Good food!! BUT Very unfriendly and rude waitress Maja, everything is unnecessary for her, very bad attitude towards customers.

I kindly asked them if they accept credit cards and they replied, yes we do. Then I was about to order a Coca cola and the waitress replied, but you can not pay with a credit card for a drink only. I replied, how do you know I will drink only one Coke, when my intention was to drink more than one drink since I was about to work some urgent work on my laptop for one and a half hours at least. They didn't say that they serve food only and no solo drinks. The issue was paymet method only. In this Covid -19 times I don't use cash, but Apple Pay only. Since their terrace was almost empty and the waitress used rude tone to argue with me about how much will I spend, I simply decided to move to a next restaurant terrace. How fancy can a restaurant today be, to refuse a guest just because of an e-payment method?! Omg!

I went to eat the meals they prepared for students with subsidy. With the main dish I politely asked if I could get the soy sauce and the waiter said that I can go get it myself and pointed to the counter that had the platers with different sauces on them. I'm not really a guy to make a big fuss about it so I wanted to let it slide. However after i was done with my dish I wanted to sit around for a bit and the waiter came up to me and asked if I wanted to pay with cash or card. Now i don't think I have ever been treated like this in a restaurant before. The food was like you would expect. But the service was terrible.

I had an unbelievably horrible experience. The first waitress gave me a table and I waited for 15 min. The second waitress then came and chased me away claiming that the kitchen was closed! There was another table of four people who arrived exactly at the same time as me but they were served foods and drinks!!! This restaurant ruined my first night at Ljubljana!! They have zero respect to customers. They just want to make quick money. I ended up in another restaurant run by locals and they treated me with respect and dignity and the food was really great too. I feel lucky in that sense!

They have it written everywhere that they have it open 11-23. My wife and I arrived at 21:20 and the waitress said, at a completely empty restaurant, that we’re too late because they only serve until 22:30.

The worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’ve ordered a vegetarian meal option and clarified for being sure that I want this dish but with vegetables- not meat. When the food was brought, the waitress Maja Trdić started arguing that I have ordered a meat dish, almost raising her voice and instead of finding ways to clarify misunderstanding, took away the dish and said - “than eat the remaining dishes” and went away. Instead of communication and solution-orientation - totally inadequate and immature behavior. Pity to affect the reputation of the whole restaurant because of one ill-mannered worker.

If you wish to have good Chinese food, you might wanna try somewhere else. The food here is not bad, but they use low quality ingredients. For example, they used spam in Yang Zhou fried rice instead of real ham. The decor is nice though, very large restaurant.

Your typical chinese restaurant with non offensive Food, fast services and friendly staff. Located in the heart of the city it is distinguished mostly by its location above all. Popular with tourists and locals alike.

The Mongolian hotplate with beef and pepper is absolutely outstanding! Great service as well. Recommended for sure

for students boni there are many better places and cheaper, food was mediocre and nothing special. terrible noodles with veggies. waiter was also kinda rude. i think first and last time here

We were surprised to be alone in the restaurant for dinner at 8.30pm. Service was rapid no wonder why 😉. The food was good and the portions were big. The staff was friendly. I recommend it if you have to eat around that place.

Everything was perfect in this place. The food are delicious 🤤 And great portions enough for the money value. The staff are kind and approachable. The toilet is clean. Spacious inside and outside too. Lots of cuisines to choose with. After a long trip and hungry looking for Asian food, this place comforts us a lot.😁😃

Asian restaurant Han in the center of Ljubljana. The Mongolian beef was burned. We didn't get fresh noodles, but reheated. Never again

This restaurant has unreasonably low score, don't know why? I ate like a king and for a fair price, considering that i was sitting down at a very nice restaurant. And the portion was HUGE. Definitely wasn't expecting that in the city centre.

We loved the place.. we had dinner on 31st jan 2022for our new year eve dinner . Dumplings, fried ricd, chicken in green peppers. Everything was excellent. So we came back again on 2nd Jan before flying iut of Ljubljana

Food is great. Probably one of the best Chinese food in Ljubljana. The atmosphere to eat is nice to. The Service, could be better. But it's not bad at all.

I was first time in chinese restaurant and it was great. All kind of foods were really delicious and tasty.

We found this restaurant on our 3rd night in the city. The food was lovely, really light, crispy batter on the chicken and beautiful steamed rice. Hardly had to wait for our food at all. Staff were lovely and attentive. May well have to come back before we leave.

Food is perfect. But blonde lady that took order from us is very rude and unkind. Because of her, we just wanted to leave asap.

I was craving for Chinese food and Han satisfied my taste buds. The prices were reasonable as compared to other restaurants in Ljubljana. The dishes were fairly nice. It felt comforting to eat hot Chinese food in the cold weather. Serving size was big. The lady boss was warm and friendly. Crispy duck, fried rice were delicious. I enjoyed the chilli oil. I feel that Han Restaurant deserves a better rating than 3.9 on Google Map.

A great slightly upscale Chinese place in the centre of town. The service is really good as is the food. Nice spacing of tables of which there are many, so there's usually ample space if you like to pop in without a reservation.

Compared to other Han's in Ljubljana, this one is the worst. Has very little options considering student meals, food was very oily and the staff just looked like they dont want to be there. Sad.

Very impressed with the quality and taste at the first time. The second time it was hot that good but enjoyed anyway. It’s a little bit pricy.

Food is horrible, student offer is poor. I ordered fried rice and it was just rice with defrosted vegetables (peas, carrots) and meat that looked (and probably was) chopped salami. Noodles with chicken weren't good either. The waiters are not kind, they put plates on the table very roughly, making lot of noise on glass tables. Definitely not a nice experience.

Please, please, eat at this Chinese Restaurant! This was our last day in Llubljana, and our 11th day in this region, so our party of 5 has been craving Chinese food for so long! The decor is quite amazing, but the staff told us that business has been so slow (the entire dining hall was empty when we arrived), their fountain no longer runs! We picked the dinner meal for 5 and substituted some items and added home style tofu and a broccoli dish. The service was pretty fast, food tasted incredible, and came with perfect portions. This was exactly what we were looking for! There is a slight savory sweetness in the dishes that you will surely enjoy. Come try this restaurant out! Tip the staff well and keep this incredible eatery running!

This restaurant is not suitable for families or couples, only for the team. The taste of the dish is ordinary and will not come again. When I arrived at the restaurant at 12:15, two Chinese waitresses were chatting and not receiving. Give me the menu, but don't say any word. The taste of the dish is ordinary, the waiter is very annoying and will not recommend it.

Not the greatest place. Indoor is very nice and fancy, as well as view to the square but the food is average and waiter is very slow. I got Salad without fork nor chopsticks so I waited 15 till some of waiter will realize it.
