We've been a few times now and usually share a platter - staff are so helpful and the atmosphere is always lovely. We've never needed starters or desserts so not sure what they're like but the meals are out of this world. The steak is cooked to perfection (I like mine blue) and the servings are big! The sides are always fresh and the staff were really accommodating to any changes or questions etc. Drinks prices are moderate but we spent roughly £80 for 2 people with a platter 2 beers and 2 soft drinks and it was worth every penny.

Service here is awesome! T-bone was beautiful, the management made me feel like a celebrity as the owner/chef gave me a pick of steaks to choose from which she then cooked very lovingly indeed. The meat was already cut off the bone for me when it arrived at the table so no faffing about, all I had to do was dig in. Tasted delicious. Vegetables need to be fresher but other than that I highly recommend this little place if you are passing through the city centre.

Steak, fries and spinach were on point, so delicious! The team was so nice and obliging. We would definitely come back. Food came very quick.

Very nice place. Food was delicious. Friendly staff. Prices for a stake house is normal. 15-20£. If you wanna meat from butcher would be 2x and more. Even kids menu was good and real meat. Tasty. Plenty of space. Drinks like everywhere. Maybe need some deserts.

Restaurant specialises in steaks American style beef with a middle Eastern touch. The meat was cooked very well but could have come with more vegetables on the side instead of potatoes. Staff friendly but didn't have a clue of the beef provenance. British? Brazil? Argentine? For the price I would of hoped they knew to confirm the quality. There are a lot of meat shops to compete on BOLD Street.

been to many steak houses but this is probably the worst unfortunately. Had high hopes as it was Turkish themed, but the food was absolutely bland as anything. Everything apart from the steaks are just covered in various sauces. The meat itself was okay. If you are in Liverpool and want good steak then definitely go to Etchi Mehmet which is 50 yards from Kassap and that is authentic Turkish style steak where they also do the butter cooked sirloin steak which is probably the tastiest steak ever

We got the slow cooked ribs and it was lovely! Service was 10/10, atmosphere was nice. Really recommend, mostly all halal food! The hot chocolate cake was freshly made and delicious

Excellent restaurant. If you like steak! There was plenty choice and different styles. I had back to back. A good sized pair of steaks one beef, one lamb with a mushroom sauce and potatoes. I also opted for the mixed vegetables a quite reasonable £3.50 more and a good size. Beer, I'm cheap and went for the house Beer which was enjoyable. Only real downside was while there were vegetarian options, they were a little limited and one of our party could not enjoy it. But I guess the name suggests. However, he enjoyed the House White. Overall an excellent place to stay. For the kind of venue and style, prices were very fair and service was excellent albeit spoke a little quietly. Would fully recommend and there are vegetarian options too.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and it was such a lovely time. Food is great. Such a value for money. Staff are very accommodating which adds up to the value of our overall experience. We will definitely come back.

We came across this place by chance on a Saturday lunch time. The lunch time menu is so reasonably priced by today’s standards. The service and the food were outstanding. Really nice atmosphere as well. When we return to Liverpool we will definitely be eating here again.

A lovely warm friendly restaurant. They made us feel very special. After asking about our stay in Liverpool where I mentioned it was my partners birthday surprise they ended our meal with a delicious chocolate cup filled with ice cream and a candle and sang to him. Really unexpected and very touching. Then a complimentary shot!! The food was excellent. I had the seabass which came with vegetables and delicious salad and my partner had a back to back steak and lamb steak also delicious. Recommended and we will definitely eat there again. If you want a little fine dining but not hugely expensive with a quiet ambience then this is the place. My partner wears hearing aids and they even turned the music down a little for him. Nothing was too much trouble and every number of staff was professional and friendly. Thank you it made Steve's day!

Ordered the wagyu steak, told by the manager it is Australian wagyu, clearly not, this steak was your average £20 steak you eat in most restaurants, and is not top end. Daylight robbery!

This was my second visit. The first being on mother's day this year with my daughter and my mum. We loved it and so decided to visit again for my mum's birthday with my son and my daughters boyfriend this time too. My son and I had octopus to start. It was delicious. My mum enjoyed her calamari and my daughter and her boyfriend loved the beef carpaccio. We ordered 2 tomahawks between 5 of us which was plenty of food. It looked like too much but we finished it easily! Everything was perfect including the delicious creamy potatoes. Our server was a sweet and helpful young woman who was attentive without being in our way. When the bill arrived we were pleasantly surprised. All in all it was a lovely experience and it would appear that the food is consistently good.

Great service and food, steak was one of the best I have had. Dessert was incredible also.

Sunday 6pm, I'm in Kassap meat house, very good atmosphere, waiter is good and quick, steak really good, real medium rear as I like, but could be bigger, I can compare vs other meat restaurants. So, to summarize, really good restaurant, with great personal and food, 4 stars from me

Wow! What an amazing place. Food is superb, staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had the tomahawk steak medium rare and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a steakhouse in Liverpool town centre don't overlook this place.

Great food and ambience. Centrally located so convenient after a days worth of shopping/sight seeing. The staff were attentive and friendly, regularly checking that everything was ok. We ordered the Mumbai chicken and Pattaya prawns for starters. Although the portions were smaller than expected, they tasted great and were perfectly cooked. For mains, we had the Texas steak with Diana sauce and fries, and the garlic leaf steak with potatoes. Both were cooked really well, although the Garlic leaf steak was slightly lacking in flavour and seasoning. Nice restaurant, clean and airy and super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent food & atmosphere, we were a large group and all the food really good. Quality of the steaks is very high. However, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our table to be ready even though we had booked well in advanced, being a larger group it wasn't easy to wait at the bar without getting in the way.
