I was looking for a small designer hotel with quality rooms, parking, good city location and real coffee. I have found the Vault Hotel where the staff is super friendly, the rooms are exquisite, breakfast is really nice and they serve real Italian coffee. I travel a lot and always stay in nice 3 to 4 star hotels. Hands down this was one of the most amazing places I ever stayed at. The building is brand new (they opened at the end of 2018) and both the exterior and interior design are amazing. The rooms are very modern and super clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in walking distance from the center. My highlight: they serve breakfast in your room - it was delicious!

I stayed at hotel Vault two times for business; the hotel is completely new, very clean and modern; it has high quality beds and pillows and a great breakfast; the staff is very friendly and flexible; the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, where one can rest after a busy day, it has parking for guests as well. I would recommend this hotel to all business travellers and also all other people who like a nice design, high quality and a good rest in the city.

Great hotel not far from the city center of Ljubljana. Love the modern, minimalist design and the cleanliness and brand-new feel of the place. All in all, a very pleasant experience - also thanks to the lovely staff, who made me feel very welcome and were incredibly helpful.

Place is excelent. You get breakfast in bed. It’s very clean. Everything is simple and minimalistic but very nice . Staff is also apsolutly pleasent. Everything best and keep up!

Great location, if you like to be close to city center. Rooms are very comfortable and very well equipped. Owners Dusan and Tali are very helpful. f you like to be close to city center. They should have more breakfast options.

Amazing stay here. Relatively close to the Ljubljana old town (2.5 km) but is situated in calm district. Hotel is absolutely other than another hotels. Apartments are very spacious and well managed. Huge bathroom makes an impression. Room-serviced breakfast is a great solution of space management. Additionally they have great staff. They brilliantly speak English. Thank you, the Vault Hotel!

Simply Great hotel. Honestly a very nice... Clean... Well decorated hotel, offers free parking and a lot of great services. Location is not very far from the downtown not very close too, but no body can argue when free parking is offered. Great, kind and helpful staff who will not spare any effort to help.

After we opened the door we instantly saw that the room isn’t clean, the bed wasn’t tidy. The floor had stains of steps especially by the window. There were few spiders by the curtains. Toilet paper was obviously wet then dried also i saw a hair on the toilet lid. The worst part is that the room had a foul smell of mold. I want to warn others before entering the hotel - the information they provide is misleading. Parking isn’t free. There is no reception and nobody is going to meet you when you arrived but you will still had to pay an aditional fee (25 eur or more) if you want to check in even one minute after 20:00. Costumer service doesn’t exist. The owner did not respond to any of our messages.

Horrible experience! The room was not cleaned, no clean towels and bedsheets! There was no warm water in the shower and a lot of misleading information on the ad: no glasses, no cups, no bath products, no breakfast (not even if you would pay extra for it). I will never go again and want to warn future guests! So far I hardly got respons from the host and no compensation at all! Outrageous!

Had a great stay here! Julija was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, very modern and minimalistic which we loved. Bathroom was excellent too. The decor has been thoughtfully arranged. Whilst the building/construction works are ongoing, with the aim of creating a guests dining area, breakfast was instead served to the room... great selection of fruits, pastries, yoghurts and other continental items. Not a single fault for the Vault! If I must be picky, to help management, the hot water is very apparently fed by small individual tanks, which seemed to run out fairly quickly when showering... my partner showered and on my turn it ran cold. A few hours later it warmed up.
