This place is awfull, Firstly there is an horrible smell in the restaurant. Secondly I found a fly in my Burger and they told me it was from outside and didn't refound me.

Yesterday I was ordering very simple food, chicken nuggets, first I was waiting 24 min, and some was on the way to cancel my order.."toy" don't make a vibration. Too slowly, only person who was helpful is girl Dino (from Bosnia). She explain, and bring my order.. It's a so many better place's than McDonald's and faster. Hood Steak, it's a teacher for McD'd. Very good McDonald's in Slovenia's capital. The quality of the cappuccino and macaroons were very good. They have a nice selection of desserts.

A complete mess! Worst manager . All the employees were in bad humor. It took 20 mins to pay the hamburgers and another 20 mins to have our coffee at mc cafe counter. The employee there was quick but alone to collect and prepare everything.

I wait for 45 mins for my meals!!! They missed my order. Asked them, no one care about me!! Rubbish!! No service at all!

You need to pay 50 centa to use the toalet, even if you are guest.

They forgot about my order, after 30 minutes I had to ask what's going on. And they really forgot my order! I could have spent the whole night there, if I didn't do anything I wouldn't get my order. Unbelievable!

The bathroom code should be more visible on the receipt. It took 10 minutes to get 2 large fries and nuggies. Soda is over priced.

Great McDonald’s with friendly service. Food is always made great especially the McCafé.

It happened to me multiple times that I did not get everything I ordered and payed for (especially with bigger orders). They also won’t accept any complaints after you leave the restaurant. Make sure you always check if there is everything in your take away bag from this place!

For a quick lunch it's more than adequate but it's definitely not like all the other McDonald's in Slovenia. I can understand that it's a historic place, but it is in every sense! First of all, to access it is quite inconvenient because it has quite a steep staircase. To order you can do it either through the touch screen or at the cash desk. The staff are not all friendly and helpful, some even say absolutely nothing to you (not even hello) when you go to collect your order. However, there are also very kind and helpful people, but it is a rarity. The service is a little slow, but nothing special, and the quality seems different to me compared to other McDonald's in Slovenia. If I had to go back to Ljubljana, honestly I would go to another Mc

Nice McDonald's with lots of food options. Tasty salads, different types of chicken, and good potatoes. Unique winter tea. I like the addition of a "Mac Cafe." However, the downside was the restroom: no soap, and you have to pay 0.50 euros for toilet cubicles.

I paid €1,00 for an extra toy, because we wanted sonic the hedgehog, but they didn’t gave us sonic but another one we didn’t ordered. My babyboy is really mad now becauwe get the pink one…

According to my friend who is from London, this McDonald's is way better. The food was good, still hot when we got it, the service was fast and kind. The ambient was calm because we went there late at night.

McDonald's stop doing business in Russia. While you doing business in Russia, you pay taxes to Russia war machine and indirectly support russia’s aggression to Ukraine. Doing business in russia you say - money is the only one thing that interested McDonald's. And I’m start to thing that all of you “kind things” is only PR hints. But this doesn’t work any more - you will choose peace or dark side. You can’t be good and support war! Stop it!

Bad service, my order was for takeaway and they didn’t even pack it, the staff was laughing and talking and not doing anything while my food was on the counter waiting to be packed correctly. They forgot to put a fork for the salad and a straw was missing too, not to mention two large fries that they didn’t even pack. Called to complain about the fries when I got home and realized, the guy on the phone was super nice but didn’t have a way of delivering it to me. Overall bad experience.

It seems a bit silly to eat at McDonald's when traveling...but it's just such an easy choice! Especially when you're in a city that has no grocery stores open on Sundays! Plus, European McDonald's locations offer several vegetarian options and great fresh salads! (And their new mango/passionfruit sundaes and milkshakes are pretty tasty too!)

Too slow service for McDonald's standards. Not enough staff probably. And the place look dirty maybe because everything is old (furniture, floor, wc...).

MCcafé is a correct place to work. No electric socket. Upstairs is better than downstairs.

Workers don't know the difference between chili and curry sauce I guess... They also don't know the difference between a medium coke and nothing. Paid for something I didn't want and I couldn't've gone back since I opened the bag in my car, a km or two further away. Apple pie was still bussin

Great fast service. Neat seating area. Liked getting complimentary piece of chocolate with my order. Highly recommend this place if looking for a McDonald's in Ljubljana🇸🇰
