Went here for beverages and snacks. Reasonable prices for drinks and they have only locally sourced food and drinks (as an example, they don’t have Aperol Spritz) which I enjoyed and appreciate.

Hi, i ate here today. Im from Italy and i wanted to eat a good slovenian dish. Here i ate the best dessert in my Life, thank you, and a good cheese plate with a very special dip. Unfurtnately i cant speak well english so i wanted to Say this.

Nice restaurant in the centre of the city for having dinner. They only serve cold tapas. There’s a wide range of cheese and different types of ham to choose from. The staff is very nice and efficient. Price is quite good, a bit expensive but you are also paying the location.

Loved everything about this place. Had to have breakfast here two times in a row. I had the best Prekmurska Gibanica (traditional Slovenian cake) and Slovovi with plum cream and honey. So so good. The best place in Ljubljana where to have breakfast in the very centre of the city alongside the river.

A must visit place in Ljubljana. Ide for breakfast, snack or simply to have a glass of wine and enjoy the view. We went there several times during our stay in Ljubljana.

It’s more a pub ten a restaurant but have nice local breakfasts from 8 till 12 which I recommend. Normal service, normal prices. Busy as always as it’s just in main road in old town. Other then good plates of breakfast just ordinary pub :) so can sit have a beer or coffee and go to the next one! Cheers

The "Crunchy Slovenian Sandwich" is honestly one of the best things I've eaten in my life. There's good beer and attentive waiters too, but I will come back to Slovenia just for this sandwich

Lovely spot next to the river, we came for brunch and it was very busy. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed but were friendly and attentive. Long wait time for food, but we were warned of that when we ordered. I had the scrambled eggs with sausage and mustard dressing and tomatoes. It was delicious but I think the mustard was a little overpowering to appreciate how good the eggs were. My other half had fried eggs with crackling sprinkled over the top which was also very tasty. Also serves boards with meat and cheese from lunchtime, plenty of cocktails/wine/beer

Came here for an early evening drink. Fantastic atmosphere. Large selection of wine and excellent prices, great service. More snacks than food so we went somewhere else for dinner afterwards.

Get there early-ish in the morning (maybe about 0900/0930) for a table outside. Very quick sit down service with a view along the riverside and good people watching. We recommend the traditional Slovenian coffee coming in polka dot enamel cups and the scrambled eggs(€8 approx) which comes with bread. (Other type of eggs have meat within). Heaters are available outside to keep warm. Limited breakfast menu but all reasonably priced and starts your day off well. The eggs are fluffy and light but filling and come with a few fresh tomatoes on the side. It seems like a spot for both tourists and locals and had a great atmosphere.

This was my favourite place to have breakfast during my trip to Ljubljana. The food is delicious and I liked the atmosphere there very much.

Great food and drinks menu. Note that they don't really serve dinner per se. It's more 5-6 "boards". Still very nice. We had the Slovenian sausage and the Slovenian chicken sandwich.

Worst eggs I’ve ever eaten. We came this morning for a nice breakfast and got TOTALLY tasteless eggs that were still snooty (undercooked). We both ordered the veggie ones with cottage cheese and pesto. I was so hungry I forced myself to eat some and left most… def never coming again.

Pretty riverside cafe with good coffee. We popped in to hide from the rain but it was already busy with the breakfast crowd and the plates coming out looked delicious.

Excellent service with some very friendly waiters. We had the Prekmurska Slovenian dessert specialty which was very well presented, consistent with all the layers, but honestly not a desert I would have again (It’s just a matter of taste, you should definitely come to this place to try it yourself though). Coffee was great. Place is very cosy and local.

I loved this spot in Ljubljana. It's right on the river and has great brunch. I had their vegetarian eggs which were delicious. You can add on Rose with your brunch as well which was a nice addition.

Fantastic bar along the river - the staff were so friendly and helpful, plus everything is delicious! All the food is Slovenian, with many different meat and cheese boards available. We ordered the protected characteristics food board for 1, and it easily served us both for a full meal! The cocktails (rusalka) were incredible too!

Great platters and beer. I think it was probably slightly pricier than others in the area but worth it.

You neee to grab the attention of a waiter, but once you do, you get great food and drinks with tips according to your tastes. I highly recommend the cheese platter and any Rusalka drink. The local gins are quite good

Great place to come for some Slovenian platters, coffee, drinks. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in town. We loved their cheese platter with selection of Slovenian cheese.

Lovely spot at the river recommended by our Ljubljana Food Tour guide. Local Slovenian cuisine and good for brunch/lunch. The serving took a bit longer however much worth the wait.

Nice breakfast spot. The food is good and very reasonably priced. Breakfast comes with your choice of plate and a drink. The egg dishes are flavorful and just the right amount of food. Good service.
