Ošterija Pr'Noni ( inn at grandma's) has been spoiling us for more than a decade with modern Mediterranean and Slovenian cuisine. The ambiance of the restaurant offers a relaxed and pleasant feeling. Open kitchen - Show cooking. Despite the fact that the restaurant is located only a few minutes' drive from the strict city center, with its natural surroundings it gives the feeling of comfort in the countryside. Just one turn from the highway. On the menu you can find daily snacks and lunches, A'la Carte menus, a varied weekend offer and homemade desserts. There is also a wide selection of premium wines. Huge free parking. I recommend a reservation. Prices are normal for such excellent food and service.

We were very hungry, we saw the name of the restaurant from the highway and decided to call in. Saturday and afternoon it was hopeless to find a free table in the restaurant, but the head waiter was able to find us a table for 4 people in a full restaurant. In the center of the hall an open hearth with fire gives a special warmth to the restaurant, boats are attached to the ceiling, original design. All the waiters are men in uniform. Everyone can speak English. The menu is solid, there are many different options. Waiting for dishes 10-15 minutes was worth it, everything turned out to be delicious. The duck breast is rather dry, but quite edible. The steaks are perfectly fried and the side dish is perfectly thought up. Everything is fresh. clean toilets. The restaurant allows visits with dogs, people came to us with two large dogs. Unusual, but did not affect the smells in the restaurant. we will come again. You need to book a table on weekends in advance.

One of best restaurants in Ljubljana and defenitly best staff you can imagine. They make delicious beef steak and they can actually make it medium, not like many, that claimt hey can and then you get it raw. After today they still remain one of our favourite restaurants in Slovenia.

This has to be a serious contender for my favourite restaurant anywhere in the world and yet it’s utterly unpretentious and down to earth. The owner and all staff are sincere warm and full of passion. Its a perfect spot for a family dinner or a special celebration or beer and dinner with the boys on a week night. Dont miss it and consider booking in advance too as it would be a shame not to be able to get in. There’s an exceptional wine list. The quality of the meat is out of this world and its a great place to explore your palate and the traditional Slovenian dishes too

We had a family dinner in this lovely place. Service was great. We had relatives from US visiting us and they prepared menu in English just for us. Food was excellent and wine even better.

Nice restaurant with good service and even better food! Octopus salad is one of the best in the area, raviolis were good a d bot main dishes - beef filet and lamb chops were excellent. Also the deserts which we tried were delicious so I can really recommend this place!

Excellent seating, dishes and service

Had lunch there yesterday. We liked the place very much. The food was great - had lamb chops and salmon - both done to perfection, tasty and moreish. Ended with plum cake with a glass of rum A.H.Riise that was suggested by our extremely nice and helpful host. Perfect lunch for a very gray day. Very much worth visiting. And we'll be back...

Really good food and ambient in the restaurant. Service (10 stars - for the girl who served our table - she really make us feel good). I recommend that you gave her a raise 😊 Atmosphere is nice, food steak and everything else was really top. It's not cheap, but also not pricey. Recommend this restaurant, but make a reservation,believe me.

Every year we stop here on our way from Slovakia to Croatia on vacation and sleep for lunch (excellent location). Beautiful environment, great cuisine and great staff and dog friendly

The staff here is super polite. They cook to order, so you do need to wait a bit to get the food, but it is usually worth the wait. The prices are a bit on the expensive side. But it’s worth it. The atmosphere inside and outside is always nice. We love coming here. The food is great, the deserts as well. I tried the beef soup with noodles, it was nice, just a bit under seasoned for my taste. And for the main dish the veal medallions with porcini mushrooms and buffalo mozzarella with baked potatoes. The portion was very large. I couldn’t finish it. The dish was good, just maybe, again, a bit under seasoned for my taste.

We made a reservation for dinner here based on an earlier visit. The place has an excellent setting, very nice atmosphere and even though it's just next to a freeway you feel completely isolated even when you're outside. First of all we andre pleasently surprise by the service. Our waiter would offer recommendations knew everyone's order and was all around nice. And then the food. Antipasti were delicious. I tried mozzarella buffala with slices of tomato and pesto Genovese and basil. Best pesto I've ever tasted. Then came my aged steak argentino with veggies and cooked whole potato. The whole thing was amazing, well prepared with excellent quality ingredients. For dessert I had a house special - plum cake, served with blueberries and mango cream. So fresh and light. It was a perfect finish. Anyway, utterly recommend this place. If you want a nice meal on the edge of Ljubljana this is absolutely on your go-to list.

The menu is varied and the food is delicious. From appetisers to dessert, the quality and taste of everything was very good. The ambience of the restaurant is welcoming and charming, not only because of the chill and cool atmosphere, but also the staff is very friendly.
