Beautiful city.

This was a good place to get info about Ljubjana city and the card we ordered online which was cheaper. But ...two of the staff were not very professional ,in the way they dealt with us.First, the tourists have need of information and the staff should be willing to answer politely and not to shortcut your conversation so you can leave the office. Secondly, when we asked for bikes,the office was supposed to close at 21.00 but had to return the bikes 20.30,which if we didnt ,the office clerk was threatening she would call the police! Well of course we would return them earlier but no need for threats..this is still a mentality from communist background,sad to say... Anyway, the stay in the city was great.The card was very useful for the day,you can see a lot. Our tour guide was excellent and did enjoy her comments on places we visited. As for this office one advice: Don't threaten the tourists with police! They might not come back....

We had a wonderful weaving experience where we got to learn a new skill, hear about an important part of Slovenia's history, and take home a souvenir with real personal meaning to us. Highly recommend taking the time to do this while visiting Ljubljana!

We all had a lot of fun with the printing workshop at TipoRenesansa! (Family of four, 2 children - 10 and 13 years old) Marco explains the printing craft patiently and with a lot of humor. The self-printed poster is the best souvenir of Ljubljana we can imagine. :)

friendly, very informative and personable guide. Well-planned travel times so as not to collide with the masses of tourists. Good transit to planned attractions. The guide shared a lot of information about it in advance on the trip, which made the experience on site even better.

Only had a few hours in Ljubljana so took the sightseeing train - great way to see this beautiful city 😍

Handy but buses very infrequent so hopping off at points meant alot of waiting. No air conditioning and sound system failed for second half of journey.

Took a guided tour of the old town and castle, everything was perfect

Very very kind staff! And a great way to discover and get to know the history of Ljubljana. I highly recommend it, the kids enjoyed it.

Helpful in the tourist office. Took the city tour. Quite possibly the best, most enthusiastic tour guide I’ve had the pleasure of. Spoke English better than a lot of British people do, and wasn’t guiding for tips, the exact opposite in fact.
