Heroin overdoses are the norm here ambulance run into a guy's hotel room and pull them out put them on the bed and said he's already dead was a uncalled for night and very a traumatic event for me and my daughter before I move to California I used to live in Farmington and to my knowledge he never had problems like this back in the 2000 era it seems like this area has really gone downhill and I can't wait to get back to the West Coast

Don't be fooled by the cheap price. This place and the guy who ran it was a nightmare!! First of all, he asked me how old I was (because I look young) and I said 24. Then I asked why he was so set on my age and he said "because I don't want a party!"(I was the only person staying there) then he tells me checkout time is 11. I left work and got there at 10:45. I pulled up to him bagging my belongings up and setting them in a pile!!😳 I walked up and asked "what are you doing!" He said checkout is 11! It was now 10:46... Then I grabbed my stuff and asked where I should drop the keys. His response with a very mean look on his face "give me them!"

If you are desperate- it does have a bed. I only was inside recently because an acquaintance needed a ride, and was staying there while fighting with their spouse. It looks like i remember it fm 20yrs ago.The guy who runs it is a tool. When paying for additional night- a friend said no need to clean the room just vaccume the carpet fm the salt (winter/ice melt salt). He literally gave him the vacuum!!! Then acted as if it was an inconvenience to give him clean towels! . Over priced for what it is. Smells like wet ashtrays. They dont let you pay by the week & It looks like the kind of place you could pay by the hour. (im unsure about that). Lol. Oh and they start pestering really early for check out? Lol.

It was horrible! The rooms r disgusting from the wall-to-wall the carpet is extremely dirty. They r using space heaters for heat, they don't not change the leaning frequently and it smells like a mildew basement. And for$60.00 a night is not rght at all! Tulane needs to b closed and condemned

Small, older motel but has perhaps the best prices in town. Motel staff live on site 24/24. Staff is excellent and very kind and of Indian decent. Outdated somewhat but slowly being improved.
