Website says they open at 11 am. I’m here at 12:01 and the gate is down. There’s a sign posted saying they’re on a short break, will be back at 5:15. Since when is 5 hours a short break?? This is my last time coming to this mall. Most of the stores have gone out of business and the ones left, open and close when they feel like it. Guess I’ll have to take the hike to 12 oaks. Close this place. It’s a waste of space.

The kids like to go here. I do too because they have upbeat, good quality items. It makes the children happy and I get to teach them the value of money.

We had literally just walked into the store and were looking at things near the register, nothing in our hands, and the employee asked if we were ready to check out. Oblivious as to who is coming in or going out. Mind you, we were the only ones in the store, got there right after they opened on a Sunday. It was weird.

I use to shop in Claire's as a child now my daughter shops here. I love how their merchandise is kid friendly and age appropriate. The employees are always friendly and tell you about the sales. Although this location is a tad small it is always clean and organized. My daughter bought us mother daughter necklaces. I would recommend this place to anyone. Prices are fair and they have all the accessories your little girl will want/ need.

I took my son here to get his ear pierced, tonight, and the lady was so nice and helpful and she pierced his ears great! He didn't even feel it! She was quick! She was also very knowledgeable about the piercing and educated my son on all of it. She was great!!

Horribly unfriendly staff, not knowledgeable, unwilling to help find stuff, too lazy to even come up to show me what is where. I came here looking for a particular item and when I walked in, the store manager didn’t look up from her phone, didn’t say hi and when I asked her where I can find that item, she just pointed at a direction full of racks and said “that way”. I was confused and asked again and she just said go that way and look around. Claire’s stuff is junk to begin with but when service is even worse than their product, it just makes me not want to come back anymore. I do not recommend here for anything.

Sooooo many earrings! My daughter loves the large selection and headbands too! My daughter got her ears pierced too. The associate was kind, knowledgeable and showed compassion with my 7 year old! Thank you!

Walked in to a manager yelling at their employees for DRINKING WATER. REALLY? People get hungry or thirsty in a shift and don't want to leave the customers without service so they keep water at the front. No big deal. Management needs to be kinder to their workers.
