Absolutely delicious. Fresh, tasty food, at very reasonable prices. Only a small area for seating - so you may need to wait about for a table, or get a takeaway. Worth the wait though - the curries were fantastic. Hidden little gem, would definitely go again.

My rating is 4,5 stars for the food but 2 to 3 stars for the ambient. Let's start with the pros: the food tastes great - if you want some great food, this is the place to get it from. Lots of vegan options too. The food is very flavourful, lots of veggies and authentic Thai spices and other ingredients. The prices are affordable and there's enough food for a grown man per portion. Most of the items are 7,9€ which is a bargain for what you get in return. My only complaint is that it's a bit too greasy. What could be improved? The place really could use at least a little bit of cleaning to make the experience a little bit more enjoyable. I understand it's a street food place, hence no toilets and a tiny space, but that's no excuse why the ceiling, electrical wiring, gas pipe etc looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the previous tenants occupied this place, which is a surprise to me since all the workers whom I've seen were female. The entry door is very shabby as well so that puts you off a bit from the get go. I'd recommend to change it. It would be worth the investment. If you order take out from this place through Wolt or Glovo, you will probably enjoy the food even more. Best of luck to the staff and I will definitely return to try some other menu items as well.

This is not Thai food, just generic wok food. They only use say sauce as seasoning, no other Thai spices required for Thai dishes. Food is bland and all dishes taste the same.

Defo one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve eaten at including the restaurants I’ve eaten at in London. Very authentic, would make the Thai grandmas proud and also not very expensive. Defo worth every penny

We were so impressed by this hidden gem close to our accommodation when visiting Ljubljana that we went there twice in a row. Thai food is my favorite, and I have to say the quality of this place beats many of the good restaurants in other European cities which often take some shortcuts/liberties in terms of substituting or reducing certain key ingredients. If you like spicy thai food which makes you cry with joy, I highly recommend their green curry. For a milder experience, the massaman curry or pad thai were excellent as well. Overall; amazing value for little money!

We were ordering here for 3 years in a row now every week. The quality went down. Prices up. Less and less vegetables. The consistency it terrible. Not eating here till next year. Hope it would be better. It is sad.

one of best pad thais i’ve ever had (and i’ve been to thailand)! this definitely hit the spot after many days in europe - asian food cravings satisfied 👌🏼 the lady was super friendly - i asked to omit peanuts as i have an allergy and there was no peanut contamination 10/10. the place is in a little nook with a few tables but we managed to get a space after a short wait. the mango sticky rice was great too.

Thai street food at its best (in Ljubljana). A lot of times when Asian people open restaurant in Slovenia (or any western country), they start out with original taste and feel, but then drift towards westernization: less spicy, less fat, more "clean", and start using western herbs to supplement originals. OnThai is thankfully NOT one of those places. It's small eatery, just clean enough to pass the inspection, papaya salad tastes as it should, and spicy dishes really are spicy as fu*k... all as Thai street food is supposed to be!

For me this place is the best thai food in Ljubljana.

Really good Thai food! My husband had the green curry with tofu and loved it, and I really enjoyed my pad kee mao with pork. It can be very hard to find good Asian food in Europe, so this was a lovely surprise!

Authentic thai food and very nice staff

Tasty Thai if you are looking for a vegan and gluten free option in the heart of Ljubljana. The green curry and vegetable stir fry were super tasty and filling. Each were 6.90€ so pretty affordable. Staff are super friendly and you can see the chef cooking everything right in front of you.

Smells and TASTE just like the best of Thailand, God is it good! So good, that I wanted to order Tom Yum after finishing my Pad Thai, but settled for a more reasonable sticky rice. Wish I was a local so I could eat here every week, if not day.

We ate at this place 3 nights out of 5 that we r staying here in Ljubljana - a 10 minutes walk from our hotel. Really enjoyed the freshly cooked dishes. Pad Thai and Pad See Ew noodles are also very good. And most of the dishes come with a good serving of rice.

I would claim this as the most delicious Thai food in Europe at a reasonable price. Really good taste and friendly service.

Probably the best thai foods in Ljubljana. The shop is small, few tables and chairs inside. We had a takeaway. Foods and service did not dissapoint us.

Best Thai street food this side of Thailand. Seating is limited but try to order in person and eat there - it’s better quality and taste than getting it delivered.

Little out-of-the-way hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant located on a side street near the university. Great food and inexpensive. No public bathroom. Eat in (very few seats) or take-away. Most entrées are between 7,00 and 10,00€.

The chicken curry (แกงเขียวหวานไก่) was delicious. Not too spicy but with a little bite. The chicken fried rice (ข้าวผัดไก่) was also proper good. Both with very fresh tasteful vegetables. I would confidently recommend this unique place, and the staff were friendly

Probably the best place for authentic Thai food outside of Thailand. Som Tam is marvelous, if available worth a try. Also the Pad Thai is really great. Beware of the spice levels on the menu if you don't like spicy food. Very small place, just two tables. You can watch the food while being prepared. I sometimes had a hard time to convince people to eat Thai food when visiting Ljubljana, but in the end all of my friends really enjoyed it.
