SERIOUSLY, DONT STAY HERE. I ignored the reviews when I booked because it was only 38 dollars a night and that was a massive mistake. Staff was nice, but unfortunately the whole hotel smells of weed and cigarette smoke, is very dirty and worn down. It doesn't look like the pictures at all. Location was safe enough and we never felt unsafe in the hotel (though our physical deadbolt didn't work), but the whole place was very dirty. Our room was full of stains, crumbs, and even our sheets had a dirt stain on them. Our shower had a chunk out of it and did not drain properly either. Please choose to stay somewhere else unless the cleanliness and smell issues are fixed.

Do not go here please don’t it was a bed bug on the bed this place honestly should be closed down I bought a room quickly online and did not read the reviews homeless and just was ready to lay down and shower after being in the car for 13hrs long thank God I got a refund from the online purchase of the room but I did not receive a refund for my deposit of the room. I keep calling the front desk asking to speak with a manager but no one ever called me back followed up nothing. Please do not go here it is filthy still working on getting my deposit back. Hopefully they’re not going to let $25 cost them a lawsuit because I had to throw away all my belongings because of the bed bugs they have.

I reserved a room online for Labor Day weekend for a work event. This was the worst and most disgusting place I have ever been! Our first room hadn't even been cleaned. Not to mention the scum that was built up in the shower and bathroom. Then our second room was even worse! There was vomit down the bed and on the wall at the head of the bed. The housekeeper stood there as I cleaned up the puke. After I was told I needed to help her put clean sheets on my bed! As we stepped out to our car a family was leaving the hotel early and told us to as well. These poor kids and women were covered in bed bug bites! I pray every day since our stay that this place gets closed down!

Worst hotel ever!! Do not stay here!!! I checked in despite the smell and ugly appearance of the place and it was a terrible mistake. I went to the room and the window was broken, it smelled awful, there were stains on the bed and a pipe under the mattress. I immediately left was there all of 15 minutes. The receptionist pretended that she didn’t know me when I tried to get a refund the following day via cellphone because she charged me for the entire stay. It was a very exhausting and frustrating situation! If I could give this place negative stars I would!

I booked a night here and when I got to this hotel and went into the Lobby I was shocked out of my mind and soul on what i seen! There were cockroaches everywhere literally I’m speaking to the hotel receptionist at the front desk and there’s a cockroach crawling on the front desk and the lobby smelled really musty with a very strong smell of marijuana. I decided to go for a walk in the hotel and almost everywhere I look there was a cockroach! The smells got even worse, the floors were filthy with nasty huge stains and I found the exact place where the heavy marijuana smell is coming from, it was a room with towels stuffed under the door. I have never seen anything like this before in any hotel this is a very good example of a filthy disgusting crackhead druggie hotel and it should be condemned especially with the massive cockroach infestation 🤢 🤮 I’d rather pay some more money for a clean no bugs or drug addicts hotel, I literally learned my lesson from coming to this hotel and I would never sleep here or in any hotel like this not even for free. I’d rather sleep in a cardboard box with a hobo under a bridge. I will be reporting this hotel to OSHA. I took pictures of everything.

No stars! The room was filthy dirty and so disgusting we had to buy disinfectant to clean the room ourselves. Just nasty. Swimming pool moldy and gross. No fitness center as advertised. Pictures online are false. Do not recommend.

The pool was nice. The front desk manager was polite. Everything else about this place was not great. First, nothing appeared to have been cleaned regularly, the walls and carpet of the room and hallway were visibly dirty. Second, the entire place smelled like smoke inside; despite the no-smoking signs. Third, most damningly we found bedbugs under the sheets and were forced to leave at 10PM and go find a new place to stay. Luckily we hadn’t slept in the beds yet. When I checked out with the front desk we told him about the bugs and he just shrugged like he wasn’t surprised and said “sorry.” Wouldn’t refund our money either.

Didn’t even stay. I called and found out their pool has been closed and they didn’t bother updating their descriptions. The only reason I got the room was to let my kid swim. The people on the phone were awful and blamed the website I used. Wouldn’t refund my money. Not even for a night. Total scam. Without a pool, there’s no reason for me to go get bed bugs, that’s just a problem I don’t need. The people at the desk were rude confirming the rest of the reviews on here. They barely spoke English but still managed to convey a nasty attitude lol. Look elsewhere for gods sake don’t even bother. Sleep in your car, it is safer. The owners reply to everyone who posts apologizing but not ever offering to make things right. Keep your apologies, they mean nothing. Look at how many times you’ve had to apologize, something is really wrong here. You need to change. How about offering refunds? Seems like if you offered refunds, you wouldn’t be able to pay the light bill. Best that you close or sell this business since you’re not interested in offering quality lodging.

This place should be condemned. There are cockroaches all over the rooms The towels are dirty and old . The bathtubs are filthy hair and a black ring . The carpets are old ,stained and sticky . The beds had dirty sheets on them . You could not pay me to stay here I left . Do not book a room here please if you value sanitary conditions . Disgusting and filthy Uninhabitable not a lie this was the worst hotel I have ever been too. I would rather sleep in a burnt out house or the street that's how bad it is . (Fyi I do not live in the streets I have a lovely 3 bedroom home .)

This place was disgusting! I signed a paper saying the whole property was non smoking. I walked into the room and there were ashes all over the beds. Apparently it’s ok for staff to smoke in the rooms. The dust was an inch thick on the headboard and there was debris on the floor. The elevator was broken and the whole hotel reeked of marajuana. My daughter wouldn’t even sit down, we left before even putting our stuff down. I have been in some sketchy hotels traveling back and forth due to the marine corps hands down worst place so far. Do not stay here!

I left there 8 days ago and still haven't received my deposit back. Called up there to see what was going on and somehow, they can't find my original reservation from when I first checked in months ago. I emailed in receipt and confirmations from the booking site I used that confirmed the date and everything and was basically told it's not my problem. Terrible service. While I was there, there were roaches in my room that I had to kill myself and I had heard from a bunch of other people who had stayed there during the time I was there that they had bed bugs in their rooms. Wayyyy overpriced for what you get from the place

Absolutely a nightmare! How can this place be in business? Absolutely filthy gross. A complete joke! How can it pass inspection? I left right away and I think got deposit back but probably not my regular room fee unfortunately. Close it down! Don't allow a nasty gross horrible place to stay in bussiness. The place should be torn down immediately!

This place truly was disgusting!! Stayed here because we needed somewhere to stay for our last night in Detroit. Choose somewhere else other than here to stay! This place has roaches and you would think housekeeping was non-existent by the way the room looks. I'll be sure to check the reviews first next time but we were tired. We've stayed at other Days Inn & Suites and they were nothing like this. Definitely not worth the price either like at all. We'll extend our stay at an Airbnb next time for sure. Very disappointed.

The most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life. I had to stay here because my airbnb host did not show up to pass the keys. I checked in a room there the sewer noise did not stop all night; the room smelt like garbage and most horribly the phone rang at 3:10 am non-stop and a guy on the line was saying “I am in your closet; what is the scariest movie you have watched?” I had to get out and check my car and room at that time and when asked the front desk they said we do not know who called you; we are sorry and that’s how they fixed the problem. Absolutely not recommended.

If you're wondering if all of the bad reviews are true, they are. Believe every single one of them. It's sad to say, but the 5 star reviews are actually the ones that you have to be skeptical about. We stayed there this past weekend for a friend's birthday. Our room had pubes on the bed sheets. Hair on the towels. Sticky floors. Roaches. And yes, bed bugs. Big ones. They've been alive a while to get that big. We requested to change rooms since it was 1am when we started getting bites. We were not happy campers. The room they switched us to was still dirty, but at least there were no signs of bedbugs. So we stayed and got out as soon as daylight came. While the staff was nice, the place just can not redeem itself. It's filthy and the worst stay I have ever had at ANY place. The super 8 down the road would have been a better choice. I will never EVER come back to this hotel. They taught me alot and that's to never go cheap on a hotel. People say "you get what you paid for". I paid more than what it was worth.

I will try to be as kind and charitable as possible in this review. The staff i met were very nice, hospitable and professional. As soon as I entered this hotel, I was greeted with a very foul odor of cigarette smoke tinged with weed smell and just such unpleasant and disgusting bad smell. Outside was so dirty, trash dropped on rather ground with leaves, the parking lot was dirty. The rooms are awful, many of the items in the rooms are old, dirty, old fashioned, broken. I saw insects crawling on the ceiling, holes in the curtains, floor was not vacuumed, dust in different corners of the room, fridge is dirty, microwave dirty, stains on the sheets, sheets are rumpled and ruffled. Breakfast was horrible, no varieties and options to choose from,just the milk, coffee, apples, cereals and bread. The whole environment in and out was smelling. My room has smoke and bad odor combined. The shower faucet was bad, no way to control hot water for shower. Thank God I just stayed one night. I will no longer return. I blamed myself for not reading the review. My suggestion would be to renovate the entire hotel. Change everything to brand new. Broken things should be replaced or repaired. I will encourage maintenance of the place. There is room.for improved cleanliness of the whole environment. The management of the hotel should look at the reviews and see what they can do if the water to continue staying in business. I won't recommend this place to anybody. It is the worst hotel i have ever visited. This place should be shut down. I felt so uncomfortable throughout my stay. I don't mind if this place is renovated and everything newly replaced even though with few extra dollars but seriously the administration needs to do something about this place ASAP. If not, it will come to a point,no body will go there. Once again, this place does not deserve to be called a hotel. It is just so poor and untidy

DO NOT STAY HERE! First room they put me in the carpet was so disgusting there is no way I would have taken my shoes off, the shower was dripping and could not be stopped, half the lights didn't turn on, and the TV didn't turn on. Went back to the desk and the second room I turned on the lights and walked in and then right back out. There was roaches on the wall and TV stand. I guess you get what you pay for but I'd rather sleep in the truck at this point. Sadly regret getting this room and they won't refund it because I've already walked into the room.

I booked a room for the entire weekend so my kid could swim for his 7th birthday. As we're walking in a couple is getting a refund because they said they saw roaches. I should've turned around then, yet I gave them the benefit of the doubt, paid my money and went to my room. There was a strong musky stench in the hallway and stains all over the walls. 3 minutes after we walk into our room we pull the sheets back and there you have it; live bedbugs roaming all over the mattress. When we went down to get our refund, there was also another family behind me saying they saw bedbugs in their room too and they would like a refund. In the 30 minutes I was there, 3 families complained about bedbugs (me included) and 2 of those had roaches as well.

THEE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TOO. It’s Dirty, It’s Compact, The Hallways Are Dark & Creepy. The Microwave Was Dirty, Bathroom Looked Janky, And I Could Go On & On. The Pictures Look Nothing Like The Property At All. The Elevator Is A Small Hole In The Wall That Looked Like It Was Built 200 Years Ago. My Shower Head Doesn’t Work, My Towels Had Black Stains On Them! I Can Go On & On! THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE PRICE BUT YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

My room was passable. However. This Wyndam needs a lot of work. It appears owners of this Days Inn don't care enough to make the improvements needed to do the proper upgrades. I will be here for several days, so more later on what I experience during my stay at this location.

If I could give negative stars I would. The hotel was filthy and disgusting. There was cereal in the hall floor. The carpet everywhere was dirty. Covers had visible stains. I was super uncomfortable but we were tired. My children didn’t want to stay there. We slept fully clothed with the lights on. We changed from one dirty room to the next. The hotel staff was visibly asleep when I tried to request for clean linen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a pet!!! It was horrible.

The filthiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. Rooms & corridors stink with cigarette & weed smell. The drug addicts stay in there permanently & you see them roaming around. The hotel photos are deceiving so don’t get fooled the way we did. The photos that you see have been edited, the actual condition of the hotel is very bad. I have taken some photos of the actual condition of room and washroom to give you an idea. I don’t think that they ever clean these rooms. If you have little ones this is an extremely unhealthy place to stay even for a single night.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Hasn't been cleaned and had hair and pubes in the tub and on the wall. Toilet was not cleaned and wouldn't flush properly. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to scrub the tub and room down. Smelled like cigarettes and weed. Had to pay a cleaning deposit. For what?!?! Looks like all they do is empty trash and maybe change the bedding but to be honest I doubt it. The whole place was dingy and stinky. Cockroaches. Not sure how this place is even still open. Grime built up all over the walls, floors and tub. The only thing good about it was no need bugs in our room luckily but I wouldn't be surprised if they were in that building. They obviously don't clean it regularly or thoroughly after guests check out. Absolutely disgusting!

I made my reservation weeks in advance and paid in full. Due to the fact i was not to arrive at the hotel until midnight, I called the morning of the arrival to confirm with the front desk that if arriving late, it was going to be a problem. Halfway thru explaining, they cut me off saying, "Mam, your room will be fine, its been paid for." So after driving 7 hours, I arrive at the hotel. The front desk tries to upgrade into a king because he rented out my room. He tried to give me some excuse about the system until i was very clear I knew how the system worked and that they rented the room knowing i had paid for it, thinking I wasn't gonna show up and now there was nothing to accommodate my need of 2 beds. After he made some clicks on his computer, he proceeded to go up to the room to check on it, taking 10 minutes. Once he returned and gave me the keys, I went to the room. Absolutely disgusting. Dirty towels hanging on the bar, the mirror had materials across the whole thing and hair all over the counter. There were 4 german cockroaches crawling on the bathtoom floor and 2 on the table in the room. Dried urine was everywhere in the bathroom surrounding the toilet with a bowl full excrement. The lock on my room had absolutely no power and was able to be opened without a card. I returned to the front desk and asked for gloves, a cleaning rag and something to sanitize the toilet seat and i was told they dont have cleaners and given a ice bag to cover my hand, bar soap and a roll of toilet paper to clean the urine myself. This hotel needs to be fined and reinspected. Building code violations and black mold on the walls and flys everywhere all over the ceiling. The floors are horrible, and there are families staying here. I cant believe there are places allowed to even be open like this. And to have the Wyndham name attached to it...Wyndham, you should be ashamed as well as Days Inn! I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I like this hotel, it was a good price for the week. I love that they have a little store in the lobby so when my partner and I didn’t want take out we could buy ramen instead. Also there’s all sorts of shopping and food nearby, plenty to do. The service at the front desk was good on both day and night shift, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy. I’d definitely come back to this location.

There are ROCHES and mice 🐁 all over this hotel the towels was DIRTY and stained roaches 🪳 crawled out the sink drain and huge ones in the bathroom on the ceiling! Please fix this hotel at least get an exterminator, the house keepers have nasty attitudes because they don’t want to clean , I’ll never be returning good luck and there’s mice all over the parking lot

There was mold in the showers no working cold water because knob was broken toilet had chipped pieces jacuzzi had no stopper once I was able to get something to stop it up I noticed the jets didn’t work. The pool is dirty and ceiling over pool was actively falling in

Absolutely NO BUGS!!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful with all of my needs! They provide a light breakfast like toast, oatmeal, and 2 options of cereal with milk, they also have an indoor pool from 3ft up to 5ft. If you were to have any issues address the staff nicely and they will be happy to help, you get what you pay for and it’s so worth the pay rather your situation is temporary or long.

They don't even deserve the one star....its a dive. Smell like smoke so bad couldn't sleep. All it is was a roof over our head . They don't refund either. The toilet had an old stained seat and tub had cracks holes in it. No tv...their idea of breakfast was a bowl of cereal . They had a jug of milk and a box of cereal.. . I will never pay up front before seeing room again!! Also very noisy!

Night staff was very unhelpful, found a bed bug and roachs by the microwave and they refused to refund my money. Lobby reeked of marijuana. No breakfast included just coffee. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY.
