I have visited the practice twice now, the first time for a consultation / to see if the tooth could be removed however, due to swelling it couldn’t. I visited the practice recently to have a complicated molar extracted and both times I felt completely at ease, Paul is so reassuring each time with what tool he is about to use etc and really makes nervous patients (like me!) feel relaxed. Very grateful for how patient he was and taking the time to explain what was happening in the procedure. I’d definitely recommend!

I've been here for a few big appointments now and I have to say this is an absolutely fantastic practice. All the staff are kind, helpful and welcoming. Laura is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain her recommendations to me and she ensured I was comfortable and that I knew what was happening during procedures. I felt like I was being looked after rather than being seen as income which I have at a lot of other dentists. Honestly couldn't fault them!

I needed quite a lot of work including route canal and bridge replacement. The work was completed over a number of appointments. The service I received was brilliant. I was kept well informed and I have no discomfort or pain following each intervention. Very pleased with the outcome and I would definitely recommend White House Dental Practice.

I've been a patient for many years with the White House Dental Practice and Dr Paul Mottram. The team there are fantastic, always professional, personable, polite with a great sense of humour. Having recently undertaken lengthy Invasalign treatment the whole process was painless and caring, Paul and his team were extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I was recommended Whitehouse Dental Practice by an orthodontist, when I was looking for somewhere to get dental implants done. I have had a very positive experience throughout, and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Paul Mottram and his team. Dr Stephen Kelso carried out the foundational work of my implants, followed by Paul who fitted them. Both were professional, meticulous and always thorough regarding the initial plan and the following appointments for my dental treatment. The dental nurses too were instrumental in the efficiency of my appointments and everyone in the team was lovely, welcoming and reassuring. No negative comments to report whatsoever!!! .

My treatment from Paul Mottram has been in every way as perfect as it could be. My pain was identifed as being from a tooth that had lost a filling and was infected. He explained my options of extraction or a root filling and crown, the cost and potential problems and success rate. Opting for the root filling he talked me through as he carried out each part of the process over a number of weeks. Whilst not pleasant it was more than bareable and I managed to relax. The dental nurses were very caring and reassuring. Whilst never cheap, I paid for each part of the work in installments in advance which made it a lot more palatable. Paul also successfully filled another difficult tooth to help avoid future problems there. I now have a lovely new crown and most importantly pain free teeth. Thankyou to the team.

I was always apprehensive when going to dentists after some really bad experiences. Since joining White House dental practice that has now been put to rest! Paul is absolutely fantastic, easy going, honest and straight forward, he put my mind at ease. Paul and Charlotte have just done 4 fillings for me and it was absolutely pain free! Outstanding dentist. I cannot possibly recommend this dentist enough. Paul and the team are absolutely exemplary. I have been treated like part of the family since the moment I stepped into the practice. Over the course of a couple of years I have had Invisalign treatment and an implant fitted. An amazing place that puts you at eaze. Paul and his staff are fantastic! I'm like most people who are nervous but Paul showed me a technique on how to relax and it's just amazing! I will now quite happily sit back and have work done listening to music in the background. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. 5 stars is not enough for the work of Paul and his team.
