This is a very small hotel located at the center of the old city. It is unique but comfortable. There are less than 20 rooms, every room is different. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Only thing I am not too happy with is taht the towels in the bath room are not very clean.

Absolutely horrible stay. The worst in the last ten years. Because of a booking problem we got a room with separate shower and seperate toilet. The room itself was like 2x2m big. For two persons. The double bed was small. I didn't slept well. The windows were small so u have to put the light on during day. The light was very bright and white like in a hospital. The air condition old and loud. The whole condition of the room was not good. But ok. The worst thing: the shower was in a seperate room at the corridor. It was like 1x1m big. I didn't have enough space for dry with the towel. The shower head was broken so I had hold it in the hand. If I would like to shower I went half naked through the corridor to the showerroom and some people looked at me. If i would like to go to the toilet, there was another small room at the end of the corridor. Near stairwell. So I had three keys for three rooms. Everything old and need a renovation. It has NOTHING to do with the pictures on the website. See my pictures attached. Because the hotel was full I didn't got a new room. But white wine. And one night off from Amoma. BUT: that didn't make the stay better. It really got my mood down in a wonderful city. The staff was friendly, the breakfast ok. The location good. But never never ever I would book that hotel again. I booked hostels 15 years ago as I need the money and the standard was so much better. I would recommend the management to close the rooms with the seperate toilet and shower and use it otherwise. Or describe exactly that this has absolutely nothing to do with the other rooms and the pictures on the website.

Had a really great stay here over a long weekend. Perfectly located for a short walk to all of the main attractions, just between the castle and river. Nice balance of old charm while still being comfortable, clean with all mod-cons. Nice breakfast too and friendly, helpful staff.

Fabulous and quiet location in old town. Delicious breakfast, many wonderful nearby restaurant choices, beautiful back courtyard or the inside rooms to chill out in.

Beautiful renovated old hotel.the personell is very helpful and friendly. The rooms is large, comfortable and beautiful decorated. It is so close to all tourist attractions and have shops bars and restaurants just outside.

Room 13 on 3rd floor. NO shower curtain. NO hanging space & hangars NO kettle in room. Broken safe. Broken basin & bath plugs. Steep noisy steps to bedroom which is upstairs of bathroom and the large living room. NO lift for aged travellers. Nice patio and view of castle. Helpful staff, fast laundry service. Good continental breakfast with some hot food & tasty pastries.

Good service boutique hotel. Forget Room 13 - it's up 3 flights of steps and the bedroom is on a mezzanine above the lounge & bathroom. NO shower curtain. NO kettle in room. NO hanging space or hangars. Helpful staff and convenient location. Need to replace coffee beaker with broken spout in breakfast room.

Can't fault the hotel at the price. Spacious, air conditioned rooms, helpful staff, drink on arrival, located in the old town and a decent breakfast. All that is needed for a great city break.

Mold on the wall, a musty smell in the room, no blinds or curtains covering the windows, a shower head that you have to hold up yourself, a very uncomfortable bed, and no available plug near the bed (the existing one is used for the lamp which is necessary because there is no light switch within reach). When we complained the hotel refused to do anything. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

Small things that bother: sounds from other rooms and corridor, bad bath gel, terrible coffee at breakfast and a room without a curtain. The hotel was good enough but not deligthful. Service was friendly.
