This is the most unwelcoming unfriendly shopping experience. The staff follows you around watching everything you do making you feel like you’re doing something illegal. As a grown woman in my 50s and someone who has never stolen anything in their life I couldn’t get out of there quick enough feeling full of anxiety.

My salon experience with the stylist as far as how she completed my hair was good. I was very alarmed though about the price at the end We had discussed one thing and then at the end charged different Good stylist but how they go about pricing is not a good way of doing business. I will say that it was about 70 more than discussed and a Manger watched over at one point and made things awkward and this is why I believe things changed in price with no discussion. Going in thinking your spending 140 then at checkout showing 200 was a shock.

I had the best experience at this store. Taryn helped me find everything I need for a simple, elegant everyday look. I could not be more pleased. She really demonstrated what is so often missing in customer service these days: she listened and attended to every question I had and centered the entire experience around my needs. I would recommend anyone looking for genuine help, go to this store and seek her out. It was as authentic an experience I have had in a retail store in ages. Highly recommend.

5 stars to Kendall! I was looking for foundation and she helped me realize my foundation wasn’t the problem but my lack of powder. It doesn’t sound like a hard mystery to solve but I wasn’t getting it. Kendall also complimented me on my skin when I wasn’t wearing any foundation! This has never happened to me. I’ve been trying to take better care of my skin but as a 46 year old woman with very oily skin who sun worshipped in the 80s and 90s, there’s some damage. Kendall is so wonderful and genuine and knowledgeable. Give that girl a hug and a raise!

Store was clean and well stocked. Some of the employees were kind and helpful. Others were rude. Acted like mean girls straight out of high school - looking customers up and down and standing around in a circle gossiping instead of working. Love Ulta but I will go to a different location next time. Made me feel very uncomfortable in a place that typically makes me very happy.

I saw Madi for brows and Jennifer for hair today. Both experiences were amazing. I cannot remember the last time I got this many compliments on my hair!

Katherine is a great ambassador for the store. Knows much of the products carried in store well. Makes sensible suggestions. Several of the associates are friendly and anxious to help. A couple of associates appear to hang over you like vultures. Makes me uneasy. Unsure if they're not properly trained or if they're self-appointed "loss control"? Very annoying. The issue that aggravated me most of all was a return I made. Instead of returning my purchase back on my card for credit, she gave me a store gift card. NO.... IT NEEDS TO GO BACK ON MY CARD. THAT WAS A MONEY GRAB FOR THE STORE. SHE HAD A WEIRD PERSONALITY FROM THE GET GO. TRIES TO OVERSTUFF YOUR PURCHASES INTO THE TINIEST BAG POSSIBLE. When you ask for a larger bag she replies "I'm a good judge of bag size" and proceeds to make you feel like it's a problem to have done that.

I do love all the inventory and how much stock they have. It's a bit overwhelming to go in and all the different lines they carry. It's just easier to ask for help.

Had my hair styled there today. GREAT job with Brooklyn!!! Most sales people are friendly. I'll definitely be back!!!!

I don't go on there often, it was years that I was in that store, however, I was looking for a particular hair product and thought they might have it. A very nice guy, very patient with me showed me another product of the same company, because the one I wanted was not being made any longer. He was very helpful and nice. I purchased the product he suggested and am very pleased. I will go back when I need something else. If not to him perhaps others are as nice as he was.

I love Ulta in general, but they must work on commission because they drive you crazy while shopping. Every time I go in I have at least 5 people ask me if I need help. Then if I am just checking a line out they start suggesting this and that. Here’s the thing, most of us like to come in there to play with stuff and figure stuff out in our own. If we have questions, we’ll ask! I have left a few times and just gone to Target now that they have a small Ulta store inside and NO one bothers you.

Friendly helpful staff, this location has a nice selection including high end brands like Chanel and Dior

This place is ridiculous. We walked in 2 minutes early and got yelled at. The doors were unlocked and a team of ppl hanging out inside. They asked us to leave and then locked the doors behind us. Won’t be back.
