I should mention this, after our first bad experience I thought I never would come back, but my daughter wanted to try it. And it was an amazing experience, and also, the staff was so nice and caring. Im pleased to say that they changed my mind.

Very fun experience and helpful staff. Was scared that it would be too simple for us (2 persons with master degrees in science). But it was very enjoyable and educative. Would recommend!

Visited many many museums, love this place. Excellent staff, top notch exhibits. Anyone who wants to run an interactive exhibit needs to come and see this. It's the best. Excellent for all ages, I saw several fantastic demonstrations and the multi lingual booklets were well written with good explanations.

House of experiments features 3 big rooms of fun things you can try and do yourself. You can read about the experiments at each stop and there are multiple staff to help out and willing to explain how it works. Great place for young kids and kids by heart!

So much fun. Rebekah was wonderful and explained things to us. We really enjoyed the balance station and nail bed as well as bubbles. There is a lot to do. I would recommend a couple of hours.

Awesome experience for kids and and adults alike. Around 60 experiments that teach laws of physics and natural phenomena in a fun and understandable way. Highly recommended for everyone!

Better than the house of illusions. Worth seeing with kids, but keep in mind that it would take a minimum a couple of hours.

Very friendly staff, good for hot summer days. Also, the place is not big so you can supervise your kids easily while having fun.

Very interesting place to visit, specially with kids. At the entrance they provide a copybook with the experiments description in english (or others languages).

Loved it, will definitely come again. My 4yo didn't want to leave, fascinated with all the interactive stuff. Must be even more fun for older kids who get to learn all the science behind the experiments.

A very interesting museum about science. It's great for children to learn by interacting with the devices. When we arrived, there was a presentation from some American teachers about motors and electricity. An excellent idea to learn and have fun at the same time.

Great demonstrators, unfortunately it's hard to enjoy the experiments because of the coldness of the rooms. Moving around in jackets makes it harder and unnecessarily hard

Great and unexpected fun! I have been to many science museums with my kids, and this one did not have the best reviews, mainly because the building seems to be an old one. But what I loved about this museum, was that everything is done with love, the people working there were passionate about what they do. They were also really helpful, explaining everything to us. There are little manuals for all the experiments, these are available in many languages. We took part in a science show that was in slovenian, but one of the staff members sat down next to us and explained everything in English. Great experience!

Great place. Lots of interesting exhibits that are very interactive. Easy way for kids to get into science, should be one in every country!

Considering the little space that's available the museum is excellently laid out! The experiments are well designed, many you will have seen in other similar science museums but the hands-on part makes it very immersive. All experiments have descriptions in Slovenian but there are guides in English and other languages available. What's very educational is the layout of the guides: at first you're just told to carry out the experiment and make observations. This triggers the natural curiosity and makes you automatically want to read the more detailed explanation. Works well for children aged 4 and up and will fill about 2-3 hours.
