Don’t go to the Conway location. Went to get my ring resized the guy couldn’t even work computer had to go outside to get his manager. All the workers are young and not helpful. Went back week later for pick up. Picked up my ring when came in they were all at the back tables on their phones one was sleep head down on desk and they handed it to me without my box they said they would give me a new box cause they couldn’t even remember I had left one. I don’t even believe they shipped my ring off to be resized it still doesn’t fix. Still falling off as it was at first

I went to this particular location yesterday evening to get a necklace that was very special to me either repaired or replaced after my dog had damaged it. I received the absolute best service from Cassie and she made sure that I left the store getting exactly what I needed. She even cleaned and polished the pendant of my necklace for free. I’ll certainly be coming back to this location in the future.
