Breakfast is not even close to the pictures online and the staff does not really care about the guests.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Ljubljana. I'm quite sad to write more negative review than positive. The employees of the hotel are not positive vibe looking people, and I feel they were bit cold personalities and didn't care that much, they also spent a lot of time on their mobile phones etc. The hotel is dirty, especially I would say that cleaning the walls from the rooms and staircase would not take a lot of effort, but it would make the hotel look cleaner. We also had some communication issues to get the room cleaned, which did not happen even once during our 3 night stay. The beds in our room were bad, every time you moved in your bed it made a horrible voice, at night it woke us up many times. In summary, I would say that there was a good location, excellent air conditioning, very basic room with lot of space. Negative things were bad beds, dirty overall look and poor customer service.

a nice small cozy place with friendly staff near the heart of the old town, staff was very friendly and helpful, they even called a taxi for me when I couldn't find one using taxi apps, location is very convenient, room is clean and perfect except that the bathroom door is glass.

Really lovely little hotel nestled down a back street in the centre of Ljubljana. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and the addition of a bath is just wonderful! Staff are all friendly, and the coffee shop/bar downstairs offers a nice place to sit. Continental breakfast is a great touch and offers vegan milks and jams alongside the usual meats/cheeses/eggs - something for everyone to start off their day!

This is the hotel you have to look for when in gorgeous Ljubljana. The front desk girls are very kind and helpful and rooms are very comfy and clean, also a very short walk from the center. 🇸🇮

It was the best part of visiting Ljubljana. The hotel was great ..all of them were with a smile on their face all the time. The receptionist spoke our language and he was helpful with all our needs. The breakfast was great. The area was in the center. The Director of the hotel was a very beautiful lady and she was always there to help... We will come again... Thank you for your hospitality

We recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Service was good, the staff were very helpful and there was always someone there in the morning when we went down for breakfast. Whenever we had any questions about transport within the area, they were very helpful. Breakfast mainly included fruits, pastries, cereals, toasties, cheeses, vegetables and one hot food (either eggs or bread). One thing that would have been useful is more vegetarian options for breakfast. As I was limited with certain things likes toasties (came with ham and cheese). Our room was quite clean and the beds were made up everyday. We didn’t really use the TV much as they were all regular channels. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. However, one thing that was quite annoying was the noise from other rooms at night. Noise travels very easily through to other rooms so we really struggled to sleep at night as we could hear people stamping about in the night and kids shouting.

Small, modern hotel in central Ljubljana. Rooms are well designed and equipped. Nice breakfast offering. Great staff. Exceptional value. Highly recommended.

Close to the centre of things - easy walking distance from the river and shops/markets etc. Quiet area hidden around the back streets. Up to date rooms, clean and tidy.

Booked here for a weekend city break in Ljubljana. Nice slightly quirky hotel slap bang in the middle of Ljubljana. Near to the old town just up from the river. Bathroom is a glass box. ( If you've got it, flaunt I say,🤪). But hey,! There are curtains.... No seriously great little hotel to spend your time Ljubljana. Highly recommended

Minimalist rooms that were slightly dirty, including mold in cracks of shower. Fairly well located and staff nice. Beds were not comfortable. No true comforter, only a sheet

Very nice modern hotel. We were on the first floor, next to the garden. What was annoying was the music in the garden was on till 12 am at least, it was loud and there wasn’t even anyone in the garden. So why not turn it off and let you guests sleep. The most of us go to sleep at 11am. The hotel had a very young, modern, student vibe, so if you are perhaps not looking for this style of hotel, I would book something else. There was music to the front of the building too, quite loud, so can imagine the neighbours would be happy. It was a week day. The hotel overall, outside of this was very nice, clean, modern, nice shower room, up to date locking door system. Comfortable bed. Location was excellent, couldn’t get any more central but accessible. Parking nearby, but its not cheap at all though. Would stay again, but the music maybe the reason not to in future. Would avoid a weekend just incase.

A nice and cosy hotel in the heart of the city of Ljubljana. Near the university. Perfect for having a hide-out over the weekend with my partner. So far everything is perfect!

Unfortunately, it is not recommended. We arrived at the hotel at 00:30h, the worker sent us the wrong code to enter the hotel. There is no phone number you can call for help. After a while, a woman who was sleeping in the hotel came and let us in, so we found the emergency number on the board inside and barely got anyone to tell us the right code. In the morning when we checked out of the hotel, the guy at the reception was totally rude. The phone rings, someone on the other end of the phone complains about something in English, and he hears it and just makes ugly faces and makes fun of the man on the other end of the phone. Total unprofessionalism!

Spacious room, pretty and clean bathroom, nice and helpful personnel, good breakfast and nice guy in the reception (owner's dog). It was a great stay. We both, me and my friend, have good feelings and if we visit Lublana again we will choose this place for sure

I always just hang/study in the bar, the staff is always super nice, the location is dead center but just hidden enough that is more peaceful

Location, location, location. Is all it has, is what you pay for. Our room was comfy and clean.

All the staff is super nice and the location is perfect as its hidden a bit between the buildings and it blocks out all the loud sounds (from like the road ect.)

If you want to have a wonderful experience in Ljubljana stay here! Art hotel is in the perfect location to explore the city as is close to everything. Absolutely beautiful spacious rooms with the comfiest beds and softest bed sheets. The staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in Europe so far. Would have loved to stay longer. 10/10 you won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

The room and the service were excellent! The location is perfect. We were in the biggest suite, the bathroom had a shower AND a bath, really charming. Although the room didn’t have a fridge, the staff managed to put our stuff in theirs. The breakfast was ok, but could be improved, for example the coffee was really soft.

The place is neat and clean the location is very close to Old down. The stuff is quite cooperative. Unfortunately I was reaching there late night and the staff kept their reception open for me till the time I reached, I appreciate the gesture.

Good hotel with fine rooms. Bed and shower excellent. Breakfast delicious. In the evening the street of the hotel is a bit dark.
