One of the best customer services you will ever have! Met all the staff there, Gregor, Klea, Leonard and Nina and they all were extremely friendly and helpful. I was given great recommendations on where to visit, eat and they even helped me to arrange the transportation a few times that saved much headache for me. The hotel/apartment itself is at the prime location right next to the Congress square and the river in the city center. For the same price or less, the room is 3x bigger than a hotel room and it comes with better amenities. This will be my THE place to stay for sure if I get to visit Ljubljana in the future.

Beautiful apartment, huge 2-bedroom, choose a castle view that dazzles at any time of the day! Beautiful and super complete and spacious bathroom. Microwave was missing, but they were already being installed these days. Prime location Super recommended

A old building renovated with beautiful rooms makes you feel that you are staying not in a hotel or in a apartment but in a place of a real palace.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was incredibly clean and had all you needed for an extended stay (cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.). The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. We ran into some delays arriving later than originally planned, but I was able to stay in contact receiving very fast replies. On arrival we were given a map with lots of helpful suggestions for food and drinks catered to our tastes. All of them were amazing and very much appreciated. My only regret is that my stay was so short. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

Wonderfully helpful manager, excellent central location, great value for money. Our two bedroom apartment had a huge main bedroom and TV, desk in the second room, lovely table and chairs in the kitchen, but no sofa. Very clean, with reverse cycle air conditioning, new bathroom and washing machine but no clothes rack to dry clothes. Mattress and pillows a little soft for me but great bed linen and towels. So, not perfectly five stars but close and the right price, would stay again.

Gorgeous building, excellent location, spacious apartments, comfortable furnishings, and wonderful management. I hope we get the chance to stay here again one day!

This place is rightfully called palace. The rooms are spacious, high ceilings and have all the ammenities you need, even a washing machine and kitchenette. Walking distance to the train/bus station is 15 minutes and all the places you want to see are around the corner.

Very central, very clean, great size, helpful staff. You wont be disappointed with the location, takes minutes to get to the river with all the bars and restaurants. Very quiet location even with an international basketball tournament going all day. My one issue, don't book above the ground floor if you don't like heights. Absolutely genuine statement, I would happily have given this 5 stars if i felt safer walking to my room!

Perfect place for staying in Ljubljana. Location was amazing, everything was in walking distance. Never had a more welcoming and nice check-in anywhere. The apartment is really big, comfortable, clean,cozy. Everything is so well decorated, beds are good, bathroom and kitchen have everything needed and are clean. We really loved it.

Best place to stay in Ljubljana! The apartments are absolutely gorgeous and even though it is right in the heart of the pedestrian area, it was so quiet! Gregor was so pleasant and friendly when he checked us in and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

Great location and friendly staff. The room we stayed in was, however, "slightly disappointing. Overall the room looked nice and was definitely clean, but it was most definitely not sound proof. Upon first entering the room we noticed that on the other side of the alley, a building was under construction and the workers were right outside the window. During the day it was a bit annoying but then again we were not there often. In the evening the workers had stopped so all good, but unfortunately they started early in the morning again. While no fault of the hotel, it would have been nice to get a heads up. Now on to the soundproofing: the room has double windows (old style) but are very thin and you hear A LOT from the streets. The first night a lot of people were loud and kept us awake for some time. The next day we asked if rooms could be switched but unfortunately it was not possible (up for debate in my opinion). Next night was a Friday evening and unfortunately there were several bars and restaurants playing very loud music which we heard until late at night. Please don't advertise your rooms as soundproofing when you can literally hear people talk outside your apartment (from the street or inner courtyard).

Our feeling: Just LOVED the apartment. Very modern, romantic style. Highly cleaned. Everything in perfect conditions. The person who received us, was super educated, welcoming and give us all the principal's advices about the neighborhood. The apartment also offer us a lot of luxurious commodities, for a romantic time.

It was such a great experience! Beautiful room, super clean! Natasa and the whole tram, welcomed us super friendly and was 24h available for any support! The checkin staff was also very nice and helpful and shared some really useful recommendations for the area. The apartment has everything you could need for a short-medium stay. Highly recommend it! 😊
