This is the first time I am writing a negative review, but my recent experience at this hotel has left me extremely disappointed. I arrived at the hotel with my baby, expecting a smooth check-in process as indicated in my confirmation. However, things took a turn for the worse. Despite the confirmation stating that check-in time was at 14:00, the reception asked me to wait because the room was not ready. To my dismay, guests who arrived after me were promptly given their rooms while I, with a baby in tow, was left waiting for nearly an hour. I approached the reception multiple times, expressing my concerns, but they simply brushed me off and kept asking me to be patient. As a paying customer, I expected the hotel to uphold their end of the bargain and provide the room at the specified time. It was frustrating and disheartening to see others being attended to while I was being ignored. The lack of consideration for my situation, especially with a baby, is unacceptable. I urge the hotel management to address this issue promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. This experience has tarnished my impression of the hotel, and I sincerely hope that they take the necessary steps to improve their customer service.

Decent business hotel, just outside the crowd and rush of the city but still close enough to it and the Airport. A supermarket next door is an added advantage.

Stayed here with my family for a couple days in august and had a great experience. The hotel is gorgeous and has great design. The staff on reception were so helpful and lovely in assisting us on what to do in Ljubljana. Great breakfast too! Would recommend.

The crew is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is quite basic. Location is good. A lot of hiking trails close (although I didn't use them). Plenty of parking

Good, friendly service, very clean, quiet and modern rooms of a decent size. Breakfast is good, small buffet but the kitchen cooks a variety of fresh options to complement.

The best thing about this hotel is its staff. The friendliest and the most helpful staff I have ever seen. Such a pleasure to stay in Hotel Nox. Everything was perfect!

Basic but functional hotel. A bit dark interior for my taste.

The room was very nice and modern. The receptionists are super kind and great persons. The negative thingy is the very thin walls... we wanted to rest, but because of this we couldn't sleep well. At 7AM the cleaning service started their work in the next room and they were very noisy...

This hotel is amazing!! We loved everything: friendly and smart staff at the check-in, quiet modern bedroom with a comfy canopy bed, great breakfast, and good location. Definitely, we will be back!!

Liked: Modern interior, very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, free minibar. Didn't like: Beds were a little bit too soft and it was too hot despite our efforts to turn it down.

Everything in Hotel Nox was surprisingly good; from the courteous and very helpful staff to the room layout. We were so pleased with everyone we interacted and the entire staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Location was of easy access and close to convenient shops. We definitely recommend!

Modern minimalist design, very tasteful. An easy 17€ cab ride to city center. The blueberry suite is the best, total privacy and morning sunrise views from the jacuzzi

Very nice Hotel !! Great staff, very professional, helpfull and friendly. The room was perfect and very comfortable, The location is nice if you like to be a little outside of the deep heart of the city (15 minutes Bus to the center, Bus stop right out of the hotel, 1.30 € ticket, easy and cheap). I highly recommand and I will be back !!

Fantastic stay! Spacious, modern room with a great design. Victor was the friendliest receptionist we've met in a while. Rooms were impeccably clean. Bonus: easy access to the city center with the bus station next door, and free parking in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

This Hotel is probably the best Hotel we have ever been too. The service we got was truly exceptional. Special thanks to Sedefa who helped us so well. The breakfast is also great. Not only buffet but service at the table with fresh coffee and you can order all sorts of egg specialties, truly amazing. Rooms are modern and clean and the fridge contains several drinks all for free.The city is easy to reach by bus that stops in front of the hotel. We highly recommend this Hotel.

Wonderful hotel with a great and unique design for every room. The staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with were all hospitable and warm. I would recommend anyone to stay here if passing by Ljubljana. The location is not in the city center, but the hotel can order a cab, or if you have a car, they also have an electric charging station

Over all I can say a clean and comfortable accomodation. Plenty of parking spot at no extra cost, Building is new and clean, Lobby is small. Breakfast has buffet and a-la-carte and both are free if your plan is breakfast included. Egg with smoke salmon and avocado is strongly recommended. Omletts are so so. buffet variety is good but could be improved. Staff at reception super welcoming and helpfull. No Electric Kettel and coffee maker in the room as well as the tea bag or coffe pods. Kettle was available at the reception with a deposit of 20 Euros! Proximity to LIDL supermarket could be a pro. almost 10 min drive to core downtown and consider 20 min in rush hours.

The best hotel in town. All the rooms are unique and the brekfast is great, so is the staff. Bravo

Very cosy place with great vonnection to the city and the motorway.

Really nice staff and super friendly. Breakfast was good and the room was good as well. Could be a little bit bigger for the price but you get a huge balcony. No Gym and no other extras, that's one star less for the price :) I can recommend it.

Arrogant woman on the front desk. She talks to me like we've known eachother for 20 years. Very disrespectful and a slow check in. Nice rooms.

Nice hotel at a great location for one/two day trip to Ljubljana. Staff is kind and professional and the hotel was very well maintained. Only "bad" thing is, they don't have on site restaurant. You can order and they will set up the table and all, but it is not the same🤷‍♂️

Average hotel , I expected it to be more functional place. Not enough light in restroom even one of the light was not working. Hospitality was good. Don't serve dinner and most of the restaurant don't deliver to this place, atleast no indian restaurant were. Bed was not comfortable at all. Put either a big single mattress or 2 big single bed mattress. Think about customer please. Its a beautiful modern hote.

A place to go. The staff is very helpful. We told them we have an electric car and immediately they have us the card to charge our car with a fast DC charger... the breakfast is also very good. I will stop again at the same location for sure.

Amazing rooms, super clean, provided with everything, free minibar and breakfast out of this world. The staff is super friendly with room service 24/7, Special shout-out to the night shift worker, which arranged everything we needed and made us feel like home. Coming back 100%

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very okay. Room service is very fast. The breakfast is unfortunately absolutely unacceptable, which is a shame as it could be done better with small adjustments.
