inn. The room was recently updated. It was very clean, comfortable, and really quiet. The bathroom was spotless and well stocked with towels and soap. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. You can tell that there is a lot of pride in how far they have come and I'm looking forward to seeing Heritage House Inn's future upgrades and renovations. We called ahead to let them know what time we were arriving and the front desk staff was there and ready to check us in. We stayed with our small dog and the pet fee and they were upfront about the pet fee and it was very reasonable. There is also a train that comes through there during the night but the sound was minimal.

This hotel is lovely. The bad reviews are definitely from before the remodel. Super clean and comfortable rooms and a nice lawn with huge trees. Each room opens onto a porch that runs the length of the building. The surrounding area is industrial but didn't seem sketchy and the hotel property is tucked away and felt totally safe. They accommodated us last minute with our well-behaved dog for a reasonable pet fee (it seems like they may take pets on a case by case basis so I'd recommend calling first). The staff was friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here any time we are passing through Little Rock.

I absolutely loved this property. I booked a reservation last minute and they were so accommodating. There was only a $25 charge for having a dog, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very clean, modern looking, and also included a Smart Roku TV! I also truly loved how the whole Inn was decorated for Fall on the outside. There was a very warm and welcoming feel to the whole place largely due in part to Heidi. Heidi was an absolute gem and a huge help with references for local food spots/lovely conversation. All in all I highly recommend any traveler book a room in this Inn. I am very grateful that I did!

I have been at Heritage House Inn for a 7 weeks for a Travel contract and it has been an extremely pleasant experience! The rooms have been recently renovated with a modern look, TV, bath, fridge, etc. Everything is always kept clean and any issues are quickly addressed by the staff. The location is right off the highway which makes it easy/ quick to get to most of little rock. It's also less than 15 mins away from some of the major hospitals (Baptist, UAMS, Children's) Lionel and Heidi have been excellent hosts/managers and have helped made this travel assignment go a smooth as possible. Don't let the older reviews steer you away from a great spot as that was under different management!

The rooms were freshly remodeled, very clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to stay here.

I had a wonderful night at the Heritage House Inn. The room was clean, comfortable and at a great price with wonderful and classy fall decorations. The manager Lionel is a class act himself with fantastic customer service skills and works hard to make sure everything is right! He helped me with a phone charger as I had forgotten mine. I will definitely stay there again if I ever have the opportunity! THANK YOU LIONEL!!!

I would refer family and friends to book this property for long term and short term lodging. The property was beautiful from the renovations and decor choices down to the landscape and curb appeal. The staff was courteous, professional and was just hospitable in every way. I will definitely book this property again.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Fresh paint, updated bath with a comfortable feel. The television did not work. Staff was super friendly. Quiet! Nice place to stop and rest. Television not working prevent me from giving five stars.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this place. Newly remodeled. Very clean! Jasmine went above and beyond to give us the best hotel customer service we have ever had. Rooms come with a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, 50 in roku tv, a nice closet and tons of dresser space! I love that they are pet friendly and don’t charge an arm and a leg. Also at first we were worried about safety but this hotel has a ton of security cameras and we were very comfortable during our week stay. Very great location near everything!!! We will be staying here again if we are ever back in this area.

The manager is very nice. It's Quiet here. Its in a good location and the property is well maintained.

Now that its exchanged owners and became Eagle Suites, they've remodeled the place and are still revamping the place and it's nice and beautiful. You can rent by the week and by the month! It's so worth it if you're needing a temp home
