Hotel
Champions
League
Final
2022.
The
only
thing
missing
from
our
visit
was
the
result.
We
chose
to
spend
the
afternoon
and
evening
together
at
this
inspirational
hotel
because
of
the
way
we
were
looked
after
on
a
previous
visit.
We
were
able
to
book
a
parking
space
in
Paisley
Close
near
Anfield
Road
and
I
have
to
say
the
owners
of
the
driveway
were
so
warm
and
friendly
it
was
very
touching
and
made
it
a
pleasure.
The
people
of
our
City
are
special
and
there
is
so
much
passion
and
empathy
to
be
found
here.
When
we
arrived
(my
two
sons
and
I)
we
were
given
a
great
welcome
by
every
member
of
staff.
The
hotel
once
again,
had
made
a
real
effort
to
decorate
the
interior
and
themselves
for
the
occasion.
There
was
a
real
buzz
in
the
bar,
the
main
room
and
the
terrace
area
which
overlooked
from
the
balcony,
vast
numbers
of
enthusiastic
fellow
reds
of
all
ages.
It
was
a
proper
family
atmosphere.
The
supporters
in
the
hotel
reflected
the
love
our
club
has
from
all
over
the
world.
There
were
some
truly
wonderful
guests
who
had
brought
their
children
into
this
caring
and
safe
environment
to
share
in
a
brilliant
event.
I
have
said
before
how
amazing
every
member
of
staff
is
and
how
they
are
able
to
make
everyone
feel
included.
Once
more
nothing
was
too
much
trouble.
This
extends
throughout
the
day
and
evening.
There
was
a
set
menu
(which
was
delicious)
but
the
staff
really
went
the
extra
mile
to
provide
special
meals
for
anyone
who
asked.
In
this
respect,
I
must
personally
thank
Christine
once
more.
She
is
an
absolute
star
and
her
understanding
a
huge
asset
to
the
organisation.
Entertainment
was
three
fold,
well
actually
four
fold,
if
you
include
Shaun
and
his
son
who
were
sitting
next
to
us….wow
such
knowledge
and
passion!
There
was
live
music
on
the
terrace
and
the
opportunity
to
meet
Karen
Gill.
Goodness
me
what
a
charismatic
lady,
I
wish
I
had
spent
more
time
talking
to
her.
Karen
acted
as
MC
as
well
as
attending
to
the
needs
of
guests.
It’s
a
team
effort…..just
like
the
players.
Finally,
were
enthralled
to
hear
the
Liverpool
legend
Phil
Neal
tell
his
story,
sign
autographs,
take
pictures
and
sit
with
groups
answering
questions.
He
clearly
enjoyed
himself
but
the
mark
of
the
man
was
him
not
dwelling
on
his
incredible
achievements.
He
just
wanted
to
talk
about
the
greatness
of
the
current
players
and
our
manager.
He
also
made
it
clear
that
the
most
important
people
were
the
fans.
Thank
you
Phil.
At
the
end
of
the
evening
there
was
clearly
disappointment
but
not
with
the
staff
who
made
the
event
possible.
Indeed,
they
took
the
time
to
say
goodnight
to
those
who
were
leaving
with
words
of
encouragement.
Class
is
permanent.
Will
we
return?
Absolutley….wouldn’t
mind
moving
in!
I
can
not
speak
highly
enough
of
everyone.
They
made
another
fantastic
memory
for
me
and
my
young
sons
which
would
not
have
been
possible
but
for
their
dedication,
love
and
kindness.
YNWA.
Paul,
James
and
Charles.
