    I am a patient here and have been here for many years now. Dr. Fiorilli is the best doctor I have ever had. I am honored the privilege of knowing and having him to take care of my health issues! He is a brilliant man to say the least and I respect him greatly. He is so empathetic to his patients needs, and gives 100% in finding their diagnosis and the numerous comorbidities that may go along with them. I sincerely cannot thank him enough!

    If they have a zero .. or minus star they deserve..this place is not worth for visiting at all You don't get the lab test results and no health records for visit alt all.

    Took them days to call me back when my teen was running high bp and lady very rude. I had appt at another office before these guys ever returned my call.

    I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO SCHEDULE MY YEARLY PHYSICAL FOR 7 DAYS, YES 7 DAYS. I HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE VOICE MAILS AND EVEN CALLED THE ADMIN. OFFICE TO HELP SPEAK WITH SOMEONE.

    As with most services, your experience is largely based on yourself. Having said that, I've had nothing but positive experiences with the doctors, nurses, and PAs here. I have been seeing Dr. Jack for nearly 10 years and I would recommend him to anyone. He's my go-to before dealing with any of my other doctors/specialists. My only complaint would be that there needs to be better communication between doctors so they are as up-to-date as possible. This isn't an issue with RHG so much as it is with all doctors, so I cannot fault them for this. I've found that I just need to be more proactive in my own healthcare to correct this issue which is something I think everyone could benefit from if they were to do this also.

    Changed my appointment without letting me know. No phone call, no email, no text message. Unacceptable when you can take off work without notice. I'm switching doctors. I refuse that kind of customer service.
