Such a great campsite! We were easily able to access the river. We also enjoyed a ferryboat ride, as well as the saturday night entertainment. We took a short drive to the winery across the street for beautiful views of the river. The owners and staff could not have been more friendly! Great place to stay, can't wait to go back next year!

It was a fishing trip just for the night. 4 hours, I took 7 Amish men in a nice rented van. From what they told me about the time on the boat they had a great time and came back with 6 fish but they all forgot to bring a cooler for the fish. So they kept the biggest fish which was I think two or three of them and lay them on the little side at the door. So if you go on the fishing trip please make sure you take a cooler. But other than that they had a great time.

Beautiful view of the river but that was about it. Sites very crammed, horrible water pressure (barely any the last day so no way to properly clean out the black tank), dirty restrooms, and not very friendly.

We recently had a meet up of RV friends and stayed at Ferry Boat. We all brought varying rigs of different sizes and we were able to be near each other. The sites were clean and level. There were families camping with kids near us. It was a nice camp ground. If you are there is a local restaurant, Old Trail Tavern, which has deliciously locally sourced food and spirits. We ate there twice during our stay, and the restaurant accommodated a large group. Definitely recommend!

This year was our 3d year visiting in July and we initially loved it so much that we invited more family to come along this time around and to our surprise the lady in the main office was racist the whole 3 days we stayed there. As well as spying on us and intimidating my little sister and other people in the area for defending us. Meanwhile everyone else was so nice (and also note they ARE pet friendly!), this experience has now changed our minds on visiting :(

We booked our stay here to take advantage of the ferryboat ride and to visit Lake Tobias. First, be sure to read their refund policy. Any cancelations before 30 days will receive a refund by check? Doesnโ€™t make sense and seems weird. The nice part about this place is the ferryboat, and the river. The staff was friendly, and the camp store was an okay size. The bad part, sites are small, game room was bland, playground is beat, mini golf area is beat. Bathrooms are dated and not cleaned or maintained on a regular basis. REFUND POLICY: Terrible, please read and study the refund policy before booking. You were warned. CAMPSTORE: Small to medium size, acceptable PLAYGROUND: Run down BATHROOMS: Old, dirty, and not maintained. Went to one bathroom and the toilet was clogged. Went to the next closet bathroom that had two stalls. One stall had a broken toilet seat, and the other stall had a broken door lock. ACTIVITES NEAR BY: Lake tobas, small shops across the way in Millersburg SITE SIZE: Smaller than average AMENITIES: River for swimming or wadding, onsite events.

We enjoy going to Ferryboat. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I don't know how to park my camper & ask the office staff for help. Someone came to park my camper and did a fanatic job. He was very concerned about my child and I comfort. He didn't leave until the camper was just how I wanted it. Also, when I leave there's staff 7:00 A.M. ish to help me hitch it up. Bingo is the best!! You must learn how to say....SUDDEN DEATH!! best game ever. If you hate fun this isn't the place for you. Endless activities for kids & adults I could go on but I'll end it here.

Nice place. Casual, friendly. Live music the evening we were there. Lots of neighbors in campers, RVs, tents. Fun.
