Hotel Center is newly renovated. All rooms are modern, very well isolated, and cozy. I had no trouble sleeping, and I did not see any nightclub near the hotel as older reviews mentioned. There is also an elevator, so I guess older reviews are not accurate as they reflect the situation prior to renovation. The location is also excellent, and I will definitely come back!

My stay there couldn't have been better. Super friendly and helpful staff. They gave me lots of information and tips about the city, also received and helped me with my two lost luggages, after Lufthansa lost them both when flying to Slovenia. I was there in May/23.

The location is very good, quiet street! The waitresses are nice and professional; tea bags and coffee are daily provided. BUT: tricky stairs and no lift to go upstairs, no breakfast available, a small fridge (empty), not enough wear hangers, dogs are accepted and people use to let them yapping in the room whilst going downtown to enjoy 😡, the doors of the rooms are not soundproved and the only way to close it is to slam it! As a conclusion it is too expensive according to the amount of issues. Rather to go to a B&B or apartment.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is currently being refurbished so the reception may put you off, however the rooms are super modern and clean. Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it. The staff was super nice, the hotel offered free water bottles for guests from the bar, and they also gave us a gift to thank us for our stay which was really sweet 🥰 Hotel location is superb, 5 minutes away on foot from the city centre. Wifi quality is also very good.

Great hotel with awesome stuff. Rooms are clean, modern and elegant. There is tv, hair dryer, fridge and kettle. In the hallway is "public library" - take book, give book. Buses, train station and old town is very close. Great location. Highly recommend staying here

No parking space, reception is empty(need to call and wait). Cash only, no credit cards! Breakfast is served in a restaurant outside of the hotel but that opens only at 8am - no breakfast for you before that! Elevator holds 1 person only. Rooms are tiny for 1 person already. Room has one usable power outlet only. Positive: although tiny, room has a modern clean bathroom and clean beds.

The stuff was very helpful, the room was spotless clean and with contemporary decor the only disadvantage is that the elevator only goes up to the first floor

Okay. This hotel is maybe the most well thought and modern hotel I have been to until now. I have been to many 2- to 4- star hotels over the last few years. The good: This hotel does stand out in many ways. The communication is really quick. The receptionists are really sweet, and they primed us about the city as soon as we reached. We were informed that we can simply grab as many bottles of water for free while coming or going which is a very sweet gesture. The features in the room are excellent. Though the rooms are slightly small, it does not feel congested. The location is perfect. The color palette of the rooms is awesome! They have touch screen lights to switch on lights, do not disturb and to request service. The internet is really fast. The room comes with a folder with recommendations of places to eat, we followed exactly those and these were perfect, unbiased and helpful recommendations. When we left the hotel, they gave us gifts! So sweet! So well thought. What is missing- Payments need to be done in cash. We would have liked to not carry so much cash around. Especially when cards were accepted everywhere else in Lubljana. They are not a classic hotel, so there is no restaurant, no breakfasts, no laundry service, and no iron boards. While I did not miss the food, I did miss out on other services.

The most wonderful thing is the staff, who try very hard to make the guest enjoy their staying. The furniture, textiles, technical equipment - everything is new and in ideal condition. There are pubs and restaurants around: it can be too noisy in the night for sensitive people. For me, it was ok with closed windows. The design is very nice, but the lack of complete separation between the bedroom and the sanitary room is not to everyone's liking.

Close to old town but also very close to the train station and many bus stops, so it is very loud and bright. The rooms on floor 1 appear to have been subdivided with a thin partition not a full wall.. so again you can hear everything next door. Internet was good though.

Was an unexpected stay, only for the night, but they stayed til we got there ( train delayed for hours ). Hotel small but seemed very efficient even with remodeling. Great little place.

Disappointing experience. The room had no curtains, so the light from the street illuminated my room all night. Besides, there was noise upstairs from the hallway, none of the staff responded, because they close the hotel at 11 o'clock and nobady was there. It was impossible to sleep. I didn't get toilet paper in the toilet. The elevator did not work. There was no parking, extra is paid. The only good thing is the staff, they are friendly. I would not stay in that hotel again.

Excelente place to stay in the city, the reception was so kindly. The hotel seems new internaly, great bed and shower, next to the downtown and bus station, coffe and tea in the room.

Disappointing dark small room, but worse was the bathroom which stank of sewage throughout our three day stay. Also, we were given room on second floor which meant navigating about 20 steep wooden steps - no lift. Hard work for older people. Only good thing is nice breakfast (which costs extra) in cafe next door. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again unless could guarantee room easier to get to and clean drains

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Very close to the city center and there is a parking garage nearby. It is quite easy to reach coming from the highway. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was small but comfortable. The price/quality ratio is good in my opinion. It is a great hotel to stay to explore Ljubljana. My main dislike was the fact that don't accept cards for payment (it wasn't a surprise, as it is clearly stated and the hotel informs in the welcome message) but still, for an hotel in the capital, I don't find it reasonable not to accept card payments. Another minor point is the fact that if you open the window, it is too loud and there is no other way to cool the room (at least that I noticed).

I liked the hotel. Very clean and tidy, on a great location. Room I had was very small (even though it was with 3 beds), but for my short stay it was fine. No parking in hotel, only in surrounding streets (paying from 7am to 7pm). Breakfast in a nice place nearby with a discounted offer!

Stayed here in end of December 2021 and had the most amazing experience, receptionist named Tina was very nice and helpful during my stay. I recommend staying here if visiting Ljubljana.
