I had a “skewed orange juice” which was 1/5 orange juice and 4/5 water! The worst thing was when I complained to the waiter he gaslighted me and told me it was a fresh juice!! Cheating is never going to make you succeed in business!! Definitely not worth even to stop by this place!

Order Slovenian sparkling wine just to give a try, turn out there is no single bubble and was served on normal wine glass. Taste wise is like sweet wine. One of the waiter said this is not the wrong order. He said you should never order cheap sparkling wine from Slovenia!

I was looking for somewhere to eat in the morning for breakfast. I saw this cafe thought it looked nice, the young waiter was nice but when I went inside to find table, the man behind the counter started shouting at me arguing at me to leave to get out, he could of said nicely sorry inside is closed but no. I told me I'm leaving if that's your attitude and ended going somewhere else. He's in the wrong job if that's the way he treats people. Definitely be avoiding this place.

After being overlooked for more than 15 minutes by the arrogant young waiter at the neighbours, we changed the location. And was really nice, warm welcome, super spot while people watching, sunny and cool weather, nice staff, tasty Aperol and lemonade. The only thing - we went twice and twice our order was "forgotten", only when we asked, we got it. If once, could be okay, but not both two times. Maybe a bit more of staff would be helpful. Our lovely spot in Ljubljana and we will be back. For sure.

I will talk about the service which it was really bad, unfriendly and the waiters all of them look really arrogant, it seems that they are not paid well or it was not a good day for them. The hot chocolate was amazing, the wine as well 😍 we ordered 4 fromages wraps but you can only taste one type of cheese in 🤣🤷🏽‍♂️ so, why is it called Quattro Fromages. This place just to drink something not to eat I think. The location by the was it perfect 👍

Cake was nothing special, would not order it again. Prices for coctails are average for the center of Ljubljana. Staff is not paying attention to costumers, before we finished ordering, he already left the table, so we had to order again. The place is on a nice location.

Great place. One of the best ice creams in Slovenia. Stuff working with smile. Great energy, great hospitality.

The best cafe in town! The waiter very hospitable and polite and the rest of the staff willing to serve you! We made freddo espresso together, as we make it in Greece, they liked it and... now it will be established in their own price list! Cool guys with humor, nice location, very good coffee!

A very nice place by the river Ljubljanica... with excellent coffee, cocktails, great ice cream and cakes, relaxing atmosphere... the proof is that a lot of guests always come back and the hosts also love this place. Definitely a warm recommendation.

Poor service. Went there for coffee around 10am today,28/12/2022 and the waiter was acting weirdly. After 30 minutes, the waiter came and give the bill which I found a bit strange as none of us has ask for the bill. Then after 10 minutes, he again came to the table, immediately clearing the cups and glass of water (which I intend to finish) and said “ciao” or goodbye. We were shocked on how he treated us, not sure if it is something to do with racism ( we are 2 asian ladies) but it was very uncomfortable feeling. The restaurant was relatively empty and not so sure why he was in hurry to kick us out from the restaurant. I visit Ljubljana every year for the past 10 years and this is first time I feel unwelcome and sign of racism. I will never go back to Kavarna Divine. Kavarna Divine should give proper training to their staff.

Extremely rude waiter. Just asked if one of the tables is free and he shouted some ironic nonsense. I don’t know if he ever heard of that, but sometimes tables are reserved. That’s why you ask before you just sit down. His boss needs to teach him some good habits. We didn’t stayed there and searched for another restaurant that appreciated our visit.

For the amount of guests sitting inside and outside, clean well equipped toilets would be appreciated. Not one sheet of toilet Paper, to be found. When I mentioned it to the staff, I got a very rude, (yes we know) answer!🤷‍♀️restaurant in a prime location but not prime service.

Went there for drinks, they were fine. However the service was a bit long, we ordered some sandwiches and we were about to leave, because it took something like 20min to get one small tuna sandwich, but they finally arrived. So not great but not terrible either.

When searching in Google, this comes up as a bakery, but it isn't. It is nothing special, very slow service, the toasties are quite basic and don't look like the photos. But the coffee is very good!

The waiters are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, they radiate positive energy. The view will relax you and the excelent drinks make this a cafe you would want to visit more often

The waiter was really rude. Spent on our table 20 sec and forcing us to order faster (it wasnt bussy at all). I work in hospitality also and thats why this bothered me so much. Left the drinks at the table without one word (here you go, enyoj etc.) Really bad experience, so sorry bcs we really love Ljubljana. Never again.

Beautiful location by the river - 10/10 for atmosphere! Kind and attentive staff, reasonable prices. Slightly limited savoury menu but the cheese pie was great, and the cream cake was delicious!

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Divine Restaurant yesterday, and it was anything but divine. The service was abysmal, thanks to the male young-ish and shockingly rude staff. He seemed to be not enjoying his job and not interested in attending to the customers. To top it off, his inefficiency led to him giving us the wrong bill, which we only realized two shops later, resulting in us unintentionally underpaying. It's a shame because the food and drinks might have been good, but the terrible service overshadowed any positive aspects of the meal. I would strongly advise against dining here if you value polite and attentive service.

Poor service and a suspicious overcharge of 10 euros. The lack of friendliness from the staff, coupled with the apparent billing discrepancy, made the whole experience feel more like a scam than an honest mistake.

Lovely location by the river. It was a very busy start for the restaurant as all tables appeared to be taken. Luckily we managed to find a table outside facing the river on a sunny morning. We ordered some cheese & ham toastie and coffee with cream which was lovely. The cake/strudel however was a bit dry.

My experience was quite upsetting. The toast was mediocre as the service. The owner was rude and almost wanted us to leave pretty quickly.

They were making places for new guests that wanted to watch the football game by forcely making other guests leave, as soon as everyone payed and drank a couple of drinks they shut down the broadcast of the football game on the tv (they broadcasted the game for 5 mins till more of us ordered drinks), saying there will be no game broadcasted, thats was the new order by the owner, more than a half of the guests were there just for the game

Very rude waiter. He asked what to order as soon as we seated and didn't speak very well english. We had to ask for more orders. And at the payment he asked not to look at the phone when we were just figuring out how to split the bill, like two seconds after. The interactions with him were really stressful overall.

Very rude waiter, he didn't even leave us Time to read the menu that he was already at our table asking us what we wanted. As we had to pay he rudely told me "now you pay and than you look at the phone" but i was actually thinking about paying with the phone. The piadina was average Just like the toast. Not a great experience overall.

If you are thinking of getting the beef prosciutto platter and cheese don’t, it is so different to the photo, has 5 pieces of tomato, 3 pieces of cheese, bread with no butter, was so inaccurate. About 9 pieces of prosciutto. Not worth the value and needs more cold meats or different options to choose from.

Ordered Slovenian breakfast. Low quality bread, butter, honey and ham. An okay apple. The bread was just a flute and the honey/butter came in plastic containers. No better than what you get from a hostel breakfast for 4 euro. Location is good though

Like the bar because of the very friendly staff and the nice location by the water side. We drank some cocktails (2 different days and no Caipirinha anymore). The Long Island Ice Tea and the mojito weren't that great but still OK. The other 2 (1 with Blue Curacao, the other can't remember) were very good.

Well, nice place, for enjoying with company, hav some cocktail and beers. The staff were soo friendly, well organized and soo fast to service us. Well done guys 👍

Interesting place to drink coffee and have a quick meal. Downside is there are quite a few beggars roaming around and asking for money. Coffee is above average and food is average!

In this bar I had the worst possible experience in beautiful and friendly Slovenia. I was treated insultingly and contemptuously for my darker skin and the fact that I am a stranger. When I paid with 50€ the waiter turned my money towards the sun so that all the people turned to me and watched this “police campaign to search for fake money”. Totally disrespectful and ugly behavior that does not deserve a place in the capital of Slovenia.

The waiter was so hospitable and friendly. The wine (Malvazija) was 3,5e per glass and that was a fair price for the quality. My recommendations!

Very good pastries and hot chocolate - ideal for afternoon breaks, in the heart of the city. I recommend the place
