The pizzas were really good and very large. Definitely need to share, or you can order a half, and a half was still big enough for my daughters 5 & 11 to share. Spacious outdoor seating area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Ljubljana goulash! It was a very hearty goulash, one of the better ones I've had. The beef was tender and nearly fat free, and the potatoes were cooked to perfection. The bread is dairy free and tastes delicious. The waitress was very helpful in helping me with my allergies (milk and egg), and she was very friendly. Hope to come again!

It was a rainy day and staff kept moving us and not serving us right away. However, the margarita pizza was very delicious. The dough is very good and the ingredients were fresh. I still crave that pizza every now and then.

Great place to stop for lunch. They make a different kind of pizza too called scrocchiarella it’s like a long version of a pizza , great for sharing. The seasonal salad was great and the soups. Great atmosphere and close to all the attractions of the town. Great price too

A really nice restaurant on a really cute place near the river. The service was ultra fast (between ordering pizza and having them not even 10min). They are really good and the vegan pizza on the menu is very enjoyable. The only little shadow is the price. All around 18/29€ and it seems a bit much for a pizza generally.

No way the prices are justified. Service was actually pretty decent for how full it was. However, food was okay at best. And 14(!!!!)Euros for (Aroma Cold Cut Plate) for two pieces of packaged Mortadella, three pieces of dry Pork and a full knob of Burrata is just a slap in the face. Nothing against the waiter, he did a good job. Go to another Restaurant though.

Absolutely delicious food, also vegan. We had Ravioli, Spaghetti and Scrocchiarelle, arranged beautifully on those various plates. The waiters are very friendly, helpful and quick. It was no problem that we had to put some tables together for our small group. The lovely square with its fountain is super nice, also in hot weather, a little breeze cools you down a bit while enjoying your meal or drink. NB Former negative reviews refer to the former concept with low budget food. Sadly, some people had few money and no manners. Therefore the Aroma revised their concept and raised to a new level, for good!

I think 3.9 as a rating is too much. If one wants to eat bread with vegetables or something like cheese can visit the place. That's not pizza, that's bread. When you try to take a bite of the so-called pizza, everything falls. On the third sip of the wine, you feel like you're drinking vodka, not white wine. A complete tragedy and the prices are higher than many restaurants in Italy. One point for the waiter.Just to add to my comment that I barely made it to the hotel where my wife and I were staying because of stomach pains. People, I don't know how you cook and what kind of alcohol you offer, but you feed people, think a little. We left 52€ for 2 pizzas, one of which we left a whole 2 glasses of white wine one juice and fries. I paid the same bill on the Italian Riviera for the same order plus 3 desserts and 2 coffees but the pizza, it was the best I've ever tasted. You are just a robber.

I ordered non-pizza which was a mistake. Pumpkin soup was bland and in definite need of a counter balancing flavour (perhaps a piece of rye bread?). Main entrée was 2 for 3. Pork roast tender. Sausage excellent. The dumpling was bland and needed a savoury balance. Good service, location and sun after a rainy day boosted a solid 3 stars to 4.

Pizzeria is in the old city center of Ljubljana. On the menu you can find salads, pasta and pizzas. The pizza is very good.

Good staff, great food, fair price. Location is good, a bit removed from the pedestrian zone, so you can enjoy your meal without having hundreds of people passing your table while you eat. We ordered what you see, and some, and food came flying out the kitchen, I don’t think we waited 5 minutes. Staff was helpfull and kind. Drinks, a few lemonades and draft beer, were what you would expect, good and fresh. I highly suggest you try this place. Take pizza style items from the menu!

I recently tried the Scrocchiarello pizza, and it was a delightful experience. What stood out for us was that every slice had basil and tomato, which added a fresh and flavorful twist. The interior ambiance was decent, but the outdoor seating was more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend trying this unique pizza.

The food was nice and the waiter was very friendly, but the price does not justify the food at all. We are leaving this Restaurant with almost empty stomaches and paid way too much. The plates are not even half full at its best. We are very upset.

We wanted to have pizza here, since it looked and smelled quite good. Unfortunately we never got to taste it because none of the waiters could be bothered to serve us. We ended up leaving and eating a burger next door, at Pop's, instead.

They offer delicious pizzas with quite a lovely variety of tastes. They have a pizza for any taste, and they serve it beautifully. Highly recommended.

The first service we encountered when we just had a drink here was super nice. That's why we decided to come the next day again and eat at the Aroma. It was an absolute mess. We waited 10 minutes until the service asked us for the drinks. The beer was okay but the spritz (strawberry) was basically water with some syrup. For food we ordered a beef soup, a salad and a pizza. The pizza was not as described. They talked about angus beef stripes. What we get was cheap ham (photo). The soup and the salad were also a desaster. The soup was basically water with some noodles (photo) and the salad was some rucola with tomatoes. No dressing. Never again - we will go somewhere else next time.

Definitely the best pizza in Slovenia, one of the top 5 I ever ate in all the countries I've been, including Italy itself!! The staff is amazing also, especially one guy Marc. Greatest food I've eaten in Slovenia till now.

Aroma restaurante has an amazing terrace overlooking on Ljubljanica. The staff was kind and helpful, we ordered calamari and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The atmosphere right next to the river is lovely and the pizza was great. But the best thing we had was the beer. Honestly, one of the best ones I've ever had. It is a special brand and not available in shops, but only in some distinguished locations. Great place, I definitely recommend coming here!
