This is not a hotel but a flat. If you're lucky, somebody is around to let you in. The flat is in the 3rd floor, no elevator. The doors are extremely loud when shut and the walls are thin, hope for quiet neighbors. The water in the shower didn't drain, a premium ventilator with the charm of best alibabas webshops is the only ac. The windows remember of the golden age, where houses didn't need insulation... There are better hotels down the river

The room is spacious and the receptionist is friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is great as it is located in the city center. The room has good amenities but you need to pay attention to the glass provided as it was still sticky so I need to wash it before using it. Unfortunately this hotel does not have lift so if you bring big luggages it could be inconvenient. The bathroom does not have exhaust fan so it could be a bit stuffy.

Worst experience ever! Small bed, no comfort at all Dirty bathroom with fungus in shower Nina (so called manager) is not flexible nor client oriented!

We have been 4 days there with our baby and very nice hotel in great location. You should stay there if you must stay in Ljubljana. Hotel is so close to all touristic points like bridges, castle, squares and churches. Famous cafe bars and restaurants also around in this hotel. Bus station is also 2 min by walk. Thats easy way to go main station and other cities of slovenia. Hotel is very old building but its clean and new decorated. You can feel historical Slovenian espirit there. Ladies are so friendly and gentle. We love this place and Ljubljana. I always remember there with beautiful memories. Thanks for everything.

The Room was small and the veiw on the river was not there in any way. You can hear every person on the floor because nothing is isolated . The reception was closed in a diffrent times (like 17 or 18 a clock it depends) The bathroom was brand new but was smelling awful because nobody clean it right. The good thing is only that was so central .

Nice and cozy rooms with great heating and the staff is really nice but the building has no elevators. It can be difficult to carry luggage through the stairs if the bags are big.

Beautiful lake view, excellent location. I recommend this hotel's second floor 'Zois apartments' for better quality and value, and more comfortable working desks than the rooms on the third floor. Wifi worked very well most of the time for work/Zoom. Reception has very limited hours, but the ladies are super helpful and responsive to issues occuring between 11am-6pm. The bathroom in my original room had a health&safety problem; when I explained the situation and insisted it wasn't suitable, they changed my room to a similar lakeview one almost immediately. While I wouldn't necessarily stay again, I think it's a good value option if you stay on floor 2.

Nice place to stay a few days. The location is perfect, in the city center and by the river. Nina was really helpful and corteous. Everything was clean. Only downside is being in the 3rd floor with stairs option only.

Small rooms and you can basically listen to the conversation of your neighbours. Can be interesting but sometimes its not exactly what you need. Plus the service ia quite bad.

The only drawback is that there is no lift. But the rooms are big and clean. Excellent location.

Location is good. But the room was a mess.. It was very dusty. People was kind and I advice to the owner about having a good cleaning servise.

Great location, all the restaurants and bars within a few minutes walking distance. The train station is approx 20 mins walk away also. Check-in desk is on the 3rd floor, the staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was cleaned again after the 2nd day. Room lovely modern and fresh as is the Bathroom. Massive flat screen TVs, fridge and microwave also in the rooms and great views of the river. I would staff here again and give it 5stars.

Great location here in Ljubjlana right on the river. Easy access to the river walk and great restaurants. You are also not far from the market place for fresh fruits, veggies and flowers. You also can see the castle from several of the rooms. This is a converted palace. Stop in the prices are good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

A great to stay for a visit to the fantastic stay in Ljubljana. The rooms are very confortable with a nice bathroom. Unfortunately there isn’t an elevator that can bring you to the 3th floor where the rooms are allocated. But having said that, all the rest is extremely nice, clean rooms, good working wifi and nearby a parking for the car.

Fantastic few days here for a xmas break, very modern feel, very clean & tidy. Not good for elderly people as only stairs in the building. That aside, very nice indeed for a city break, right by the riverside, great for shopping.

Nice staff and very near to the old city. No elevator but that is not a con for me. The rooms are very clairaudient. Had a crazy tourist group next to our room and heard everything loud and clear all night long. Rooms are very clean and made every day.

Great location, comfortable rooms and nice view of the river. For tired and confused travelers the lack of an elevator could be an issue. Getting in using the key is very obvious if you know how it works. But if you are tired it can take some time to figure out.

River view room was fantastic. Comfortable bed, hot shower, coffee maker in the room. And location is perfect. Can walk to everything in the center and still had inexpensive nearby parking. Loved looking up and seeing the castle in the morning. Highly recommended.

Very comfy hotel next to the the Ljubljanica river, with charming staff. You should definitely consider sleeping here !
