Be careful with this apartment!!! Apartment with mould. I lived here for 1 year, from March to February 2021-2022. in one month after entry appeared mold on wall and ceiling. The small bedroom has no heater system and ventilation. At the end of renting painting of the room was done with my money but it doesn’t solve the main problem of mould and each next renter will make renovation again. I am convinced this mould problem should have been solved by the landlord and handed over to the renter.This apartment is good for short term rent not more than one month. Also be careful and take videos and pictures of all details because at the end, your deposit will be used to compensate even discrepancies and damages from previous renters.
