Very bad mold smell in the (bath) room, extensive visible black mold in the bathroom, the sheets were moist, airconditioning malfunctioning. Due to health considerations we did not sleep there and we were on the streets at 23:00.

Rooms falling appart and terrible managing - Rooms are falling appart: there are holes in the walls which are covered by paintings, the wallpaper is missing which is also covered with some paintings. - Cleanliness is a big issue as well: the bathroom was dirty (Toilet was not clean, floors were poorly washed, mirrors were dirty). - Fridge is loud (you can unplug it if you have nothing to store in it). - Wifi works slowly. - Reception didn't say where the free parking space is so we got fined (20 EUR). After consulting with the managment the next morning, they said they'll take care of the ticket: MISTAKE! They did not take care of the ticket/fine, so we got another fine to the home adress (this time it was 40 EUR). We made contact with the managment again and they wanted to have the scan of the fine/ticket and said they'll take care of it: ANOTHER MISTAKE! They did NOTHING! We got another fine, this time including all the court costs! - Far away from the city centre. + Warm shower. TO SUM UP: I would NEVER EVER stay here again and would also not recomend the place to anyone, it's not so much the cleanliness as for the terrible and poor managing. I myself work in the tourism branche and can't imagine handling my customers this way (deceiving, lying, being uninterested to their requests). The manager should truly reconsider her proffesion because she's unproffesional on every level.

Very comfortable and modern room. Very clean facility, free parking, and greeted like we were family. The woman working reception was super helpful with pointing out places to eat, see, shop, etc, and even marked them on a free map. Location is superb with a short drive into the heart of town. Tough place to beat for the price! Glad I found it!
