An incredible hotel, we thought it was brand new as everything was so well looked after! The beds were so comfortable and the noise cancelling walls / doors meant we couldn't hear anyone at all and slept soundly all night. Super safe area, staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly and they all worked so hard to make sure everything was right. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, something for everyone. The rooms were very very clean and very well looked after. It was better than some 5 star places we have stayed in! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. If I could give more stars I would.

Great hotel, very good location, allows you to get to the heart of the city in a few minutes by foot. The suggested car park was very good (we paid 9 euros per day) but its a bit of a walk away (about 10 minutes). To drop off and pick up our bags it was possible to pull up just outside the front of the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm with a great shower. The breakfast was superb, great selection. You can make yourself tea and coffee throughout the day free of charge, this is again a sign of the great hospitality they offer. Thanks to all the staff who made us feel welcomed and made our visit to Ljubljana a great one!

Great hotel at the very center of Ljubljana. The room was spacious, bigger than we expected. There is a fridge in the room, which is really helpful. The location is just perfect - just a couple of minutes by foot from the old town and main pedestrian street. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were great and complete. Amazing experience!

The best hotel experience we've ever had. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, they would deserve it. The good: The hotel is very centrally located, big rooms, big beds, clean, comfortable. Good selection for breakfast and coffee. The great: the staff! The most friendly and helpful people I've ever met. Very helpful with recommendations for places to see, restaurants etc. They went beyond what can be expected from even a 5 star hotel to make our stay unforgettable. Minor "bad" (not really as it is to be expected, but an FYI, for other tourists): it is not possible to park at the hotel - you park at the nearest Tivoli park (5 min walk) and the hotel reemberces you for the parking cost. But the staff and hotel in general more than make up for that.

This is a true boutique hotel gem in the heart of Ljubljana. Modern, clean, comfy, all that one can want for a short stay. But the highlight of this property is the hotel staff. Ivonna has ensured we have all we need with such positive energy, kindness and good humor. We do hope she is awarded appropriately for the great job that she does with all the guests. She made our stay that much better - thank you dear Ivonna for your wonderful hospitality! We will be back 💜

We had such a wonderful night in Ljubljana! The hotel was much more spacious than we thought, which was very nice. The concierge was the best part of the hotel experience! He was kind and thoughtful, and you could tell he had great pride of working there. We had to leave very early in the morning and he made sure to pack us breakfast to-go, such a nice person!

Very accommodating for late arrival - lock box with key and good communication. Reasonable value for money. Easy access to city centre. Room pretty large, clean and plenty of facilities. Good breakfast

Hotel was clean, perfect location near the river and popular old city attractions. Most of all the breakfast was fantastic. Gluten-free bread was available! Super. Special mention to Tanjia at our breakfast. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She was just so kind and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated the special attention to my gluten allergy.

Urban Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Ljubljana. It’s located minutes from the center and the bus station and easy 10 minute walk. My room was spacious and modern. Free breakfast is varied and high quality and free coffee, tea and snacks all day. There’s a free washing machine and dryer with detergent too. The staff is friendly and excellent. I stayed here twice in between a short trip to Lake Bled. Slovenia is an outstanding and noticeably lower cost destination, I highly recommend visiting.

We have been one night at this hotel and made very bad experience with the reception. We have been late night with little kids and the woman ( originally from North Macedonia ) meant in an ugly unfriendly manner, if we do not like smth then we can look out for an other hotel...Absoluty overpriced. Never ever. Just keep out

The location and standard is good as is the service. The included breakfast was also excellent. For us, the close distance to the railway station was appealing.

I am definitely awed by their positive service attitude. Staff would always greet you with a smile. Because of their friendliness, I felt the stay was as though I am returning back ‘home’. Room I booked was spacious and has all amenities. You can request at front desk for kettle if you need one. Breakfast was good. They also have their snacks bar open till 10pm. Location was good for me. As it is my first time in Ljubljana, the walking distance from main train station to hotel seems far but afterwards, when you get the hang of it, walking distance from the hotel to station, or to central are just very easy to navigate. Hotel is quiet at night as it is located off the street (back facing) and don’t worry, it is safe! To anyone who is travelling to Ljubljana, I would recommend you guys to try staying with them. I enjoyed my stay!

The place is nice - very good location, just behind the National Bank's building, close to good restaurants, main streets... Service is excellent, nice recommendations for evening programs. Room was great - quiet, nicely furbished, comfortable. Parking is tricky, but well-organized. Breakfast is included - nice continental selection -was OK for being active until lunch.

We had a great stay here. The location was excellent, in the city center and in walking distance of all the main sites in Ljubljana. Also very close to the Tivoli park. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the breakfast was fabulous. It's possible to have complimentary drinks all day long at the lounge. Would stay again!

This is a great place. It's beautiful. Everything is clean, tidy, modern, and the smell in the rooms is a nice touch. The people, wow, awesome.

Stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed it. Staff were very warm. Location was also pretty good - walking distance to the main attractions of the city but away from the bustle of the various bridges and river area. Amenities such as supermarkets, car rental, pick-up spot for day tours were also close by.

Excellent hotel located near all major attractions. Nicely appointed rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, comfortable beds, blackout curtains, WiFi and in-room safe. The hotel also provides a free breakfast buffet with cold and hot food options. Our specific room was quite roomy...in fact there was a sofa that could be turned into a third bed. Each member of the hotel staff were polite and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend Urban Hotel for your Ljubljana visit.

I would give it 10 starts if I could! Everything was outstanding - the rooms are very spacious and clean. There is even a dedicated working space. Also, the room had a fridge and even a microwave. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with numerous options to choose from. The entire atmosphere in the hotel is exquisite, you feel welcomed as soon as you set foot inside. Totally recommended!

I would recommend to avoid this hotel at any cost.We had terrible experience with it. Despite booking the room few weeks in advance, when we came to Ljubljana, they just said that the hotel is overbooked and we must go away. I never experienced that before, our day in Ljubljana was totally ruined because of this, as we've got to find another hotel asap

Great location close to the train station and old town, and the service is impeccable. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The host is amazing as well, even offered us complimentary coffee and bottled water while we were waiting after checking out! Definitely recommended for any traveler to Ljubljana.

While other aspects of the hotel were up to standard, our stay was made very uncomfortable by the receptionist Dejan (a middle-aged gentleman with short hair, neck tattoo and a golden watch). For hotels and his personal benefit, I recommend that he is send to an anger management class.

Couldn’t ask for a better stay! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was amazing, parking was included, and the room was modern, comfortable, and big. Another big plus is that the hotel was in walking distance of all the main sites in Ljubljana.

Very modern and feels like brand new. Extremely clean. Convenient location close to center. Free coffie & tea anytime, as well as welcome water and juice in the room, a small signo of good will not seen very often.

The location is excellent 👌 the room is big, beautiful, all new furniture. Bathroom is great too. Lots of tv channels and if you are traveling with a kid you can do a "cast", from your phone to the tv (YouTube kids songs which my kid loves :D ). Very clean room. Also, to the request they give you the kettle (to boil water for the baby milk formula). There are free water,juice and coffee. Breakfast is nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for one night. Location is excellent, the room was spacious and bathroom very elegant. The breakfast was extraordinary! You can park your car at Tivoli parking and get reimbursed by the hotel, which was super convenient.
