The best meal I've had in a long time. We got the shared platter for 2, there was so much food and it was so good. We ended up getting dessert because the meal was so good we figured dessert would be too. And we were right, everything was perfect

Amazing food and incredible nice and funny waiter. We kind of ordered the whole menu and had an amazing evening. In the end we paid around 100€ for 4 people and let me tell you: it was worth it. As an extra we even got one t-shirt of one of the waiters. All in all a perfect evening. Pro tip: order a bottle of spirit to your meal and try to finish it before you are done eating #ThisIsWalter

Good restaurant. The portions are generous, so you never go hungry again. Fair prices (useful when, like me, you have to feed 20 hungry teenagers). Everyone was satisfied and digestion was comfortable. One of my best memories of Ljubljana.

Its a great place for a quick bite. Portions are not as big as some reviews from a few years ago may suggest but they're still a pretty good portion. I ordered a grill plate with the extra cheese sauce and bitter lemon. This was already a recommendation/suggestion so my experience was good. Need to know that typically the ćevapčići are served this greasy and that's alright. It has a rustic pub feeling with friendly staff so totally worth a visit because it's still very reasonably priced.

Really good restaurant, we found it accidentally but was not disappointed at all! The two waitresses was really kind, the service was fast and the atmosphere is brilliant. I recommend to try, they were also really kid-friendly!

Great food, friendly employees, clean and simple environment and reasonably priced delicious food! As you can see (from the bill), you get what you came for. We have tried other restaurants in Ljubljana as well and for us this was the one you want to visit if you go out mainly because you are looking for something delicious to eat and drink!

Nice place! We went on Wednesday, the weather was nice so we sat outside. We had a few beers and a grill for 2 and that was the best decision. If you wanna try everything from the menu that’s your option. Enough food for 2 people. And the salad was amazing.

Very good quality of Balkan grill. Would recommend visiting, but can happen to be crowded so you are ensured a good time if you reserve a table here. Service is professional and polite. Atmosphere is themed after the movie correctly, they even put it on the TVs inside the place sometimes.

Unfortunately, I'm only able to rate the service. We wanted to order food for takeaway. The cash register was broken, so we had to wait a bit. No problem. But when it was repaired, only the orders of all seated guests were taken, although they came after us. After being ignored for 15 more minutes, we left.

Although German name, very Slovenian. This is a meat focused restaurant. With wonderful bread. Nice outdoor and indoor venue. Friendly staff. Tip: Go to The restaurants web site and switch to English to see expanded menu and descriptions. Recommend the Sopska salad to complement the meat dishes.

Visited in early September as a couple. Food was delicious, service was good. Prices were incredibly reasonable. We decided to try the mixed grill plate for one person and the kondor (beam puree with Kajmak). The service was prompt and friendly. The staff quickly realized we could speak German and promptly provided us with a German menu card, which was a nice touch. (5/5) The dishes we ordered were quite enjoyable. The mixed grill plate was exactly as we expected, and the meat was perfectly seasoned. The first bite was fantastic; however, as we continued eating, we noticed the meat became dry. It could have benefited from some additional sauce. (4/5) The kondor dish, on the other hand, was consistently great from start to finish. The melted cheese added a delightful flavor that enhanced the entire dish. We even used some of the sauce with the meat, which worked wonderfully. (5/5) In terms of price, we were pleasantly surprised. We felt we received great value for the money we paid. The only downside was the presence of insects in the garden, which could be annoying sometimes. (Rating: 4/5) Overall, our experience at this restaurant was definitely worth it, and we highly recommend giving it a try. (5+4+5+4)/4 = 4,5 => 5 stars

We ordered through delivery. This is what they call fresh "Prebranac" and "Cevapi". I am sure prebranac is reheated a couple of times or (hope not) leftover from someone - it's just very dry beans. Cevapi are purple...not sure what's up with that. Unfortunately we could not eat it, they claimed this is fresh...please. Sobska salat was the only positive thing.

A slightly different place, where you can try slightly tastier Balkan food. The downside is that you can't pay by card, only cash. In my case there was an excess of drinks charged to my account (tourism season)

Liked this spot, cool Bosnian food. Although two of my party got food posioning afterwards but cant be certain it was from here. And thd food looked and tasted good. And one was vegetarian so im not sure it was the fault of das ist walter.

The Čevapi are not like in my home country Bosnia, but still they are the best in Ljubljana you can find. I was here over 20x times, always the same good quality of čevapi, lepina bread and kajmak cream 👏🏻 What I recommend is half-half where you get 5x čevapi and 1 suđukica sausage 👍🏻

This Bosnian cuisine is offering a very tasty food in good quality, the prices are fair, and suitable for gatherings, My only comment is that the toilet wasn't clean.

Excellent food, beer and service. A good place to taste Bosnian cuisine. We tasted "desetka" (delicious bread with 10 sausages inside accompanied with fresh onion) and "pleskavica" (delicious bread with meat accompanied with fresh onion). Ask for their red pepper sauce, its amazing!

Typical Slovenian cuisine. Too greasy for my taste though. there was no ajvar or anything like that to the Ćevapćići. Service was friendly. I would have liked it better if there had been a sauce and the food would be less greasy.

If it was possible I would give 0 star's. The service was good but they decided to give sauce that they didn't tell us that we needed to pay. We even ask for the waiter to explain the menu because and he didn't tell about that. We ask for the grill plates and in the menu doesn't say what comes in it, and because it's the most expensive plate we think that the sauce was included. When we order the bill they added the price of the sauces then and it costed like 2 euros the cheese that is very bad and 0,60 cents the tomato sauce that is good. The plates are not much especial for the price, they give a lot of food but is more or less basic. If you want to pay less is not worth it, go to another place.

The food was good and there was a lot of it, the beer was also very tasty, but unfortunately it was too loud for me as the music was turned up very loud and you could hardly have a conversation. But as I said, the food and the beer were very good. Price performance top!
